Realtor Shot Dead in Front of His Daughter in Mexico

 

British businessman, has been killed in an execution-style hit in front of his teenage daughter in Mexico, where he lived since 2013.

 

Chris Cleave was driving near Playa del Carmen, a coastal resort town, on Saturday when he was approached by two gunmen and shot dead, police said. The 54-year-old died instantly.

 

His 14-year-old daughter, who was a passenger in the red Audi, survived with only minor injuries, state government sources told Reuters. She was treated for shock.

 

Cleave, who worked in real estate in the nearby region of CancΓΊn, had recently been threatened by a local gang, according to local media reports.

 

The British Embassy said: "We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Mexico and are in touch with the Mexican police/local authorities."

 

The British Ambassador in Mexico told Newsweek the embassy has been in touch with the family.

2 dead, 18 injured in gas tank explosion at Mexican beach town Playa del Carmen

 

Two bodies were found in rubble created by a gas tank explosion Saturday at a restaurant in the Mexican beach town of Playa del Carmen, where 18 others were injured, officials said.

 

One of the two deceased remained at the scene of Kool Beach restaurant as a specialized rescue and recovery team was en route from CancΓΊn, roughly 40 miles north, said the civil protection office of the state of Quintana Roo.

 

The other body was in the custody of the local medical examiner, it said.

 

Injured survivors, divided evenly between men and women, were all Mexican nationals save for a woman who was identified only as a citizen of Brazil, the civil protection office said.

 

They were taken to three different hospitals. Exact medical conditions of the survivors were not available.

 

According to Associated Press, most of those hospitalized are workers the eatery.

 

No Americans have been reported dead or injured. Playa del Carmen is popular with North American tourists as well as those from overseas, but March marks the end of its rainy season and beginning of the Caribbean coastline's hottest days.

 

The source of the explosion was described by civil protection authorities as LP gas tank, or one that contains liquified petroleum. Propane and other forms of the gas are popular for cooking, especially at open-air eateries in Mexico.

Iran Says It Arrested Spy Ring for Attempted Nuclear Sabotage

 

A spy network connected to Israeli intelligence was arrested by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for attempting to sabotage the Fordow nuclear enrichment facility, the state-run Islamic Republic news agency reported Monday.

 

The attempted attack, which the IRGC described as a β€œmajor” sabotage attempt against an Iranian nuclear facility, was intended to be carried out before March 21, the Persian new year. The operation involved an employee at Fordow cooperating with Israeli intelligence officers in exchange for cash and digital currency, according to IRNA.

 

Earlier Monday, Iran captured two teams of β€œterrorists” linked to foreign intelligence services, the semi-official Fars news agency reported. The six individuals sought to assassinate β€œseveral” foreign nationals working on infrastructure projects in the southeast province of Sistan and Baluchestan, Fars said.

 

Iran’s nuclear program has weathered a number of attacks over the years, including the assassination of one of its top nuclear scientists and an explosion near the Natanz enrichment facility. More recently, Iran claimed that international surveillance cameras in its Karaj nuclear facility had been hacked. Iranian officials have blamed Israel for all of these incidents.

Ethnic Bioweapons

 

Documents reveal some of the projects funded by the Pentagon. Among them projects related to Russia. The US Air Force has been specifically collecting Russian RNA and synovial tissue samples raising fears in Moscow of a covert US ethnic bio-weapons program.

Leaked e-mails, between the director of the Lugar Center Amiran Gamkrelidze and the Minister of Health of Georgia David Sergeenko, also reveal an ongoing Pentagon project on Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic fever in the country.

According to the genome study, the Russian β€œDNA is available from Dr. Mikeljon Nikolich”. He is one of the Pentagon scientists at the Lugar Center and is tasked with genome research on strains in pathogen collections from former Soviet Union countries, as a leaked document (below) reveals.

At least 17 bodies were found buried under the patios of abandoned houses in Sonora between Friday and Sunday.

 

Relatives of missing people and authorities worked together to uncover the bodies and other skeletal remains in Cajeme, 250 kilometers south of Hermosillo. The victims died between six months and a year before their bodies were recovered, the Sonora Attorney General’s Office said. It added that the remains would be forensically examined to determine the identities of the victims.

 

The search was conducted by the collectives Guerreras Buscadoras de Ciudad ObregΓ³n (Warrior Searchers of Ciudad ObregΓ³n) and Rastreadoras de Ciudad ObregΓ³n (Trackers of Ciudad ObregΓ³n) in Urbi Villa del Rey and Urbi Villa del Real.

