Depends on what you mean by "control". If you mean ultimate control, as in U.S. Armed Forces and Strategic Command of U.S. nuclear arsenal, then YES, Patriots are in control.

Patriots are in control of U.S. Armed Forces and Potato hasn't the power to put a single service man or woman in harm's way regardless of what the fake White House and fake news are saying.

Likewise, everything you see happening in "Congress" and the "Federal Judiciary" is all kayfabe.

Regarding the southern border, the Patriots are allowing the Dems enough rope to neck themselves with. But keep your eye on the ball, or "football", and the antics of Potato and the fake news corps having to pretend that they are all at the actual WH.
