He talks of 2 lectures on biological warfare he was given - 1 in the Air Force in 1951 at Luke AFB the other in January 1952 in South Korea. He says he carried out a germ warfare mission, reluctantly. Then confesses about germ warfare in Korea. Might be doing coded blinking.
Then he stands for a final statement.
Then USAF Lt Paul R Kniss is interrogated. He gives his name, rank, serial number. Then talk about his service in the US and Korea and lectures on germ warfare. Also, a germ warfare mission.
