100 Percent Fed Up reports – While Disney makes headlines for its support of LGBTQ+ kids and condemns Florida lawmakers for their recently-passed anti-grooming bill, it’s important to remind the public of Disney’s history of covering up pedophilia within their company. It seems to be on-trend that they want to perpetuate the sexual grooming of children.

 

In 2014, a Disney Cruise Line steward, 36-year-old Ahmed Sofyan, was charged with two counts of molestation and one count of false imprisonment after holding a 13-year-old girl in an unoccupied cabin and molesting her. When this story was released, an ex-Disney Cruise officer spoke out, reporting a similar instance of child molestation that Disney authorities ordered her not to report just two years prior.

 

Dawn Taplin, the first female security officer at Disney and second in the entire cruise line industry, was on the cruise ship where this occurred. In 2014, she revealed Disney’s previous molestation cover-up.

 

In 2012, a Disney cruise ship employee was caught on camera molesting an 11-year-old girl in an elevator. Disney authorities allegedly did not allow security to report the incident.

 

Taplin interviewed the young victim after she and her grandmother reported the crime to Guest Services. The security officer, who had 17-years of experience as a police officer, found the surveillance footage extremely troubling.

 

The molestation occurred while the cruise ship was still docked at Port Canaveral in Florida while passengers were still boarding. Taplin recalls that they “weren’t going anywhere for another two hours or so.” Since they were still on U.S. land, Taplin notified the ship’s second-in-command and offered to call her FBI contact. However, she did not get the response she anticipated.

 

“I was ordered not to make any phone calls, do anything at all. Nothing. Period” recalled Taplin. She said that she was told, “Just keep your mouth shut.”

 

“If a crime is committed while you’re hooked up anywhere here, it is an American, it is a United States, it is a Florida crime,” said Taplin.

The authorities have sought to undermine digital privacy since at least 2015

 

Online news outlet Al Jazeera published previously unseen and heavily redacted documents on Tuesday after grappling with the Australian government for nearly five years over a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The documents paint a troubling picture of the closed-door conversations that preceded the Assistance and Access Act, far-reaching legislation announced in 2017 that became law the following year.

 

The law forces tech companies like Google, Facebook and Apple to grant police access to users’ encrypted data. Writing to the elite of the country’s tech sector, then-Secretary of Communications and the Arts Heather Smith assured them that “government will not require the creation of so-called ‘back doors’ to encryption,” but was merely “seeking collaboration with, and reasonable assistance from, our industry partners in the pursuit of public safety.”

 

Tech companies and opposition leaders in Australia’s parliament were against the Assistance and Access Act due to fears that deliberately introducing systemic weaknesses – so-called “back door” vulnerabilities to bypass encryption – would compromise the privacy of law-abiding Australians, make the country’s infrastructure less secure, and complicate the process by which Australian police work with foreign agencies on international law enforcement.

Soviet-era’s last US envoy to Moscow comments on war atrocities accusations against Russia

 

Ambassador Jack Matlock has saidit is not wise to make a nuclear-armed equivalent of the US into a pariah state

 

Moral outrage over images of apparent war atrocities in Bucha, Ukraine is understandable, but the calls to turn Russia into a pariah state are ill-advised, a former US ambassador to the Soviet Union warned on Monday, during an appearance on CNN.

 

Jack Matlock held various positions during the height of the Cold War and was Washington’s representative to the USSR in the final years of the communist powerhouse. The veteran diplomat warned CNN audiences that the drive to further antagonize Russia, which prevails in the West, is ill-advised, especially since it’s driven by emotions rather than reason.

 

“I share many of these emotions, but to the idea that we can make a major nuclear weapon state a pariah, that by our actions we actually are destroying those elements in that society that could bring a positive change in the future. I think that is not wise,” he said.

 

Matlock was referring to the moral outrage that has been dominating the West’s coverage of the Ukrainian crisis since Kiev accused Russian troops of war crimes. The allegations focus on Bucha, a small town northwest of Kiev from which Russian troops withdrew last week. Days after the withdrawal, images of apparent atrocities targeting its civilian population started pouring in from Bucha.

 

Ukrainian officials claimed these were evidence that Moscow was pursuing genocide of the Ukrainian people. Russia has denied any responsibility for what appeared in the images and said that Kiev was manipulating public opinion with staged scenes of brutality.

 

The CNN segment, in which Matlock was one of the experts providing their opinion, put the blame for the civilian deaths squarely on Russia. “Of course, there is no one else who could have committed these atrocities,” an EU spokesperson quoted by the news network said. Host Ana Cabrera said images from Bucha were particularly horrific because the alleged crimes were committed not by “some rogue actor like the Taliban or a terror group like ISIS or al Qaeda,” but by a UN nation.

 

Matlock said that feeling outrage over what he called “horrors of war” was a normal human reaction, but suggested that the only way to end them was to negotiate a path towards deescalation.

 

“To think that the world would benefit from making Russia, a nuclear power equivalent to the United States, a pariah, I think, does not really represent our interests in the future. I fear a world of that sort,” he said.

 

Opposing his view was Brian Klaas, associate professor of global politics at University College of London, who argued that Russia has made a pariah of itself by committing war crimes in Ukraine. He believes that the killings of civilians in Bucha were “orchestrated” by senior Russian leadership.

 

“There’s no way that you could have such atrocities without at least the knowledge of senior officials in the Russian military,” he said, “There’s no way that you could have such atrocities without at least the knowledge of senior officials in the Russian military,” he said. He offered no explanation for why Russian officers would make a display of brutality, an action that would not appear to benefit Russia’s objectives.

The veteran diplomat reiterated his long-held position, that NATO’s expansion in Europe and the gradual rising oftensions between Western powers and Moscow, which escalated into a shooting war in Ukraine this year, were an avoidable mistake of US foreign policy.

 

Klaas dismissed the notion, stating that “the characterization that this is somehow our fault [was] wildly wrong.”

“The podium will not be adorned with a crucifix, given that the majority of migrants are Muslim,” the Malta archdiocese noted, in an article published on its website, adding that “the pontiff’s visit is expected to draw attention to the brutal situation of Malta’s migrant community.”

 

Removing the crucifix from his presentation in Malta isn’t the first action where the current Pope was criticized for his actions. Upton was one of 10 Republican House members who voted to impeach then-President Donald Trump after the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, attack at the Capitol.

 

He was an early critic of Trump’s false claims that he lost the November presidential election due to widespread fraud and has said his vote for impeachment was to “send a clear message” that the United States will not tolerate a president impeding the peaceful transfer of power.

 

Trump has endorsed Michigan state lawmaker Steve Carra’s bid to challenge Upton.

 

Steve Carra dropped out on March 15, which improved the standing of Upton’s challenger, Trump-backed Huizenga.

