My obs on the skies in the vids is that the low rain clouds will be evident in the kind of orange glow as they reflect back the lights of the city below. Doesn’t even need to be rainy. Keeping in mind the Q WildeMaus pic has a nice black clear sky, I looked at the weather in our current target area and found one nice match on 13DEC. It had some rain enuf to wet the ground but by 7:50pm the sky was CLEAR to see that star above WM coaster. Other dates in the vicinity of 14 and 15DEC, before and after, all show PASSING CLOUDS.

If you look at the taken on 5DEC German pic, observe how the green garland is attached to the roof lights that have detached from the corner roof ridge.

Then look at the pic posted 11DEC. No shadow from the garland is seen along that roof ridge. It may be that there is no light bar at all, with the garland on that ridge in that pic.

A quick check for London weather in December shows 5DEC to be one of the windiest days for the month, not to be matched until that severe storm occurring on 23DEC topping at 30mph. Sorry, the site does not show wind speed in metric. Or I don’t know how to change it.

Found a vid, of no consequence, however it says it’s from 2015, a couple of times actually, but the place where one looks for its posted date says specifically: 2013 Nov 23. It even lists as 8 years old.

You may guess my keen interest.

Well here is another one of the person’s vids. If the Nov 23, 2013 date is the real date, then has a gud look at Candy Floss stand. 3rd light out on front left corner ridge. The plaza layout sure seems to be the 2013 layout to me but am not familiar with later years, sew buttons.

The music seems either Middle Eastern or mebbe Hindu, totally not Christmas music, which makes it a really odd feel. In a normal vid the camera guy has a certain group he is filming but not this one which gives it a creepy, out-of-place, loner feel to it.

If I understand you correctly about the ‘posted’ date being an auto-generated timestamp thing, then I think we have proof the vids are really from 22NOV2013 due to the fact our poster submitted two identical vids: one posted 22NOV2013, the other posted the next day along with 2 other different vids. It’s not with absolute certainty but the two identical vids were posted diff dates leads one to believe he posted one of three vids on 22NOV. Then on 23NOV he posted all three vids. Again, I think all 3 vids were taken on the same night.

Use your understanding of the banner light matches. It doesn’t matter if we disagree on some things. Graphs and visuals always seem to help to see which direction the compass is pointing.

Am not capable of doing that graph but I think we have to try to use those partial markers we have been given, where we only have a banner, or we only have the eaves or the ridge lights and try to put them together. Maybe a graph of overlapping matches.
