Former US congressman Mario Biaggi (staten Island D) was said to quote 5 grand for citizenship on a private members bill.. 'Course that was the stand up price. If you were a dirtbag, the price would at least double.
Interestingly Congressman Biaggi won his district easily 6 SIX times he received more than 90% of the vote.