 

Upton stood to potentially gain from a third contender in the GOP primary, state Rep. Steve Carra of Three Rivers, because it was thought Carra would split the pro-Trump vote with Huizenga. But Carra dropped out March 15 and endorsed Huizenga after the Trump endorsement.

Hundreds of Suspects Filmed Stuffing Multiple Ballots Into PA County Drop Boxes — But Republican DA Won’t Prosecute ANY of the Suspects Because Not Everyone Has Been Identified

 

On October 28, 2021, at around 7:45 PM ET two LCGC cameras captured a person of interest (POI) who was caught on video inserting several ballots into a ballot drop box in Lehigh County Pennsylvania.

 

The balding man is seen wearing a long sleeve V-neck red shirt, grey jeans, black shoes and a watch on his left wrist. He was carrying several ballots and was filmed stuffing them in the ballot box.

 

The Pennsylvania Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee held a hearing on March 30, 2022, on drop boxes and the alleged ballot trafficking in Lehigh County in the November 2021 election. This video of ballot trafficking was shared as evidence with the committee members.

 

There were hundreds of instances of similar instances of ballot trafficking that took place at the drop boxes during the 2021 election.

 

On Monday Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin, a Republican, admitted that there were likely hundreds of instances where people deposited numerous ballots into the ballot drop boxes in the last election.

 

At least 288 people deposited more than one ballot in the various drop boxes, all of which were under video surveillance.

 

District Attorney Jim Martin, a Republican, then announced he will not prosecute the suspects “because to prosecute those few whose identity can be proven would be unfair and unjust given the much larger numbers who cannot be identified and who also deposited multiple ballots.”

 

You can’t identify all of the suspects so he will not file charges against ANY of the suspects.

Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin said Monday there were likely hundreds of instances where people deposited more than one ballot into drop boxes between Oct. 18 and election day, Nov. 2, 2021.

 

Joe Vichot, Chairman of the Lehigh County Republican Committee, submitted correspondence on Jan. 20., 2022 to Deputy County Solicitor, Sarah Murray, regarding alleged multiple ballots deposited at drop boxes during the 2021 November election, according to a news release from the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.

 

On Feb. 1, 2022, the Election Board of Lehigh County through Deputy Solicitor Murray referred the matter to the District Attorney for investigation. Martin said he referred the matter to Chief County Detective Michael J. Millan, who assigned County Detectives Richard G. Heffelfinger, Steven C. Furlong and Robert V. Egan to the investigation.

Wang noted that Xi had "comprehensively expounded" on the need for dialogue and peace talks, but the Chinese diplomat made no new commitments toward mediating the conflict. "China does not seek geopolitical interests, nor will it watch the event from a safe distance while sitting idle, or add fuel to the fire," Wang said.

Ron Klain solicited charity funds from Hunter Biden in 2012

 

Current White House chief of staff Ron Klain approached Hunter Biden in September 2012 for help raising $20,000 for a foundation that looks after the vice president’s residence, but told the now-first son to “keep it low key” to prevent “bad PR,” according to emails obtained by The Post

 

In a Sept. 21, 2012 message to Hunter Biden, first reported by Fox News, Klain said he needed to “tackle a piece of unpleasant business.”

 

“The tax lawyers for the VP Residence Foundation have concluded that since the Cheney folks last raised money in 2007 and not 2008, we actually have to have some incoming funds before the end of this fiscal year (i.e., before 9/30/12 – next week) to remain eligible to be a ‘public charity,’” wrote Klain, referring to former Vice President Dick Cheney.

 

Klain at the time was chairman of the nonprofit Vice President’s Residence Foundation after leaving then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office the year before.

 

“It’s not much — we need to raise a total of $20,000 — so I’m hitting up a few very close friends on a very confidential basis to write checks of $2,000 each,” Klain added.

 

“We need to keep this low low key, because raising money for the Residence now is bad PR — but it has to be done, so I’m trying to just collect the 10 checks of $2,000, get it done in a week, and then, we can do an event for the Residence Foundation after the [presidential] election,” he concluded.

 

Hunter Biden, according to Fox News, forwarded Klain’s email to Eric Schwerin, a longtime business partner who was managing his finances.

 

Schwerin responded by saying they could “discuss this and some other bills on Monday,” and asked Hunter whether he thought “they would take a corporate check from Owasco,” an apparent reference to Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco PC.

 

Three days later, on Monday, Sept. 24, Hunter Biden emailed Klain: “Working on it- my partner Eric will be in touch.”

 

“Thanks!” Klain answered.

 

On the same day, according to Fox, Schwerin emailed the younger Biden to say he had talked to Klain, who was checking to see if the foundation would take a check from Owasco.

 

It remains unclear whether Owasco contributed to the foundation, but a 990 tax form from fiscal year 2012 shows that it received $20,500 in contributions, just over Klain’s ask.

Sussmann allegedly concealed that he was working for the Democratic National Committee, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, and tech executive Rodney Joffe when he provided claims that the Trump Organization had a secret link with a Russian bank, which the FBI later said was not credible.

 

“Jim – it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss,” Sussmann allegedly wrote to Baker, according to the late-night court filing (pdf). “Do you have availibilty [sic] for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own – not on behalf of a client or company – want to help the Bureau. Thanks.”

 

And Baker responded: “Ok. I will find a time. What might work for you?” Sussmann then replied, “Any time but lunchtime – you name it.”

 

Sussmann’s lawyers previously denied that their client made such claims to Baker, saying it was made orally. However, Durham’s latest filing suggests that Sussmann may have put it in writing.

 

“The Special Counsel has brought a false statement charge on the basis of a purported oral statement made over five years ago for which there is only a single witness, Mr. Baker; for which there is no recording; and for which there are no contemporaneous notes by anyone who was actually in the meeting,” Sussmann’s lawyers said last year.

 

In October, meanwhile, Durham’s team wrote that prosecutors will call Baker—who now works for Twitter—to testify in the upcoming trial.

 

Sussmann has pleaded not guilty and said he committed no wrongdoing. His lawyers recently called on a federal judge to dismiss the case, arguing that Durham’s probe is politically motivated.

 

But Durham said that Sussmann’s allegedly false statement to Baker was, in fact, “plainly material because it misled the General Counsel about, among other things, the critical fact that the defendant was disseminating highly explosive allegations about a then-Presidential candidate on behalf of two specific clients, one of which was the opposing Presidential campaign,” according to court documents.

 

Further, Durham asserted that Sussmann “repeatedly billed the Clinton campaign” for his work on their behalf.

 

Also on Monday, Sussmann’s lawyers wrote (pdf) that the discredited and controversial “Steele dossier” should not be included in the case as former UK spy Christopher Steele’s “conduct is wholly irrelevant to the charge against Mr. Sussmann,” adding that to allow “evidence regarding Mr. Steele would invite a distracting and highly prejudicial mini-trial on a fraught topic with no connection to the charge in this matter.”

