Yeah fuck rice dude.

Beans - all kinds

Eggs.

Greens.

If you're allergic or intolerant to any of the above 3, you have a vitamin deficiency of some kind. Start with routine Vitamin D3.

Well, IMO, gut health is basically the core of our immune system, and I do believe it can be re-balanced. It's an ecosystem. Anyway, another thing you might wanna think about is just going ahead and taking a round of Ivermectin. How come we Humans are the only mammals that don't need (fairly) routine treatment /prophylaxis against parasites?

My Wife and I did 7 days of 12mg Ivermectin and felt a definite difference. My night time acid reflux disappeared. Not saying it's a panacaea by any means, but it's a smart step IMO. We'll probably do a week of it every 6 months or so just because. Oh yea, and my poops became way better. Formed, no peanut butter-can't-squeeze-the-last-clump-out. Really good poops now! Have not had this many clean wipes since I was young, and didn't change my diet at all.

Got my IVM at reliablerxpharmacy

Good Luck anon! Keep working it. Health is our natural state!

Not a doctor, but if you're 200 lbs., 12mg IVM a day for 7 days can't hurt you. Too much at once can kill too much parasite and release their toxins too fast. That's the only caveat for IVM that I've come across in my readings.