 

Lira MuΓ±oz, a member of the Rastreadoras, said that the group received anonymous calls pointing them to the site.

 

β€œWe were told many times by people that we should search there. We went and we found all this,” she said, adding that she thought the final count would be higher than 17.

 

MuΓ±oz also explained how the collectives search for bodies.

 

β€œWe work with T-shaped rods. When the tip of the rod comes out [of the ground], there is a smell [when a body is present] … then when the rod is put into the ground again, it sinks because the earth has been removed,” she said.

 

MuΓ±oz has already found the body of her missing daughter, Fernanda SaΓ±udo Lira, but continues to help other members of the collective search for their loved ones.

 

The weekend’s find is the second highest number of missing people discovered in the area. In 2019, 38 people were found buried on a property adjacent to a place called Campo 30.

 

Despite the work of search collectives to uncover the remains of missing people, whether those bodies will ever be identified is an open question. The federal government acknowledged in December that Mexico is facing what the head of the United Nations (UN) Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) called a β€œforensic crisis,” with an estimated 52,000 unidentified bodies in common graves and the nation’s morgues.

 

At the time, the Deputy Interior Minister, Alejandro Encinas, conceded that the government doesn’t have the capacity to guarantee the identification of bodies and ensure they are returned to their families.

 

Meanwhile, UN representatives said on Monday that impunity is the biggest challenge facing the government from the missing persons crisis. At a meeting organized by the UN, Encinas said there were at least 98,885 missing people in the country, which had resulted in just 35 convictions.

Diplomatic cargo shipments are exempt from inspection and taxes. Military Experiments on biting insects

 

Entomological warfare is a type of biological warfare that uses insects to transmit diseases. The Pentagon has allegedly performed such entomological tests in Georgia and Russia. In 2014 The Lugar Center was equipped with an insect facility and launched a project β€œRaising Awareness about Barcoding of Sand Flies in Georgia and Caucasus”. The project covered a larger geographic area outside of Georgia – Caucasus. In 2014-2015 Phlebotomine sand fly species were collected under another project β€œSurveillance Work on Acute Febrile Illness” and all (female) sand flies were tested to determine their infectivity rate. A third project, also including sand flies collection, studied the characteristics their salivary glands.

As a result Tbilisi has been infested with biting flies since 2015. These biting insects live indoors, in bathrooms, all year long, which was not the typical behaviour of these species in Georgia previously (normally the Phlebotomine fly season in Georgia is exceptionally short – from June to September). Local people complain of being bitten by these newly appeared flies while naked in their bathrooms. They also have a strong resistance to cold and can survive even in the sub-zero temperatures in the mountains.

Biting Flies in Dagestan, Russia

Since the start of the Pentagon project in 2014 flies similar to those in Georgia have appeared in neighboring Dagestan (Russia). According to local people, they bite and cause rashes. Their breeding habitats are house drains.

Flies from the Phlebotomine family carry dangerous parasites in their saliva which they transmit through a bite to humans. The disease, which these flies carry, is of high interest to the Pentagon. In 2003 during the US invasion of Iraq American soldiers were severely bitten by sand flies and contracted Leishmoniasis. The disease is native to Iraq and Afghanistan and if left untreated the acute form of Leishmoniasis can be fatal.

A 1967 US Army report β€œArthropods of medical importance in Asia and the European USSR” lists all local insects, their distribution and the diseases that they carry. Biting flies, which live in drains, are also listed in the document. Their natural habitats, though, are the Philippines, not Georgia or Russia.

Operation Whitecoat: Infected flies tested to bite humans

In 1970 and 1972, Sand Fly Fever tests were performed on humans according to a declassified US Army report – US Army Activities in the US, Biological Warfare Programs, 1977, vol. II, p. 203. During operation Whitecoat volunteers were exposed to bites by infected sand flies. Operation Whitecoat was a bio-defense medical research program carried out by the US Army at Fort Detrick, Maryland between 1954 and 1973.

Despite the official termination of the US bio-weapons program, in 1982 USAMRIID performed an experiment if sand flies and mosquitoes could be vectors of Rift Valley Virus, Dengue, Chikungunya and Eastern Equine Encephalitis – viruses, which the US Army researched for their potential as bio-weapons.

A US Army report in 1981 compared two scenarios – 16 simultaneous attacks on a city by A. Aegupti mosquitoes, infected with Yellow Fever, and Tularemia aerosol attack, and assesses their effectiveness in cost and casualties.