Biden’s Media Lapdogs: If Everything Weren’t Horrible, Everything Would Be Awesome

The corporate media are nothing more than a PR arm for Democrats, even if it means making nonsensical declarations.

 

Gas prices are at record highs, grocery bills are through the roof, and supply-chain disruptions are still leaving business shelves bare, but even amid the instability, some things never change: Democrats’ media lapdogs are still spinning the facts to a dizzying degree.

 

As an apt illustration, The Washington Post shared this article about Biden’s economy, from self-serious columnistJennifer Rubin, to Twitter on Monday with the following snippet: “If it weren’t for inflation, this president’s economic performance would be unmatched.”

 

You really can’t make this stuff up. America is in such dire straits under the leadership of barely coherent President Joe Biden that the only way left to defend him is to say, If it weren’t for everything being horrible, it would all be wonderful.

 

To help Biden’s media lapdogs out, here are a few more amazing things — or, you know, things that would be if the opposite were reality.

 

If It Weren’t for Gasoline Being $5 a Gallon, Gas Would Be So Affordable

 

Gas has jumped 100 percent since 2020, with the national average above $4.00 per gallon. In some areas of the country, it’s a couple of dollars more, with fuel just outside Death Valley in California topping the charts at nearly $9.00 per gallon.

 

If the Washington Post needs help framing stories on gas prices, they’re welcome to use this headline: “If Biden’s $5 Gasoline Were Less Expensive, It Would Be Cheaper.”

 

If It Weren’t for Short-Staffing, Businesses Would Be Fully Staffed

 

Even as Rubin pumps recent employment numbers, plenty of stores across the country are still displaying “temporary hours” signs, waitresses are apologizing for slow service because “we’re just so short-staffed,” and “we’re hiring” signs are ubiquitous.

 

The pseudo boost in jobs isn’t coming from some sort of economic boom; it’s a painfully slow recovery from government lockdowns that hasn’t even reached where we were before the pandemic. Furthermore, the “unemployment rate” tells you nothing of the multitudes of people who opted to exit the labor force altogether and therefore aren’t included in the figure. But as the media would tell you, “If It Weren’t For Short-Staffing, Businesses Would Have All The Staff They Need.”

 

If It Weren’t for Supply-Chain Lockdowns, We Could Get Necessary Goods

 

Essential items are still taking forever to make it to their destinations, thus the shipping delays and empty shelves. That’s one of the many reasons the Biden administration’s gas-price solution of just buying an electric car was so absurd (that and, of course, the price tag).

 

But supply-chain disruptions certainly aren’t the Biden administration’s fault, and they’re not really a problem anyway because — and again, corporate press, feel free to nab this headline — “If It Weren’t For Supply-Chain Issues, We Could Get Our Hands On All The Things We Need.”

 

If It Weren’t for the Humanitarian Crisis on the U.S. Border, Biden’s Policies Would Be Second to None

 

After Biden’s political posture prompted more than 2 million Border Patrol encounters with illegal aliens on the border in 2021 alone, what could go wrong with his administration’s plans to repeal Title 42, the Trump-era policy that sped up the return of illegal border-crossers during Covid-19?

 

Thanks to his policies, dangerous cartels are empowered at the expense of women and children, and desperate migrants are left vulnerable at the mercy of the elements and the deadly Rio Grande. Yet journalists have used their platforms to explain that the border crisis is a result of the president being so “moral,” so they would probably be interested in a headline like, “If They Weren’t Empowering Cartels To Rape Women, Biden’s Border Policies Would Be Top Notch.”

What if the 2020 election was “rigged” in plain sight and through entirely legal means using $400 million dollars from Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI)? The bombshell upcoming documentary Rigged from Citizens United Productions explains how this Big Tech power couple contributed hundreds of millions of dollars to a pair of non-profit organizations through CZI. The non-profits, in turn, spent the money on a Democrat-focused get-out-the-vote effort all under the guise of pandemic “election safety.”

 

Rigged starts by recounting Big Tech’s role in the last two elections, starting with 2016, when Donald Trump—harnessing the power of social media—shocked the world by flipping the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania to pull off an upset victory against Hillary Clinton. By the time of Trump’s inauguration, Mark Zuckerberg had come under tremendous fire from the Democrat elite over Facebook’s perceived failure to censor content seen as favorable to the Trump campaign. But four years later, lo and behold, the coronavirus pandemic would give Zuckerberg a clear shot at redemption.

 

The documentary Rigged tells this story. Through their philanthropic organization the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), which lists Barack Obama’s former campaign manager David Plouffe (who authored the book A Citizen’s Guide to Beating Donald Trump) as a key strategist, Zuckerberg and his wife donated $69.5 million to the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) and a whopping $328 million to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a non-profit headed by Obama Foundation fellow Tiana Epps-Johnson, who prior to creating CTCL in 2015, worked for an organization described by the Washington Post as “the Democratic party’s Hogwarts for digital wizardry.”

 

As former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gabelman says in the documentary, the CTCL essentially became a vehicle for Zuckerberg and Chan to fund get-out-the-vote efforts in mostly Democrat-populated districts in key swing states like Wisconsin.

 

In 2019, CTCL received a mere $2.8 million in contributions before the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s $328 million cash infusion in the lead-up to the 2020 election. Though these massive funds were labeled as “grants” for “safe administrations of public elections during the COVID-19 pandemic,” the documentary demonstrates that these donations were used to encourage and facilitate mail-in voting disproportionally in Democrat-run areas as well as to fund the proliferation of ballot drop boxes and a host of other things designed to boost Joe Biden’s vote totals in key swing states.

 

“They’re sending the money to big urban centers, they’re dramatically-increasing the ballot boxes that are there, and they’re conditioning the money on those polling locations, those government entities, throwing open the flood gates, to potential voter fraud,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) says in Rigged. “This was the greatest billionaire assault on election integrity we’ve ever seen.”

EU Set to Sanction Hungary After Orbán Election Landslide

 

The European Union looks set to launch sanctions against Hungary after Viktor Orbán achieved a landslide victory in the country’s recent general election.

 

It appears that the European Union is not happy with the result of Hungary’s recent general election, with many in Brussels seemingly hoping the country’s united opposition would manage to unseat long-running conservative Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

 

However, after Orbán’s recent landslide victory, the EU looks set to take a different approach to tackling the populist administration.

 

According to a report by Euronews, the European Commission has triggered the so-called “conditionality mechanism” over what are alleged to be Hungarian breaches of EU law.

 

The move — which had only recently been ruled legal by a European court — opens up the eastern-European country to economic sanctions, allowing the EU to freeze funding sent to the eastern European country, which reportedly amounts currently to around five billion euros per anum.

