Just remember, this is still weather prediction. It is often wrong. The only thing we have is a pair of sol sats for imagery, and then an unpredictable journey to the inner planetary system.
This will not be bad. A Carrington level event is highly unlikely and historically rare. A peak or max Kp7 is not as big as deal as the media may want you to think. Kp9 sustained will cause some interruption to the most vulnerable systems only, and you would not want to be on a spacewalk!
Worst case this week? Spotty blackouts on some HF bands during the daytime.