Operation Big Itch: Field tests were performed to determine coverage patterns and survivability of the tropical rat flea Xenopsylla cheopis for use as a disease vector in biological warfare.

Operation Big Buzz: 1 million A. Aeugupti mosquitoes were produced, 1/3 were placed in munitions and dropped from aircraft, or dispersed on the ground. The mosquitoes survived the airdrop and actively sought out human blood.

Operation May Day: Aedes Aegupti mosquitoes were dispersed through ground based methods in Georgia, USA, during a US Army operation codenamed May Day.

Parts of the 1981 US Army report such as the β€œMass production of Aedes Aegypti” have not been declassified, potentially meaning that the project is still ongoing.

Aedes Aegypti, also known as yellow fever mosquito, have been widely used in US military operations. The same species of mosquitoes are alleged to be the vectors of dengue, chikungunya and the Zika virus, which causes genetic malformations in newborns.

Operation Bellweather

The US Army Chemical Research and Development Command, Biological Weapons Branch, studied outdoor mosquito biting activity in a number of field tests at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, in 1960. Virgin female Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, which had been starved, were tested upon troops out in the open air.

Military Experiments with Tropical Mosquitoes and Ticks in Georgia

Such species of mosquitoes and fleas (studied in the past under the US Entomological Warfare Program) have also been collected in Georgia and tested at The Lugar Center.

Under the DTRA project β€œVirus and Other Arboviruses in Georgia” in 2014 the never-before-seen tropical mosquito Aedes albopictus was detected for the first time and after decades (60 years) the existence of Aedes Aegypti mosquito was confirmed in West Georgia.

Aedes Albopictus is a vector of many viral pathogens, Yellow fever virus, Dengue, Chikungunya and Zika. These tropical mosquitoes Aedes Albopictus having never been seen before in Georgia, have also been detected in neighboring Russia (Krasnodar) and Turkey, according to data provided by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. Their spread is unusual for this part of the world.

Aedes Aegupti Mosquitoes have been distributed only in Georgia, Southern Russia and Northern Turkey. They were detected for the first time in 2014 after the start of the Pentagon program at The Lugar Center. Under another DTRA project β€œEpidemiology and Ecology of Tularemia in Georgia” (2013-2016) 6,148 ground ticks were collected ; 5,871 were collected off the cattle and 1,310 fleas and 731 ticks were caught. In 2016 a further 21,590 ticks were collected and studied at The Lugar Center.

The Biden Administration is convinced a cyber attack on our grid is imminent. Whether or not you agree, it’s still wise to prepare.

 

When the Arctic Blast hit Texas last year, every grid in San Antonio where there was a police station or hospital, kept power. Granted, in order to keep Texas power from shutting down completely, those blackouts were intentional. I’m sure a cyber attack would disrupt everything. During the Texas Winter Storm in 2021, I saw local news reports of operational restaurants being unable to process card payments. Every business that could remain open had β€œcash only” signs on the doors and windows.

 

For the people who had cash, the average wait for a fast food meal was six hours. Drive-thru lines wrapped around the block. Those who braved the bitter cold to get supplies from the few grocery stores that were open, had to stand in-line OUTSIDE for hours.

 

Most shelves were empty.

 

So many people were unprepared.

 

Don’t let that be you!

 

Keep at least a couple of hundred dollars of cash on you. Make sure you have enough supplies (to include medications and first aid) to last you and your family at least two weeks.

 

I highly recommend a supply of long-term emergency food. A lot of those items aren’t available anymore, but you can get canned soups. Also, homemade pizza dough packs are not only cheap, but only take a little bit of water and oil to make. Top with some garlic powder and you got a tasty, easy source of calories. If the power goes out, you won’t be able to cook. Make sure to have lots of granola and power bars on hand. Applesauce and juice boxes are also vital for any emergency supply. Candles are great, but I prefer LED candles. There’s no risk of fire. I can place them just about anywhere; bathroom counters, stair banisters, etc. Of course, you’ll need to make sure you have plenty of batteries on hand to keep them going.

 

Most importantly, stock up on water. During the Texas Arctic Blast, the local water supply was shut off for days. When it turned back on, the water was contaminated. Many San Antonians had to stand in-line with their own containers for HOURS, in order to get safe drinking water. Bottled water sold out, FAST! If you’re ever in a situation like this, check for sparkling water. Unlike soft drinks, it’ll hydrate you.

 

Don’t assume the worse can’t happen.

 

It can.