 

While the exact reasons for the triggering of the mechanism were not given, the commission has previously repeatedly targeted Hungary over alleged “corruption” regarding its judiciary, with many in Europe also taking issue with the Conservative cultural dominance in its national media.

 

Both Hungary and Poland were previously seen as prime targets for the rules by the EU before the Ukraine crisis kicked off again in late February, with the bloc accusing both countries of democratic shortcomings not in keeping with European values.

 

Post-Russia’s renewed invasion of Ukraine, it seems Hungary has become the prime internal target for Brussels’ wrath, with Orbán’s administration being accused of unfairly tipping the scales of the election via the cultural capital conservatives have in Hungary.

“Hungary must choose its side, and whether they belong to the EU and Nato,” said Czech foreign minister Jan Lipavskỷ, noting that he was “not satisfied with the election’s result in Hungary”.

 

“We are facing existential issues,” The Guardian meanwhile reports Finnish MEP Petri Sarvamaa as saying. “These are totalitarian authoritarian regimes vis-a-vis the democratic world and Orbán seems to be willing to be part of that [first] camp.”

German Supermarkets Substantially Raise Food Product Prices

 

German supermarket chains including Aldi and Lidl have announced they will be significantly raising prices on some goods, such as cooking oils and other food products due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

 

The German supermarket chains have indicated that due to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, they will be increasing the prices of some goods as the renewed conflict has had a significant impact on global commodity prices.

 

Some prices are set to rise as much as 30 per cent, and in some cases as much as 50 per cent this week, and newspaper Berliner Zeitung reports the items impacted will include: “cooking oil, butter and margarine… also chocolate, crisps, preserves, sausage, spreads and cheese”.

 

“Due to the situation on the world markets, we will experience jumps in sales prices that have never been seen before,” Managing Director Communications at Aldi North Florian Scholbeck said and added, “There will be no empty shelves.”

 

Erik Döbele, national head of purchasing at Aldi South, meanwhile, stated that Aldi does not plan to ration any goods or limit the number of items people can purchase, but Lidl stated that own-brand products such as cooking oil and canned food, would have limits per customer as the demand for the items remains high.

 

The Federal Association of the German Food Trade’s spokesman Christian Böttcher also recently called on German consumers to limit their purchases to what they need in order to have solidarity with others so that store shelves do not become bare.

 

Many have wanted about the economic impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, particularly its effect on the agricultural industry, as both Russia and Ukraine are major exporters of food, as well as items needed to produce fertilizers.

 

Swedish farmers may be forced to reduce their harvests by half due to a shortage of manure and fertilizers from Russia and Ukraine and are also said to be struggling with rising costs of energy, such as diesel fuel.

 

Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev, who now serves as a security official, warned that Russia may also limit food exports to countries deemed “unfriendly” and said countries may have to pay partially for commodities in Russian rubles, as well as their local currency.

New ‘Antilynching’ Federal Law Could Let Prosecutors Imprison You For A Crime You Never Committed

The Emmett Till Antilynching Act may become a key piece in the arsenal for U.S. intelligence agencies’ war on free speech.

Touted as an overdue (if duplicative) law that no one could disagree with, the Emmett Till Antilynching Act signed by President Biden last week includes a subtle provision that could boost the Biden administration’s war on wrongthink.

Rep. Thomas Massie, one of the three who voted against the bill, expressed a handful of concerns, including that there are a limited number of constitutionally specified federal crimes, that lynching is already criminalized, and that “Adding enhanced penalties for ‘hate’ [on top of existing criminal punishments] tends to endanger other liberties such as freedom of speech.”

He also highlighted another potential pitfall of the legislation: “The bill creates another federal crime of ‘conspiracy,’ which I’m concerned could be enforced overbroadly on people who are not perpetrators of a crime.” Here’s the section Massie is referring to:

Whoever conspires to commit any offense under paragraph (1), (2), or (3) shall, if death or serious bodily injury (as defined in section 2246 of this title) results from the offense, or if the offense includes kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, be imprisoned for not more than 30 years, fined in accordance with this title, or both.

The bill amends the Hate Crimes Prevention Act, passed in 2009, which defines and criminalizes hate crimes. The minimum qualification is an attempt “to cause bodily injury” due to the victim’s race, sexual orientation, nationality, gender, religion, or disability.

Bodily injury can be defined as “physical pain” or “any other injury to the body, no matter how temporary.” Sensibly, the 2009 law requires an attempt at violence to be made, which is a crime itself regardless of prejudiced motives. The new “antilynching” law takes this a step further by criminalizing “conspiracy” to commit certain hate crimes.

I’m sure someone will retort: conspiracy to commit a federal crime is already a federal crime. This is not a universally accepted interpretation of conspiracy law, nor does the law’s language or historical precedent justify such a broad interpretation — hence the ostensible necessity for the new antilynching law. Criminalized conspiracies are those plotting “against the United States” – like the Volkswagen executives who attempted to defraud the Environmental Protection Agency by faking emission results and, more recently, the leader of the Oath Keepers who plead guilty to seditious conspiracy for his part in the Jan. 6, 2021 riot.

So as of last Tuesday, it is illegal to simply “agree” to participate in an act if it falls under the categories highlighted above. One can imagine dark political humor venturing into these categories (a comment such as “I hate so-and-so so much I could kill him,” for example) being interpreted as “conspiring to lynch.”

The key issue here is that intent should not be the sole subject of a court case. The purpose of courts is for a neutral arbiter to determine whether someone’s rights were violated during an encounter between two parties. Conspiracy, if no action is taken in pursuit of it, involves only one party: the conspirators. Therefore, it alone constitutes no crime as it couldn’t have possibly violated someone else’s rights.

With this new law, the U.S. government has further expanded into the realm of policing thought crimes. Ominously, this law comes on the heels of the Department of Homeland Security’s attempt to broaden the “domestic terrorism” category and expand methods for identifying “threats.”

For those unaware, killings attributed to domestic extremists in 2020 and 2021 were each far lower than in the previous five years. Overall there were only 29 such killings in 2021. Despite this, we continue to hear fearmongering from those in power.

FBI Director Christopher Wray went before Congress last year to declare “The problem of domestic terrorism has been metastasizing across the country for a number of years.” Attorney General Merrick Garland adopted a similar tone, warning “Domestic violent extremists pose an elevated threat in 2021, and in the FBI’s view, the top domestic violent extremist threat we face comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race.”

China Promises to ‘Staunchly Support Hungary’ Under Viktor Orban

 

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi enthusiastically celebrated Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s landslide victory this weekend in a call to his counterpart in the country, Foreign Affairs Minister Peter Szijjarto, and vowed China would “staunchly support” Orbán in Hungary’s “development path.”

