Ever Forward still stuck in Chesapeake Bay; second refloat attempt expected in the next hours

It´s still stuck, but what got my attention is this:

WK Webster added, "Shipowners have not yet formally declared General Average (GA), but if GA is declared General Average security will be required from all cargo interests prior to the delivery of their cargo."

General Average? Might this end up with the ship being unloaded, containers examined, something like that?