 

One of the most heartbreaking things I saw from last year’s storm was how many people burned furniture, just to stay alive.

 

If you live in an area that’s climate can freeze, stock up on firewood NOW!

 

It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

 

The times we’re living in are the most unstable of my lifetime.

 

Everything is hanging by a thread. At any time, that last strand can break.

 

Prepare accordingly.

White Powder over Chechnya

 

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), which runs the US military program at the Lugar Center in Georgia, is alleged to have already performed field tests with an unknown substance in Chechnya, Russia. In June 2017 local citizens reported on a drone disseminating white powder close to the Russian border with Georgia.

Former service members volunteering to fight the Russians in Ukraine are discovering that war isn’t quite as fun when the other side has air supremacy for a change. This is from a series of Reddit posts purporting to be from a volunteer military veteran in Ukraine:

 

Yes, I was here today and blown off the top bunk of my bunk bed in the barracks by the first missile. This is where all the foreign legion troops are, the 35 killed were all Ukrainian mostly due to a direct hit on their barracks next to mine. The base is destroyed, the weapons depot destroyed, possibly the end of the legion. About 60 people with their heads on straight including myself left after the attack. They’re sending untrained guys to the front with little ammo and shit AKs and they’re getting killed. The guys who stayed got bombed again in the afternoon and casualties aren’t clear. If you still want to to join them I’m not sure what the process will be since literally all the infrastructure supporting the training/assignments of volunteers is all destroyed. The guys who are there now will all be going to Kyiv and many will die, the legion is totally outgunned and has a few crazy Ukrainian leaders. After the attack one officer wanted to march everyone to Kyiv and fight. Absolute insanity. Stay home.

 

I didn’t go to Ukraine for the clout. I asked the right questions, deleted my posts, actually bought a plane ticket and brought my ass over. I said in another comment that yes it was 35 Ukrainians killed because their barracks got directly hit. The 180 bullshit is real Russian propaganda. If you think I’m a Russian agent you’re just in denial that the situation is absolutely fucked. Go ahead and join the legion, by all means, but be very aware of how bad Kyiv is going to get and be aware that Russians have warplanes and you will have next to nothing. Be very acceptant of the possibility of death. Those of us who left, including SF operators from multiple countries, are simply risk mitigating. No one wants to die in an unfair fight, and after getting absolutely fucking pummeled by massive cruise missiles today – yeah I kind of want people to think twice before turning their life upside down to go and volunteer.

 

Like a lot of dudes there have experience and really wanted to shape the battlefield and impact their advance, but ultimately they’re manning frontline positions that are going to get hammered with artillery and airstrikes, buried under rubble and your family never gets your body. That’s when a lot of guys say yeah this isn’t our fight, not like this.

 

Such are the perils of believing the globalist propaganda factory. These Western volunteers thought they were going to be going on patrols and hunting Russians in the same way they hunted jihadis in Afghanistan and Iraq. A dangerous sport, to be sure, but an activity that is more sport than war nonetheless. But, as they quickly discovered not long after their arrival, they’re not up against an ill-equipped, irregular 4GW insurgency, they’re up against one of the three most formidable professional militaries in the world.

 

Russia deliberately blew up foreign fighters and arms shipments at a Ukrainian base close to the Polish border on Sunday and has vowed to carry out more strikes in a direct warning to the West. Igor Konashenkov, a spokesman for Russia’s ministry of defence, said the base at Yavoriv – 12 miles from NATO territory – was struck by β€˜long-range, high-precision’ weapons because it was hosting β€˜foreign mercenaries and a large shipment of foreign weapons’. The 77-year-old Topsham bus driver who suffered a medical emergency this morning has now died after being airlifted to Maine Medical Center. The man is identified as Arthur McDougall of Lisbon, and police say some alert students on an MSAD 75 school bus helped bring the bus to a stop after seeing the bus driver experiencing difficulty on Route 201 near the Cathance River.

Arthur's widow, Diane McDougall, thanks all the students, citizens and first responders who tried to save her husband's life.

The district will make counselors available Tuesday in all of its buildings to support grieving students and staff.

14 middle and high school students were aboard and at least two of the students assisted in steering the bus to the side of the road while applying the brakes. After the bus was stopped, a third student attempted to begin first aid while at least one student called 9-1-1 and others exited the bus and waived down passing traffic.

Meanwhile, Josh Brewer, a passerby, helped to put the bus in park.

Two police officers arrived at the scene and began CPR on the driver.

There were no other injuries.