 

Orbán’s Fidesz Party, which identifies as nationalist and conservative, won a decisive victory on Sunday, securing about 53 percent of the vote agianst the opposition United for Hungary Party. Orbán celebrated the win as “so big that you can see it from the moon” and claimed it as a defeat for the “international left” shortly before the world’s largest Communist Party extended its praise and support to Fidesz. The win will grant Orbán a fifth term, four of them consecutive, as prime minister.

 

Chinese officials typically reach out to congratulate leaders of friendly nations following a significant electoral win despite the absence of any popular participation in governance in China. China and Hungary have greatly expanded ties under Orbán, the first European leader to join China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), a global infrastructure program whose core service is offering predatory loans to developing nations.

 

Wang reportedly told Orbán’s top diplomat in a phone call on Tuesday that China would seek to “continue to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields to build a stronger comprehensive strategic partnership,” according to the Chinese regime news outlet Xinhua.

 

“Wang conveyed congratulations of the Chinese leaders over the Fidesz party’s re-winning parliamentary elections under the leadership of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban,” Xinhua relayed. “The election result shows that the independent policy pursued by the Hungarian side is in line with the country’s national conditions and the common interests of its people, and is firmly and broadly supported by the people, Wang said.”

 

Wang reportedly “wished that the Hungarian side will achieve greater progress under the leadership of Prime Minister Orban” and “said China will continue to staunchly support Hungary in preserving its independent choice of development path.”

 

Xinhua described the conversation as warm, noting that Szijjarto expressed appreciation for “the mutual trust and friendship between Hungary and China and the high level of their ties.”

 

“Hungary will continue to firmly safeguard its legitimate interests, and is ready to deepen cooperation with China in various fields and promote their comprehensive strategic partnership to higher levels, Szijjarto said,” the state outlet claimed.

 

The Chinese Communist Party’s embrace of the victory follows Orbán himself declaring in his victory speech on Sunday that he had defeated “the left at home [and] the international left all around” to stay in power. Orbán has previously declared it a “calling” of former communist states in Europe to ensure that Western values prevail over authoritarianism.

 

“In this situation in Europe, we Hungarians can clearly see the essence of our European calling,” Orbán said in remarks last year. “It is to bring the uncompromising anti-communist tradition into the common store of European values. It is to place the crimes and lessons of international socialism alongside the crimes and lessons of national socialism.”

 

Orbán’s government has also prioritized opposition to Christian persecution and the embrace of Christian values around the world.

The topics of local military conflicts and illegal human organ trade always go hand in hand, since military actions are

Marinković, the former judge of the District Court in Pristina, attempted to give testimony about that at the Slobodan

Milošević trial in the Hague. According to her, the UN mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) headed by Bernard Kouchner, the

former French Foreign Minister, obstructed investigations of disappearances and kidnappings in the region.

The fact that the anti-human activity of black market transplant surgeons was well known by the international

community is supported by the book of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former

Yugoslavia Carla Del Ponte “The Hunt: Me and the War criminals.” The book sheds light on information about mass

Court Reinstates Lawsuit Against Zuckerberg's Election Meddling Group

Part 1 of 2

Last week, a Louisiana appellate court reinstated Attorney General Jeff Landry’s lawsuit challenging Mark Zuckerberg’s infiltration of the state election system with private “Zuck Bucks” that flooded the country during the 2020 election.

The lawsuit, State of Louisiana v. Center for Tech and Civic Life, originated in October 2020. That’s when Louisiana, through Landry, sought a court order declaring that “private contributions to local election officials and the election system in general are unlawful and contrary to Louisiana law.” Landry’s lawsuit followed attempts by the Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life to dole out millions in targeted grants to election officials throughout the state.

By the time Landry sued, more than 20 officials throughout the state had appliedfor grants of nearly $8 million, but after the attorney general warned them the funds were illegal, most abandoned their efforts. Orleans and Calcasieu parishes, however, went on to accept more than $810,000 in funds for the 2020 election.

While Landry succeeded in limiting the impact of the Zuckbucks in Louisiana to two parishes, his efforts to prevent what he called “the corrosive influence of outside money on Louisiana election officials” initially failed when a state trial court dismissed his lawsuit against the Center for Tech and Civic Life and its partner organizations.

In tossing the case, the trial judge held there was no legal basis to prevent “registrars of voters, clerks of court, or other local election officials from seeking and obtaining grant dollars to assist with the funding the necessary staff and equipment for the upcoming November 3, 2020 election.” In reaching this conclusion, the trial court relied on Louisiana’s constitution, specifically article 6, § 23.

That provision authorizes “political subdivisions” to “acquire property for any public purpose,” by among other things, “donation.” The trial court then reasoned that because “registrar of voters and clerks of court are ‘political subdivisions,’” “they are allowed to accept private donations,” including to run elections. Accordingly, the trial court tossed the state’s lawsuit and allowed the private funds to flow into the parish coffers.

Landry appealed the dismissal of the state’s challenge to the Zuckbuck scheme and last Wednesday the Louisiana appellate court reversed the lower court decision. In reversing the trial court and reinstating Landry’s lawsuit against the Center for Tech and Civic Life and the other defendant organizations that assisted in distributing the Zuckbucks, the Louisiana appellate court analyzed controlling precedent to determine whether the clerks of court and the registrar of voters are “political subdivisions” within the meaning of art. 6 § 23 of the Louisiana constitution.

They are not, the appellate court concluded. “Rather it is clear that they are constitutional officers created by the State pursuant to our constitution,” the appellate court continued, “and both officers have only the powers, duties, and responsibilities as granted to them by law.”

Because the clerks of court and registrar of voters to whom the Zuckbucks were to be distributed “are not creatures of local government,” they may not “acquire property” by “donation” under art. 6, § 23 of the state constitution, the court held. The Louisiana appellate court then reversed the dismissal of the case and returned it to the lower court for further proceedings on the state’s challenge to the private funding of elections.

In reversing the trial court decision, the appellate court did not declare the Zuckbuck funding of elections illegal but left that to the court below to decide. However, the appellate court’s decision highlighted that “the Louisiana Constitution provides that the secretary of state is the ‘chief election officer of the state,’” and that “he shall prepare and certify the ballots for all elections, promulgate all election returns, and administer the election laws, except those relating to voter registration and custody of voting machines.” The appellate court further stressed that “the secretary of state is also responsible for paying all election costs and expenses.”

 

This analysis supports Landry’s argument in the underlying lawsuit that because Louisiana’s election laws are “comprehensive and exclusive” and provide for the state “funding of elections and election costs” “the use of private money to fund elections in the State of Louisiana” is illegal. But that will be a question for the lower court to determine on remand.

