An interesting idea for Anons.

 

We know that many people have complained of "Havana Syndrome" issues for decades, before it finally hit the CIA so the establishment cared about it

 

This was very confusing in the 1990s, because the technology implied by the behaviors was so advanced, and the attitudes implied by the behaviors it did not seem plausible

 

Both those technologies (think instant info on any subject "Siri") and attitudes (think 'fuck your freedoms') are now a reality, in the 2020s.

 

So perhaps, it always came from a time very contemporary with where we are, right now and not much further than this…
