Biden Admin Begs Trump for Nuclear Command Codes

Multiple sources have told Real Raw News that representatives for Joseph R. Biden telephoned Mar-a-Lago to “beg” for the nation’s nuclear command codes after similar requests to military “White Hat” commanders went unanswered.

As RRN reported last month, neither Biden—assuming he is still really alive—nor his subordinates can access the launch codes. That is because the U.S. military was given absolute authority when President Donald J. Trump signed the insurrection act when it became obvious that Biden had stolen the election.

On 9 March, as Russian President Vladimir Putin shelled U.N.-funded bioweapon labs in Ukraine, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and other administration officials made numerous frantic calls to the office of Marine Corps General David H. Berger, pleading for access to the command codes safeguarding the country’s strategic nuclear arsenal. But those calls, which ran a gamut from polite requests to beseeching annoyances to headstrong threats.

An adjunct for Gen. Berger told Real Raw News that call started pouring into their office a few days after the illegitimate Biden administration and its Western allies labeled Putin the world’s vilest villain. The first call, however, came not from the criminal Lloyd Austin but from the equally despicable Anthony Blinken, Biden’s secretary of state.

“We need ‘the football’ now. Putin’s gone mad, and you must surrender the codes to the proper authorities at once or face charge of treason,” Blinken reportedly said to Gen. Berger’s secretary after the general refused to take the call.

The ‘football’ is a colloquial term used to describe what was once a bulbous satchel holding a large electronic transmitter. As time passed and technology improved, the ‘football’ shrank to where it is now indistinguishable from an attaché case, but it still supplies the same function: allowing a legitimate Commander-in-Chief, which Biden is not, to authorize launch of nuclear weapons. Contrary to trendy belief, the president himself does not carry the ‘football.’ Rather, it is handcuffed to the wrist of a president’s war officers, a rotating cadre of military aides whose work schedule is described by a top-secret rota. When Trump signed the insurrection act and gave provisional control of the government to the military, Gen. Berger assumed control of the football and has been personally responsible for deciding who carries it and when.

The criminal Biden regime has not been too pleased.

“Blinken called five times, demanding to speak with Gen. Berger, and with each call got more indignant. The calls never got past his assistants, because the general does not recognize Biden as the legitimate president of the United States. After Blinken, Lloyd Austin started calling, and finally Kamala Harris. No calls from Biden though. They all said they needed the codes in case Vladimir Putin was planning a preemptive strike on the country,” our source said.

In her last message to Gen. Berger’s office, on 12 March, Harris left a message: “You know, those codes are ours, not yours, and you need to give President Biden the codes right now or else. We must have those codes, so give them to us right now.”

“Harris’s menacing, cackling laugh followed her words. There’s something truly wrong with that woman,” our source in Gen. Berger’s office said.

Dissatisfied with the military’s response, Biden’s emissaries began hammering Trump’s Mar-a-Lago command team with an incessant barrage of calls, condemning him for unlawfully stealing the ‘football’ and the hardware needed to reprogram it. But none of the calls reached Trump’s ears. People such as Stephen K. Bannon and Dan Scavino intercepted the calls, saying Trump was too preoccupied to entertain Deep State theatrics, a Mar-a-Lago source told Real Raw News.

“The same cast of characters that tried to get the military to give up the codes started slamming the Mar-a-Lago command center with calls. They said thinks like ‘Trump better hand over the codes before he gets in deeper trouble than he’s already in’ and other similar statements. And each time they were told that Trump and the military don’t recognize Biden as having authority to demand anything, especially codes to the nukes,” our source said.

He said in closing that the consensus at Mar-a-Lago is that the Biden regime wants the codes to start a nuclear war.

Defense Ministry chief doctor Col. Sergiu Vasislita says about 0.9 ounces

(25 grams) of onions and 0.5 ounces (15 grams) of garlic will be added to

each soldier's daily diet. That roughly corresponds to a small onion and a

couple of garlic cloves.

Onion and garlic are traditional remedies in Moldova where they are widely

believed to boost the immune system.

Vasislita said Thursday that the measure was taken after 24 soldiers fell

sick with swine flu in the past two weeks. More than 1,000 Moldovans have

swine flu with 90 new cases reported daily.

About 6,500 troops serve in the army of Moldova, a small former Soviet

republic bordering Romania and Ukraine.

Fanatics can justify any action, and House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff this week demonstrated where that mindset leads. In his rush to paint Donald Trump as a lawbreaker, Mr. Schiff has himself trampled law and responsibility.

