The Gateway Pundit received exclusive access to “The Teneo Digest” on Teneo Network‘s invite-only substack page.

We previously reported on the shocking photograph of Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer hanging out in somebody’s backyard with Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

This gathering took place at Teneo affiliate and Arizona State University law Professor Ilan Wurman‘s home. The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the Marxist indoctrination camp called ASU. It appears that another ASU Professor and Foundation for Defense of Democracies advisor, David Kilcullen is in attendance. Both are to the left of Mark Brnovich.

On their substack page, Teneo advertises and encourages members to apply for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) Media Fellows Program.

News articles on The Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ website refer to the historic January 6 rally and march on our nation’s capital, “The Jan. 6 mob assault on the Congress and the stain on the image of American democracy… The Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former President Trump”, and “The Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol insurrection“.

Another FDD article says, “Trump’s term in office will forever be defined by the terrible events of January 6. Nothing will change that.”

These RINO leftists are anti-election integrity.

As a matter of Fact, Never-Trumper Bill Kristol sits on the board of advisors for FDD. TGP reported that Kristol is leading an effort to stop election integrity efforts and cover up the fraudulent 2020 election with RINOs in Maricopa County.

They used Guliani because he was digging a little too deep. This shit is getting fascinating.

Vocal never-Trumper Ben Shapiro is also part of this secretive group.

The Teneo Digest on November 20th contains a photo of a private backyard meeting between Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and others. This could be a campaign stop, but a closer look at the bottom right of the image will show what appears to be the unmistakable clown hair of Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer.

There is an open criminal investigation into the stolen 2020 election and the 2020 elections officials. Or at least we think there is.

Although Stephen Richer was not the acting County Recorder until January 2021, the coverup is worse than the crime, and Richer was fully committed to covering it up.

Mark Brnovich is supposed to be investigating these people, not drinking beers and winning their votes!

The Gateway Pundit reported that Stephen Richer ran on exposing former Recorder Adrian Fontes’ “criminal” actions. Once elected, he told Maricopa County Recorder Steve Chucri that he does not trust Dominion enough to use it again in the next election. Chucri later resigned after TGP broke this damning news.

When March 2020 and muh lockdowns rolled around I had a son in his freshman year of high school, a daughter in freshman year of college, and my oldest son in the USMC reserves. We also can counter the leftists woke drivel in real time and have him here at home where we regularly discuss current events and what’s really going on bs propaganda. It’s great here at anons house. I’ll admit we were really uncertain and unfamiliar with how to go about home schooling this way but it’s not as hard as it seemed if you just take it one step at a time. What’s most important is getting up the nerves to take the first step. Every step after that is easy.

BTW, these online school options must be wildly popular as there are usually waiting lists to get enrolled. We had a waiting list initially but he had a spot by the time the new school year rolled around. If anyone wants to get their kid(s) out of the public school and into online school for next school year I would highly suggest starting the process now and don’t be discouraged if you are initially on a waiting list. The longer you wait the more likely you won’t get a spot in time for next school year.

This exclusive except from Matt Palumbo's forthcoming book shines more light on the backdrop of the attempts to use Ukraine to oust President Trump.

The Soros Circle: AntAC

In 2014, Soros’s International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) and its grantees were active supporters in the creation of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre (AntAC) of Ukraine, a powerful NGO. Through the end of 2018, 17 percent of AntAC’s funding was coming from Soros’s group.

ntAC is run by Daria Kaleniuk, an American-educated lawyer. White House logs show Kaleniuk visited on December 9, 2015, reportedly meeting with Eric Ciaramella, the CIA employee many suspect is the anonymous whistleblower that sparked Trump’s first impeachment, the source of which was a faultless phone call with Ukraine’s president.

AntAC was responsible for creating the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), a law enforcement group separate from the prosecutor general’s office that was tasked with handling the biggest corruption cases. It has investigatory powers but cannot indict suspects. Only when it passes its findings to prosecutors does a subject of its inquiry become part of a criminal case. The agency was established in 2014 at the behest of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after its predecessor, the National Anti-Corruption Committee, was deemed a failure. Western governments funded NABU, which also enjoyed the backing of the FBI. Like all the Orwellian names of groups Soros had a part in, NABU acts independently in name only.

With the Obama DOJ’s launch of the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative, aimed at battling large-scale public corruption in foreign states, the State Department, DOJ, and FBI began outsourcing some of their own work to AntAC.

In February 2015, Viktor Shokin was appointed prosecutor general of Ukraine, and was soon scrutinized for helping the owner of the energy company Burisma. Shokin had helped owner Mykola Zlochevsky regain control of $23 million that was frozen by British authorities. Burisma was made famous by Hunter Biden’s involvement in the company, and Zlochevsky was the one who struck the deal to appoint Hunter to the company’s board of directors in 2014 at a reported salary of $83,333 per month.

AntAC’s stance on Shokin was made clear; it tweeted on December 2015 that “One of the major goals of #AntAC for 2016 is to force #Shokin to resign.”

Shokin attempted to begin a probe into Burisma that “included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.”

