So as long as we are talking laptops, maybe someone with a little more knowledge than I can explain how evidence is collected from computers, and if the so called deleted files "copied" by the fixit shop owner are in fact legally admissible in court (regarding the methods of data collection).
I just bought another house too, next door neighbor says he has got to go take care of his mom, says his house is uninsurable because of the roof, says he needs cash offer now…asked him how much he wanted for the house (and I am not kidding here 1/3 of the market value) hold my beer, I got to get to the bank…
Now the county wants to know every detail about the sale. Did I get an appraisal, did I get a home inspection, did I get a mortgage…all because they have no idea how to figure the taxable value…
But I did get title insurance, I'm not crazy…
I had read somewhere they use a device called a "mirror" to collect computer evidence, I don't know how true that is…
Ummm…I guess I should have googled it last year…
Is this the "think mirror" mirror?
We have some kind of cap on property taxes based on value. The only time they can increase the taxable value is when the property is sold and a new value is entered. Im sure they are counting on a value of 200k but all they got was 72k…
Find it in the checkout line of any Ace Hardware…
Don't they all…
Mirror image vs forensic copy
This is just gibberish in an indian accent to this anon, but maybe makes sense to another?