 

First, though, there will be the discovery process, including depositions of the relevant players. Landry told The Federalist in a Monday interview that with the case reinstated he “looks forward now to proceeding with the normal process of discovery.”

 

Landry added that the situation today is much different than the one the state confronted when the lawsuit was originally filed. Since the election, there have been extremely troubling revelations about the approximately $350 million pumped into the election system by Zuckerberg’s organization, Landry noted.

 

While the attorney general spoke only generally about the problems, he noted two fundamental problems underlying the private funding of elections. First, money is flowing into the system “in the darkness of night,” Landry stressed. Second, the Zuckbucks were used to achieve a targeted disenfranchisement, with rural Louisianans treated less favorably than their fellow citizens living in populated areas.

 

Details from other states confirm Landry’s concerns. In Wisconsin, a retired election clerk in a large Wisconsin county explained how, behind closed doors, “political activists working for a group funded by Mark Zuckerberg money seized control of the November elections in Green Bay and other cities, sidelining career experts and making last-minute changes that may have violated state law.”

 

Similarly, in other states, Zuckbucks created “a ‘shadow’ election system with a built-in structural bias,” according to analyses conducted after the election. Post-election analyses of the data likewise reveal the $350 million in funding disproportionately favored Democrat-heavy areas — so much so that it could have changed the outcome of the election.

 

Backlash against buying the election for Biden with Zuckbucks has prompted several states to pass laws expressly prohibiting the use of private funds for election purposes. As of March 2022, private funds are either restricted or banned in the running of elections in more than a dozen states. State legislatures in five additional states passed similar restrictions on outside funds, but those bills were vetoed by the governors — all of whom were Democrats.

 

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards is one of the five Democrats to veto a legislative ban on the private funding of elections. But with last week’s appellate court decision reinstating Landry’s challenge to the use of private funds in elections, the state may nonetheless prevail in its attempt to keep outside money from interfering in future elections.

 

Before the case returns to the trial court, however, the Center for Tech and Civic Life may attempt to appeal to the Louisiana Supreme Court. The Federalist contacted an attorney for the group, asking if an appeal would be forthcoming, but our request for comment went unanswered.

West Tries to Sabotage Russia-Ukraine Talks With Bucha Hysteria, Lavrov Says

 

Ukrainian and western media have accused Russia of committing mass killings of civilians in the Ukrainian city of Bucha. Moscow, for its part, said that the Bucha situation is nothing short of provocation created by Ukraine specifically for the western media.

The West is trying to sabotage negotiations between Russia and Ukraine by fueling the hype around the Bucha provocation, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.

The top Russian official noted that the provocation in Bucha took place just as Ukraine rolled out possible peace suggestions, including those regarding Crimea.

Should such attempts by the West continue, there is a risk negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will repeat the fate of the Minsk agreements - something that "should not happen", the minister said.

The talks in Istanbul took place in late March and were considered fruitful, with Russia even noting that Kiev "confirmed the need to ensure a non-nuclear, non-bloc status of Ukraine" and its security outside NATO, along with Ukraine acknowledging that the "issues of Crimea and Donbass have been finally resolved".

"For us to have real progress, not the illusion of it, we insist that an unambiguous signal be sent to Kiev not to sabotage the process," the minister stressed. "Otherwise, we risk repeating the fate of the Minsk agreements, and we will never agree to this."

The Russian foreign minister went on to say that Moscow is concerned about Kiev's decision to demand the ratification of a potential peace deal and a referendum. According to Lavrov, this might complicate the process.

Lavrov's remarks come as the western media, along with the Ukrainian outlets, continue to fuel the narrative that Russia is behind the mass killings of civilians in the Ukrainian city of Bucha, citing footage that shows bodies strewn across the city's streets as evidence. However, the footage appeared to be questionable, as many observers said that "corpses" were moving or even standing up when the camera moved past them.

Moscow said that the Bucha allegations are "yet another provocation" carried out especially for western media and aimed at slandering Russia. Moscow has twice requested an urgent session of the United Nations Security Council over the Bucha situation, but the United Kingdom (which is at present presiding over the UNSC) refused both times to hold the meeting.

Dating does not involve love. We were "Casually Dating." That's the actual title we decided on. So, whatever the fuck that means. I just told her I wanted to go slow and see what happened.

Questions Abound About Bucha Massacre

 

The West has made a snap judgment about who is responsible for the massacre at the Ukrainian town of Bucha with calls for more stringent sanctions on Russia, but the question of guilt is far from decided, writes Joe Lauria.

 

Within hours of news Sunday that there had been a massacre at Bucha, a town 63 kms north of the Ukrainian capital, the verdict was in: Russian troops had senselessly slaughtered hundreds of innocent civilians as they withdrew from the town, leaving their bodies littering the streets.

 

Unlike their judicial systems, when it comes to war, Western nations dispense with the need for investigations and evidence and pronounce guilt based on political motives: Russia is guilty. Case closed.

 

Except the case hasn’t even been opened yet and the sentence is already being proposed. French President Emmanuel Macron, for instance, has called for Russian coal and oil to be banned from Europe. “There are very clear indications of war crimes,” he said on France Inter radio Monday. “What happened in Bucha demands a new round of sanctions and very clear measures, so we will co-ordinate with our European partners, especially with Germany.”

 

Other voices are now perilously calling for the U.S. to go to war with Russia over the incident.

 

“This is genocide,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told Face the Nation on CBS. “Mothers of Russians should see this. See what bastards you’ve raised. Murderers, looters, butchers,” he added on Telegram.

 

Russia has categorically denied it had anything to do with the massacre.

 

Where to Start

 

If there were to be a serious probe, one of the first places an investigator would begin is to map out a timeline of events.

 

Last Wednesday, all Russian forces left Bucha, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

 

This was confirmed on Thursday by a smiling Anatolii Fedoruk, the mayor of Bucha, in a video on the Bucha City Council official Facebook page. The translated post accompanying the video says:

 

“March 31 – the day of the liberation of Bucha. This was announced by Bucha Mayor Anatolii Fedoruk. This day will go down in the glorious history of Bucha and the entire Bucha community as a day of liberation by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Russian occupiers.”

Israel’s Foreign Minister Yair Lapid explicitly accused Russia of war crimes on Tuesday, in the strongest comments against Moscow yet by a top Israeli official.

 

“A large and powerful country has invaded a smaller neighbor without any justification. Once again, the ground is soaked with the blood of innocent civilians,” Lapid charged while in Cyprus, speaking alongside his Cypriot and Greek counterparts, according to a statement from his spokesman.

 

“The images and testimony from Ukraine are horrific. Russian forces committed war crimes against a defenseless civilian population. I strongly condemn these war crimes,” Lapid said in reference to the alleged atrocities committed in the Kyiv suburb Bucha.