This never materialized because Joe Biden (then Vice President) threatened to withhold a $1 billion loan to Ukraine unless Skokin was removed as prosecutor general. Biden even bragged about it on video to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018, stating that when he attended a meeting with Ukraine’s president and prime minister, he said, “‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

Biden insisted the U.S. wanted Shokin removed over corruption concerns shared by the European Union. But in tapes released by Ukrainian lawmaker Andrii Derkach, Biden and Poroshenko reveal that the Ukrainian president admitted to doing Biden’s bidding. The quid pro quo is proven.

“Despite the fact that (Shokin) didn’t have any corruption charges, we don’t have any information about him doing something wrong, I especially asked him…to resign.”

In another recording from March 22, 2016, the two allegedly discussed who would be appointed prosecutor general of Ukraine, and then who would be their eventual replacement. Former prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko was mentioned. The White House issued a press release confirming the pair talked again on this date.

At the end of the call, Biden said, “I’m a man of my word. And now that the new prosecutor general is in place, we’re ready to move forward to signing that new $1 billion loan guarantee.”

Derkach would later be punished for allegedly exposing Biden’s call with Poroshenko.

After the audio was made public, Poroshenko’s successor Volodymyr Zelensky called for an investigation into the recordings, and the U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned Derkach, describing the audio as “unsupported information” part of a campaign to “discredit U.S. officials.” They also accused Derkach, a member of Ukraine’s parliament, of being a “Russian agent.”

The sanctions came less than a year after Derkach met with Rudy Giuliani in Kiev, which reports at the time said was to discuss possible misuse of U.S. tax dollars by Ukraine’s government.

“I can’t think of anything [Derkach] gave me that you could consider meddling in the election. Indicting [Steve] Bannon is a lot more meddling in the election than this. My best recollection is it was all information we had already. I know I kind of got bored during the deposition because I had already heard it.”

As the 2016 presidential race began to intensify, Ukraine’s prosecutor general’s office began an investigation into AntAC about the alleged misuse of $2.2 million of funds. An inquiry was sent to former U.S. ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt. George Kent, the second-in-command at the embassy, responded to Deputy Prosecutor General Yuriy Stolyarchuk with a two-page letter stating that the U.S. had “no concerns about the use of our assistance funds.”

Kent pressured Stolyarchuk about AntAC in the letter, writing: “The investigation into the Anti-Corruption Action Center, based on the assistance they have received from us, is similarly misplaced.” That was written on April 4, 2016—less than a week after Shokin was removed.

A few months later, Yuriy Lutsenko was named prosecutor general and met with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch. Lutsenko recalls being stunned when the ambassador gave him a list of people who shouldn’t be prosecuted. The list included a founder of AntAC, and two members of Ukrainian Parliament who supported AntAC’s anticorruption agenda (while benefitting from corruption themselves).

As John Solomon puts it, the implied message to Lutsenko was clear: “Don’t target AntAC in the middle of an American presidential election in which Soros was backing Hillary Clinton to succeed another Soros favorite, Barack Obama.”

So what was motivating George Kent and Ambassador Yovanovitch to influence investigations in Ukraine of all places?

Plan to Re-Open The Capitol Revealed After Being Closed for Two Years

Earlier this week, a plan was revealed to re-open the U.S. Capitol, which has been closed for over two years now. It’s taking place in stages, though, so that it won’t be fully open to visitors until Labor Day, which falls on Monday, September 5, this year. That’s almost six months away.

The phased re-opening is set to begin later this month, on March 28. Fox News’ Chad Pergram shared details over Twitter.

A Monday report from POLITICO also indicated that the timeline could be affected by Capitol Police shortages. Last week’s passage of the omnibus, though, provided less of an excuse, considering it “included an $87 million increase in funding for the Capitol Police, which appropriators said would allow the department to hire up to 2,112 sworn officers and 450 civilian members.”

Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI) and Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) have proposed resolutions in their chambers to force a re-opening of the Capitol. On Tuesday, Rep. Steil, who has talked to Townhall previously about his resolution, issued a statement condemning the timeline.

“The phased reopening of the United States Capitol is simply insufficient. Museums, stadiums, businesses, and workplaces across the country have successfully reopened, and the United States Capitol shouldn’t be any different. The House resolution I introduced, with the support of over 80 of my colleagues, calls for the Capitol’s reopening to be made a top priority that is done expeditiously and safely. The phased reopening and proposed Labor Day goal for fully reopening is insufficient. We need to reopen the Capitol and People’s House now,” Steil said.

Democratic leadership has referenced not only the pandemic, but also January 6, 2021, as to why the People’s House has been kept closed.

The parents of the cinematographer who was shot dead by Alec Baldwin on the set of Rust are trapped in war-torn Ukraine.

Halyna Hutchins's mother, Olga Androsovych, is valiantly continuing her work as a nurse at a Kyiv hospital as Russian President Vladimir Putin's invasion continues into its third week.

The cinematographer, 42, died on October 21 last year when a prop gun used in the film Rust was fired by actor Alec Baldwin after he was told it wasn't loaded, shooting her in the chest.

