Any interpreters around? English translation reads Queen of Heaven and Spanish (and other) translation reads Earth (or Land) of Heaven.

To whom or what is the Pope consecrating Russia tomorrow?

Earth of Heaven or Land of Heaven has never been used as a reference to Mary. Is it possible that "tierra del cielo" could be understood as "Reina del cielo y la tierra?" could the Vatican have bungled the translation that badly?