 

Lapid noted that the war in Ukraine offered opportunities for new energy partnerships, saying that it will “change the structure of the European and Middle Eastern energy market.”

 

Earlier on Tuesday, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett condemned the killing of civilians in Bucha, but did not blame Russia or anyone else for the atrocities.

 

“We are shocked by the difficult pictures coming from Bucha, terrible scenes,” he said while visiting an army post in the West Bank.

 

Asked about the alleged mass killings of civilians by Russian forces, Bennett said, “We condemn them with all force.”

 

He noted that “the suffering of Ukrainian citizens is huge” and noted that Israel has set up a field hospital in western Ukraine, which “all Israelis should be proud of.”

 

Israel has avoided aligning too closely with either side since Russian troops invaded Ukraine on February 24. It is one of the few countries that maintains relatively warm relations with both Ukraine, a fellow Western democracy, as well as Russia.

 

Moscow controls the airspace over Syria, in which Israel operates to target Iranian proxies, and this is seen as a key reason for Israel’s careful comments on the war.

 

While Lapid has taken a clearer stance against Russia, condemning its actions in Ukraine on several occasions and vowing that Israel will not be used as a “route to bypass” sanctions on Russian oligarchs, Bennett has avoided blaming Russia, instead attempting to position himself as a mediator in the conflict.

Denmark expels 15 Russian diplomats, foreign minister says

 

The diplomats must leave the country within the next 14 days

 

Denmark’s government has made a decision on expelling 15 Russian diplomats, Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod announced on Tuesday.

 

"The government is expelling from Denmark 15 Russian intelligence agents, they must leave the country within the next 14 days," he said. "This is a historic step, which we are taking here from the Danish side. But we are also doing this jointly with a large number of European countries because we want to ensure our security."

 

Denmark’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the Russian ambassador has been informed about this decision.

 

According to the statement, Denmark is not seeking to sever diplomatic relations with Moscow, hence the ambassador and some other staff won’t be expelled.

UAE sentences Israeli woman to death over half-kilo of cocaine

 

Fidaa Kiwan, arrested in March 2021, claims drugs did not belong to her; officials anticipate reduction in punishment after appeal

 

An Israeli woman, Fidaa Kiwan, was sentenced to death Tuesday in Dubai after she was convicted of possessing half a kilogram of cocaine.

 

The Foreign Ministry said that “the case is known and we are handling it through the consular service and our representatives in the Emirates.”

 

Kiwan, a 43-year-old Haifa resident who owns a photography studio, reportedly came to Dubai for work at the invitation of a Palestinian acquaintance a year ago. She was arrested a short while later, on March 17, 2021, after a search of her apartment turned up the drugs, the Ynet news site reported. She has claimed that the drugs were not hers, and her local lawyer is expected to appeal the decision.

 

Officials with knowledge of the case told The Times of Israel that they expect the sentence to be reduced to a long prison term upon appeal.

 

The United Arab Emirates is known for its strict anti-drug laws, with those convicted of drug trafficking facing a possible death sentence. However, the death sentences are not rigorously enforced in many cases and tend to be converted into heavy prison sentences.

 

This was not the first time that the UAE has made a notable drug bust of an Israeli. In October 2021, it was reported that an Israeli man — Halil Dasuki, 31, from Lod — was arrested in Dubai on suspicion of involvement in a scheme to smuggle half a ton of cocaine into the UAE and from there to Israel.

 

At the time, Emirati police said they foiled the smuggling attempt after receiving a tip about a cargo container carrying the contraband through a seaport. They noted that a suspect of “Middle Eastern origin” was arrested in the operation, and he was described as an intermediary for an international drug syndicate.

Special Counsel John Durham is revealing new smoking gun evidence, a text message that shows a Clinton campaign lawyer lied to the FBI, while putting the courts on notice he is prepared to show the effort to smear Donald Trump with now-disproven Russia collusion allegations was a "conspiracy."

 

In a bombshell court filing late Monday night, Durham for the first time suggested Hillary Clinton's campaign, her researchers and others formed a "joint venture or conspiracy" for the purpose of weaving the collusion story to harm Trump's election chances and then the start of his presidency.

 

"These parties acted as 'joint venturer[s]' and therefore should be 'considered as co-conspirator[s],'" he wrote.

 

Durham also revealed he has unearthed a text message showing Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann falsely told the FBI he was not working on behalf of any client when he delivered now-discredited anti-Trump research in the lead-up to the 2016 election. In fact, he was working for the Clinton campaign and another client, prosecutors say.

 

The existence of the text message between Sussmann and then-FBI General Counsel James Baker was revealed in a court filing late Monday night by Durham's team. Prosecutors said they intend to show Sussmann gave a false story to the FBI but then told the truth about working on behalf of the Clinton campaign when he later testified to Congress.

 

"Jim – it's Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss," Sussmann texted Baker on Sept. 18, 2016, according to the new court filing. "Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow? I'm coming on my own – not on behalf of a client or company – want to help the Bureau. Thanks."

 

Prosecutors said the text message will become essential evidence at trial to show Sussmann lied to the FBI.

Obama's signature, government-backed measure was a major overhaul to the U.S. health care system to make medical insurance more affordable and accessible to Americans.

 

The gathering Tuesday marked Obama's first time returning to the White House since his presidency.

 

The policy change addresses the so-called "family glitch" in the Affordable Care Act, which refers to a provision of the law that allows an individual to qualify for a subsidized Obamacare plan if their employer-based plan rises above a pre-set percentage, regardless of how many family members are covered.

 

In other words, the percentage increase was calculated based on the premium of the individual employee rather than the total amount with dependents.

 

During the event, Vice President Kamala Harris called on Congress to permanently expand the taxpayer subsidies for Obamacare plans. Biden's $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan temporarily expanded the subsidies.

 

Harris also urged 12 states that haven't expanded Medicaid coverage to change course.

 

"Every person in our nation should be able to access and afford the healthcare they need to thrive, not as a privilege, but as a right," she said.

The White House Is Pushing Puberty Blockers for ‘Trans Kids.’ It’s Relying on a Problematic Study.

 

The Biden administration promoted the use of puberty blockers for transgender children by citing a study from an LGBT group funded in part by a manufacturer of the controversial drugs used in gender reassignment.

 

In statements commemorating "Transgender Day of Visibility," the White House and Department of Health and Human Services cited research from the Trevor Project to support the use of puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and sex-reassignment procedures in children seeking to change genders. Two of the Trevor Project’s donors, AbbVie and Allergan, make drugs and medical products used in the medical gender transition process. The charitable foundations of both companies gave at least $50,000 to the Trevor Project, according to a review of tax documents and the Trevor Project’s website. The Trevor Project did not disclose the funding in its research.