And her husband, Matthew Hutchins, also revealed that her sister and three-year-old niece have managed to flee to the border of Romania and are hoping to be evacuated.

He told TMZ that the family is trapped because Russia continues to attack areas which house humanitarian corridors - supposedly safe passages for civilians to leave Ukraine.

Ms Androsovych believes she can't leave the country safely so has decided to continue working in the same hospital she has nursed at for more than 10 years.

And Ms Hutchins's father Anatoly Androsovych is also staying put in the country's capital.

Mr Hutchins added that he thinks a no-fly zone should be enforced over Ukraine and is pleading with China to intervene.

Russian airstrikes pounded the city of Lviv in the west of Ukraine in the early hours of this morning, as Vladimir Putin increasingly strikes close to NATO-member Poland in his bloody-minded invasion of his ex-Soviet neighbour.

Andriy Sadovyi, mayor of Lviv, said two Russian missiles launched from the Black Sea - likely by warships - had destroyed an aircraft repair facility and a bus garage close to the airport, but there were no immediate reports of casualties because both facilities were shut down. Four incoming missiles were shot down, he added.

The FBI also separately confirmed her contacts with AntAC before she joined them, saying they were part of her “investigative work.”

One memo reportedly had a chart of Ukrainians that should be investigated, including people with ties to Paul Manafort.

While not mentioned by name, one of those mentioned is likely Dmitro Firtash, a Ukrainian billionaire with competing energy interests in Europe as Soros. Firtash previously beat civil charges alleging he had engaged in money laundering with Manafort.

All of this pressure on Ukrainian prosecutors was happening in the spring of 2016 as Manafort joined the Trump campaign.

At this time, Fusion GPS was just starting to conduct opposition research on Trump, and the DNC’s Ukraine expert Alexandra Chalupa was searching for dirt on Manafort. Meanwhile, Soros-funded AntAC was looking to probe Manafort’s Ukraine associates, and the U.S. embassy was trying to stop any and all inquiries that risk derailing AntAC’s work. With AntAC having the potential to “uncover” more dirt on the prime contender to Hillary Clinton, the motivations become obvious.

Prosecutor General Lutsenko himself suggested that the embassy applied pressure because it didn’t want Americans to see who was being funded with our tax dollars. “At the time, Ms. Ambassador thought our interviews of the Ukrainian citizens, of the Ukrainian civil servants who were frequent visitors in the U.S. Embassy, could cast a shadow on that anti-corruption policy.”

Another Soros-funded group targeted Firtash in 2018.

The Open Society-backed Campaign Legal Center filed a complaint with the FEC alleging that Ukrainian businessman Igor Fruman and Russian-born businessman Lev Parnas created a shell company called Global Energy Producers, LLC to anonymously donate $325k to a pro-Trump super PAC. The investigation that followed uncovered a $1 million payment to Parnas’s wife from Firtash’s lawyer.

The hunt for any information that could possibly damage President Trump or anyone connected to him was now on.

“This investigation has taken account of a number of factors, including RT’s relationship with the Russian Federation. It has recognised that RT is funded by the Russian state, which has recently invaded a neighbouring sovereign country. We also note new laws in Russia which effectively criminalise any independent journalism that departs from the Russian state’s own news narrative, in particular in relation to the invasion of Ukraine. We consider that given these constraints it appears impossible for RT to comply with the due impartiality rules of our Broadcasting Code in the circumstances.”

In response, RT described Ofcom as a “tool of the government.”

RT, the licenses for which are held by ANO TV Novosti, has come under increased fire from across Europe since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine. In February, the European Union announced that it was banning both RT and fellow Russia-backed channel Sputnik as part of increased sanctions against Vladimir Putin’s government.

“Russia Today and Sputnik, as well as their subsidiaries, will no longer be able to spread their lies to justify Putin’s war and to sow division in our union,” said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. “So we are developing tools to ban their toxic and harmful disinformation in Europe.”

Russia-Backed RT Channel's Broadcast License Revoked by UK Regulator

U.K. media regulator, the Office of Communications, said Friday that it was revoking Russia-backed television channel RT's license to broadcast with immediate effect.

Ofcom said RT's licensee, ANO TV Novosti, wasn't fit and proper to hold a U.K. broadcast license.

RT is currently off the air in the U.K. as a result of the sanctions imposed by the European Union following the start of the war in Ukraine, Ofcom said.

Ofcom said its decision came amid its 29 continuing investigations regarding impartiality of RT's news and current affairs coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. It said it has launched a separate investigation to determine whether ANO TV Novosti is fit and proper to retain its broadcasting license.

The regulator said that under the current circumstances it can't be satisfied that RT can be a responsible broadcaster, and noted that new laws in Russia effectively criminalize independent journalism which may departs from the Russian state's own news narrative, particularly in relation to the invasion of Ukraine.

"Freedom of expression is something we guard fiercely in this country, and the bar for action on broadcasters is rightly set very high. Following an independent regulatory process, we have today found that RT is not fit and proper to hold a license in the U.K.," Ofcom Chief Executive Melanie Dawes said.