That’s the bottom line in Mr. Schiff’s stunning decision to subpoena the phone records of Rudy Giuliani and others. Mr. Schiff divulged the phone logs this week in his Ukraine report, thereby revealing details about the communications of Trump attorneys Jay Sekulow and Mr. Giuliani, ranking Intelligence Committee member Devin Nunes, reporter John Solomon and others. The media is treating this as a victory, when it is a disgraceful breach of ethical and legal propriety.

If nothing else, Mr. Schiff claims the ignominious distinction of being the first congressman to use his official powers to spy on a fellow member and publish the details. His report also means open season on members of the press. Mr. Giuliani over months has likely spoken to dozens of political figures and reporters—and the numbers, dates and length of those calls are now in Democrats’ hot little hands. Who gets the Schiff treatment next? If you think politics is ugly now, imagine a world in which congressional partisans routinely track and expose the call lists of their political rivals and disfavored media.

If we’ve never had a scandal like this before, it’s in part because it is legally dubious. Federal law bars phone carriers from handing over records without an individual’s agreement. The statute makes some exceptions, including for federal and state law-enforcement agencies.

But not for lawmakers. “There does not appear to be any basis to believe that a congressional committee is authorized to subpoena telephone records directly from a provider—as opposed to an individual,” former Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells me.

Maybe that’s because no one would have conceived of Congress needing to peruse private phone records. Its mission is writing laws. Or it might have been in recognition that Congress has no outside check on its subpoena powers. Law-enforcement subpoenas generally entail court supervision, helping to ensure they have a valid purpose. Mr. Schiff, working in secret, unilaterally decided he was entitled to see the phone records of private citizens.

Mr. Mukasey notes that the legal problem is “compounded,” in that going after Mr. Giuliani “raises questions of work-product and attorney-client privilege.” Whatever his role in the Ukraine affair, Mr. Giuliani remains the president’s personal lawyer. Law enforcement must present a judge with powerful evidence to get permission to vitiate attorney-client privilege. Mr. Schiff ignored all that, and made himself privy to data that could expose the legal strategies of the man he is investigating.

Mr. Giuliani did have notice that Democrats wanted some of his phone records. The Intelligence Committee sent a subpoena on Sept. 30, and gave him until Oct. 15 to comply. Yet before Mr. Giuliani even had an opportunity to respond, Mr. Schiff separately moved to seize his records from a phone carrier, sending his subpoena to AT&T on Sept. 30 as well.

Mr. Schiff purposely kept that action secret. This guaranteed that the only entity involved with a decision over whether to release the records was AT&T. And that gave Mr. Schiff all the cards, since companies fear political retribution far more than violating their customers’ privacy.

The question is whether Mr. Schiff, in his zeal to bring down Mr. Trump, has made himself legally vulnerable. In Kilbourn v. Thompson (1881), the U.S. Supreme Court held that “a congressional investigation into individual affairs is invalid if unrelated to any legislative purpose.” Mr. Schiff might argue he has wider powers in an impeachment inquiry. But the House didn’t approve the inquiry until Oct. 31, a month after he issued his main AT&T subpoena.

“The subpoenas aren’t related to legitimate congressional oversight,” says constitutional lawyer David Rivkin. Because there’s “no conceivable legislative purpose to obtaining these call logs and publicly disclosing this information, Mr. Schiff would not be able to benefit from the Speech and Debate Clause immunity that otherwise protects members of Congress from civil and criminal liability.” Mr. Rivkin adds that any of the targets could sue Mr. Schiff under state law for invasion of privacy or intentional infliction of emotional distress, and potentially even compel Mr. Schiff to turn over documents in discovery.

Mr. Nunes has already said he’s weighing his legal options. Since House Democrats obviously won’t hold Mr. Schiff accountable for his abuses, let’s hope at least one of the targets demands a court review his tactics. No one should want to live in a world where Adam Schiff has unfettered power to spy on Americans.

Jussie Smollett released from county jail during appeal

Jussie Smollett was released from jail Wednesday following

six

behind bars after an appeals court agreed with his lawyers that he should be free pending the appeal of his conviction for lying to police about a racist and homophobic attack.

The former “Empire” actor walked out of the Cook County Jail surrounded by security after spending six nights behind bars. He did not comment as he got into an awaiting SUV.

The appeals court ruling came after a Cook County judge sentenced Smollett last week to immediately begin serving 150 days in jail for his conviction on five felony counts of disorderly conduct for lying to police. In an outburst immediately after the sentence was handed down, Smollett proclaimed his innocence and said “I am not suicidal. And if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself. And you must all know that.”

Smollett defense attorney Nenye Uche, speaking to reporters outside the jail after Smollett left, said the Smollett family is “very very happy with today’s developments.” Uche said during his time at the jail, Smollett had not eaten and drank only water, though he did not say why.

He criticized the special prosecutor’s decision to charge Smollett again after the initial charges were dropped by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and he paid a fine.

“Let me make something clear: There is no room for politics in our court system and our appellate courts in this great state do not play politics,” Uche said.

Smollett’s attorneys had argued that he would have completed the sentence by the time the appeal process was completed and that Smollett could be in danger of physical harm if he remained locked up in Cook County Jail.

The office of the special prosecutor called the claim that Smollett’s health and safety were at risk “factually incorrect,” in a response to his motion, noting that Smollett was being held in protective custody at the jail.

The court’s decision marks the latest chapter in a strange story that began in January 2019 when Smollett, who is Black and gay, reported to Chicago police that he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack by two men wearing ski masks. The manhunt for the attackers soon turned into an investigation of Smollett himself and his arrest on charges that he’d orchestrated the attack and lied to police about it.

The investigation revealed Smollett paid two men he knew from work on the TV show “Empire” to stage the attack.

A jury convicted Smollett in December on five felony counts of disorderly conduct — the charge filed when a person lies to police. He was acquitted on a sixth count. Judge James Linn sentenced Smollett last week to 150 days in jail — with good behavior he could have been released in as little as 75 days.

Smollett maintained his innocence during the trial. During sentencing he shouted at the judge that he was innocent, warning the judge that he was not suicidal and if he died in custody it was somebody else, and not him, who would have taken his life.

Uche said the first thing Jussie did when learning the news was push his hands on the glass between them and said he nearly lost hope in the U.S. constitutional system. “I think he had nearly given up,” Uche said.

He said the next step will be to file an appeal of the verdict.

Ternopil region of western Ukraine have fallen ill with an "unknown"

type of flu, according to local media sources. Reports suggest at

least seven people have died as a result of complications caused by

this outbreak. While Ukrainian authorities have stopped short of

indentifying the disease as A-H1N1, symptoms described in news

reports suggest that the "swine flu" has arrived in force. Thus

far, Ukrainian authorities have officially acknowledged only two

cases of A-H1N1 in Ukraine and no deaths. However, local experts

suspect that the number is significantly higher and likely to rise

as the annual flu season comes into full swing. End Summary.

FLU OUTBREAK IN TERNOPIL

1. (U) According to media reports, at least seven people in the

Ternopil region of western Ukraine have died of complications caused

by an unknown flu strain. Moreover, approximately 6,000 - 10,000

people visited local medical facilities to be treated for flu-like

symptoms. Most patients are reportedly young and otherwise in good

physical health. In response, Ternopil authorities have closed

schools and universities and suspended public activities for

children and teenagers. According to the Ministry of Health,

medical facilities in Ternopil have instructions to isolate any

patients presenting flu like symptoms as a precaution.

1. (SBU) The flu virus has so far not been identified as A-H1N1.

According to Bohdan Oniskiv, head of the Ternopil Regional

Administration's Health Department, the strain will be known by

November 3, when authorities are scheduled to receive test results

from a London-based WHO-certified laboratory. Unofficial testing

results performed by the Ukrainian National Influenza Center should

be available on October 30. The Ministry of Health has set up a

special commission to investigate the causes of the outbreak in

Ternopil and present its findings on November 1.

H1N1 IN UKRAINE

and in September. Both individuals had travelled to Ukraine from

other countries and fully recovered after hospitalization and

treatment. However, as Dr. Galina Romanyuk of Program for

Appropriate Technologies in Health (PATH), who is directly involved

in PATH's pandemic influenza project in Ukraine, told us the actual

number of those infected with H1N1 may be much higher due to

difficulties associated with properly diagnosing the flu virus.

Consensus opinion is that, with the advent of the annual flu season,

the number of H1N1 cases in Ukraine is likely to increase

dramatically.

ATTEMPTS AT PREPAREDNESS

Ukraine's Chief Health Inspector said in a press conference on

October 23 that Ukraine has filed an application with the World

Health Organization (WHO) to buy H1N1 vaccines, should the situation

in Ukraine deteriorate. According to Oleksandr Hrynevych, director

of the Ukrainian Flu Center, H1N1 vaccines should be available by

the end of the year, he said at a press conference on October 16.

In the meantime, Ukrainian health authorities have distributed

Tamiflu to regional hospitals but, according to PATH's Romanyuk, the

quantities are likely to be insufficient and more will does will

need to be purchased, should the situation deteriorate.

AG Dana Nessel Calls on Biden to Shut Down Michigan Pipeline amid Soaring Gas Prices

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D) wants the Biden administration to intervene in the dispute over the state’s Line 5 oil pipeline and shut it down because keeping the pipeline open could result in an oil spill, Nessel says.

Nessel told the Royal Oak Area Democratic Club during its March monthly meeting that the Department of Transportation, led by Secretary Pete Buttigieg, has jurisdiction over federal pipeline regulations and could therefore use its authority to close Line 5, according to a video of Nessel’s remarks to the club, which the conservative group Michigan Rising first provided to Breitbart News.

Nessel said, “I do wish that the Biden administration would be even a fraction as vocal about the importance of shutting down Line 5 as Justin Trudeau and his government have been about, you know, maintaining a pipeline that has outlasted its lifespan by, you know, two times.”

The Line 5 pipeline, which has operated for more than 60 years, runs from Superior, Wisconsin, to Sarnia, Canada. For a small stretch in Michigan’s Straits of Mackinac, which connects two of the Great Lakes, the pipeline separates into two pipelines, which sit at the bottom of the water.

Nessel contended that if Line 5 were shut down, “We know that the impact on gas prices in the state of Michigan would be incredibly minimal.” Nessel added that “the thing that would affect gas prices,” which are currently at record highs, is a rupture in the pipeline that results in what she said would be a multibillion-dollar cleanup response.

Nessel and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) sued to shut down Line 5 in 2020, but Enbridge, the company that owns the pipeline, has fought back with its own legal arguments, according to the Engineering News-Record. The magazine detailed that Enbridge has proposed a solution to create a tunnel for the Straits of Mackinac portion of Line 5 to remove the threat of oil spillage into the Great Lakes.

Nessel’s comments come after President Joe Biden began his presidency by declaring in no uncertain terms a “climate crisis,” halting new oil and natural gas leases on public lands and revoking a critical permit for the Keystone XL pipeline project. Environmentalists applauded the pipeline project death blow at the time, claiming the pipeline would have moved “dirty energy” from Canada to the U.S. The same groups have continued to push for Line 5 to see a similar fate.

Nessel echoed to the local Democrat club the same messaging as the Biden administration as she advocated for ending Line 5, saying, “The Trudeau administration has been very vocal about wanting to make sure that that they can provide as much, you know, dirty oil to Canadian citizens as possible, because that’s who Line 5 benefits, not us here in Michigan.”

She added, “It benefits the Canadians.”

Canada bans RT

Canadian regulator has forbidden TV providers to carry RT or RT France, after complaints from ethnic Ukrainians

Media regulators in Ottawa have formally outlawed RT and RT France on Wednesday, saying their programming went against government policy and undermined democracy.

After reviewing complaints from the public, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) announced that “the continued authorization to distribute RT and RT France is not in the public interest.”

Most Canadian operators have already pulled the networks off air, citing the conflict in Ukraine.

“RT’s programming is not consistent with the standards against which Canadian services are measured nor the policy objectives set out in the Broadcasting Act,” the regulator said, adding it was “also concerned with programming from a foreign country that seeks to undermine the sovereignty of another country, demean Canadians of a particular ethnic background and undermine democratic institutions within Canada.”

This appeared to be a reference to the ethnic Ukrainians who filed complaints with the regulator. According to Canadian state network CBC, one of the people who called for the ban was Jason Woycheshyn, president of the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association. He argued there was “no need [for] or interest” in Russian propaganda in Canada, and sought to ban RT and “any other state-sponsored propaganda media Russia is currently promoting” from TV, radio, internet or any other means of broadcasting.

CRTC's decision comes a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the Canadian lawmakers, asking them to support the government in Kiev.

Over 1.3 million Canadians claim at least some Ukrainian descent, compared to just over 600,000 with Russian heritage.

“Freedom of speech and a range of perspectives are a necessary part of our democracy. However, it is a privilege and not a right to be broadcast in Canada," CRTC head Ian Scott said in a statement on Wednesday.

Three major Canadian TV providers – Rogers, Bell and Shaw – announced they were dropping RT on February 27, with Shaw promising its clients a credit on the next bill. After Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he would ask the CRTC to look into a ban, Access Communications did so as well.

Trudeau claimed there was “a significant amount of disinformation circulating from Russia, including on social media, and we all need to keep calling it out.”

While RT international continues to broadcast, RT France stopped operations on March 3, after the EU banned RT and Sputnik as “Russian propaganda” over Moscow’s decision to send troops into Ukraine.

Commenting on the UK regulator’s probe of RT in early March, the network’s deputy editor in chief Anna Belkina pointed out that the “supposedly free media environment” of the West apparently will not tolerate any Russian voices, or even just a different perspective.

“This collective Western establishment seems to be terrified of a mere presence of any outside voice for the fear of losing their historically captive audience, if that audience encounters a different perspective,” Belkina said.