 

The Biden administration’s support for "gender-affirming" care, the progressive buzzword for gender transitions, comes as conservatives push to stop the prescription of hormones and puberty blockers to children. Texas governor Greg Abbott (R.) has called on the state’s child welfare service to open abuse investigations into parents who give puberty blockers and hormones to children. Texas attorney general Ken Paxton (R.) subpoenaed AbbVie and drug maker Endo Pharmaceuticals, claiming both companies improperly promote the use of puberty blockers in transgender children.

 

The Trevor Project study, published in the Journal of Adolescent Health and cited by numerous news outlets, claimed that teenagers with access to drugs and procedures to change genders were less likely to have depression and suicidal thoughts. The organization polled nearly 12,000 transgender and nonbinary youth, offering gift cards to some participants. In citing the study, HHS said "early" use of the drugs was "crucial" to the well-being of transgender children.

 

AbbVie makes Lupron, a drug designed to treat premature puberty that is sold off-label to transgender children. The company also sells Androgel, a testosterone booster used in the female-to-male transition process. Allergan makes materials used in gender reassignment procedures.

 

Though the medical gender transition industry is growing rapidly, some researchers say puberty blockers and hormone treatments for children have not been studied enough to ensure their safety.

 

A group of scientists, including a physician who has taken part in clinical research for AbbVie, wrote in a 2019 letter published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism that the therapies could cause sterility, sexual dysfunction, and cardiovascular problems. The researchers also said that limited data from people who have undergone gender transitions "fail to demonstrate long-term success in suicide prevention."

 

The Biden administration’s endorsement could pave the way for broader acceptance of the use of puberty blockers and hormone therapy in children. The White House said in its fact sheet on Transgender Day of Visibility that children who identify as transgender have "the right to access gender-affirming health care."

 

Drug companies have ramped up funding for LGBT groups and transgender research in recent years. A group of Stanford researchers who released another influential study this year endorsing hormone treatments received funding from Pfizer and Arbor, according to a report from the Daily Caller. Pfizer sells estradiol, an estrogen hormone used by males transitioning to females.

 

Pfizer is a sponsor of the Human Rights Campaign, an LGBT rights organization that was also cited in the HHS document touting treatment for transgender children. The document also cited research from the Endocrine Society, a medical group that has endorsed the use of puberty blockers for children seeking a gender change. AbbVie, Pfizer, and other drug companies that make drugs used in the gender transition process are corporate liaisons for the Endocrine Society. AbbVie gave $20,000 to the Endocrine Society in 2020.

Army Captain Placed in Mental Hospital for Accusing Commanding General Patrick Donahoe of Pushing Illegal Vaccine

A Captain who filed criminal charges against Commanding General Patrick Donahoe of Fort Benning has been admitted to Fort Benning’s hospital for what they’re deeming a “health crisis.”

The Captain’s friends and family are concerned he is being punished for standing up against the illegal vaccine mandate.

The Captain’s criminal complaint against the Commanding General claimed that he was mandating vaccinations with vaccines claimed to be FDA-approved. The DoD is operating under the BELIEF that the vaccines they are mandating are fully licensed. This is arguably not the case.

 

This Captain filed criminal charges against the commanding general at Fort Benning due to the General pushing non-licensed vaccines. Instead of investigating, the officials reported the Captain to the same people the Captain was filing charges against! So they retaliated against him by ordering a mental evaluation where they asked him about January 6th and his thoughts on the election.

Why the vaccines cannot protect against infection

 

A fundamental mistake underlying the development of the COVID-19 vaccines was to neglect the functional distinction between the two major categories of antibodies which the body produces in order to protect itself from pathogenic microbes.

 

The first category (secretory IgA) is produced by immune cells (lymphocytes) which are located directly underneath the mucous membranes that line the respiratory and intestinal tract. The antibodies produced by these lymphocytes are secreted through and to the surface of the mucous membranes. These antibodies are thus on site to meet air-borne viruses, and they may be able to prevent viral binding and infection of the cells.

 

The second category of antibodies (IgG and circulating IgA) occur in the bloodstream. These antibodies protect the internal organs of the body from infectious agents that try to spread via the bloodstream.

 

Vaccines that are injected into the muscle – i.e., the interior of the body – will only induce IgG and circulating IgA, not secretory IgA. Such antibodies cannot and will not effectively protect the mucous membranes from infection by SARS-CoV-2. Thus, the currently observed “breakthrough infections” among vaccinated individuals merely confirm the fundamental design flaws of the vaccines. Measurements of antibodies in the blood can never yield any information on the true status of immunity against infection of the respiratory tract.

 

The inability of vaccine-induced antibodies to prevent coronavirus infections has been reported in recent scientific publications.

Director of USAID Pandemic Threat Program stole Tax Payer Funds for Personal Gain

 

U.S. federal law prohibits the use of “official resources,” such as federal funds or one’s job title, for private gain. But while Dennis Carroll oversaw the USAID PREDICT program; which funded laboratory equipment for the Wuhan Institute of Virology, PREDICT funds were used to promote and further the Global Virome Project that Carroll cofounded.

 

U.S. federal law prohibits the use of “official resources,” such as federal funds or one’s job title, for private gain, be it your own gain or someone you know. A recent investigation has unveiled evidence showing Dennis Carroll, former director of the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Pandemic Threat Program, may have done just that. As reported by investigative journalist Paul Thacker:1

 

“While at USAID, Dennis Carroll oversaw a federal program called PREDICT, from which funds were used to launch another organization called the Global Virome Project. After leaving USAID, Carroll then became chair of the Global Virome Project’s board.

 

‘It would appear that Dennis Carroll violated federal law that prohibits the use of official resources for private gain or for that of persons or organizations with which he is associated personally,’ Craig Holman of Public Citizen said when shown emails2 made public by the nonprofit US Right to Know.

 

‘Official resources — including government means of communications, government-funded travel or even the use of one’s official title — may not be used to promote private interests, such as the Global Virome Project.’”

 

U.S. Right to Know (USRTK) obtained the incriminating documents3 through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. According to USRTK,4 it appears Carroll first designed the PREDICT program as a proof of concept for the Global Virome Project, and while he was receiving six-figure paychecks ($166,500 in 2019) from the USAID, he then founded, promoted and raised funds for the Global Virome Project, in some instances using USAID funding to do so.

Goals of the PREDICT Program and Global Virus Project

 

The USAID PREDICT program involved identifying viruses with pandemic potential. Contractors funded through this program have included the EcoHealth Alliance, headed by Peter Daszak who, incidentally, in the last year has also gotten into hot water over potential violations of law.

Histopathologic studies: the patients

 

Histopathologic analyses have been performed on the organs of 15 persons who died after vaccination.

 

The age, gender, vaccination record, and time of death after injection of each patient are listed in the table on the next page. The following points are of utmost importance:
