Macrophage function in tissue repair and remodeling requires IL-4 or IL-13 with apoptotic cells

Macrophages aid in not only protecting the body from foreign bodies within the body, but are also players involved in body tissue repair.

So they eat Cancer cells through Phagocytosis (eating of foreign bodies), and are involved in apoptosis of Tumor cells, as well as body tissue repair.

From my research, a human protein GcMAF will trigger the macrophages.

conversely, Cancer and tumors release their protein Nagalase

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3812199/

GC protein-derived macrophage-activating factor decreases α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase levels in advanced cancer patients

So a Nagalase test to test if you have cancer or a tumor, then infusions of GcMAF, should activate the Macrophages.

Nagalase Blood Test: Too Good To Be True?

Nagalase can suppress the immune system by suppressing the activity of some very important immune cells called macrophages. Macrophages are white blood cells also called the “Pac-Men” because they devour invading microbes and altered cancer cells.
