The Missouri Supreme Court ruled on Friday that far-left St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner must turn over communications with Soros operatives and Missouri political insiders related to her false case against former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

A Missouri Appeals Court upheld a previous judge’s ruling in January against Soros-funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner.

The court unanimously ruled Kim Gardner failed to file a timely response to reporter John Solomon from Just the News for information on her communications with political insiders and Soros operatives.

A court last year found that Kim Gardner engaged in 62 acts of misconduct and 79 false representations in her prosecution of Eric Greitens.

Kim Gardner already faces a misconduct probe for illicit conduct in her plot to take down popular Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

On Monday, the Missouri Office of Disciplinary Counsel ruled that Gardner will face no disciplinary action for her lawlessness that resulted in the removal of popular Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has reached an agreement with the Missouri Office of Disciplinary Counsel in which she acknowledges that she made mistakes in her handling of the prosecution of former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens but won’t face severe penalties for those mistakes.

The “joint stipulation” agreement was announced Monday, just as a disciplinary hearing for Gardner was about to begin. It calls for no suspension, probation or disbarment for Gardner. The agreement would still need the approval of a three-person panel of the Disciplinary Counsel and the Missouri Supreme Court. The panel will make a recommendation within 30 days, but it’s unclear when that court might consider it.

Gardner’s attorney, Michael Downey, said in a written statement that Gardner will “continue to direct her attention to the important work she has been elected to perform as the Circuit Attorney of the City of St. Louis.”

Study suggests email provider bias in sending candidates’ emails to spam

Gmail favored left-wring candidates while Outlook favored right-wing candidates.

The most popular email provider Gmail favors liberal candidates by marking fewer of their emails as spam, while more emails from conservative candidates are marked as spam, according to a new study.

The Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University conducted a study to find out if spam filtering algorithms (SFAs) have a political bias.

The study, titled “A Peek into the Political Biases in Email Spam Filtering Algorithms During US Election 2020,” was conducted between July 1 2020, and November 30, 2020. The researchers created 102 email accounts on Yahoo, Gmail, and Outlook and subscribed to the campaign emails of 156 House, 78 Senate, and two presidential candidates.

“To accurately estimate the political biases and mitigate any potential effects of demographics (ethnicity, age, and gender), we created multiple email accounts with different combinations of demographic factors and designed two experiments. The first experiment studies the general trends of biases in SFAs across the email services for the Presidential, Senate, and House candidates. The second experiment studies the impact of different email interactions such as reading the emails, marking them as spam, or vice versa on the biases in SFAs. We designed an automated process to perform all the subscriptions, and took periodic backups to keep all the email accounts active as well as to keep track of the correct number of spam emails received over the course of data collection for each of the three services,” the researchers wrote.

“We made several important observations in our study. For example, as an aggregate trend, Gmail leaned towards the left while Outlook and Yahoo leaned towards the right. Yahoo retained about half of all the political emails in inbox (up to 55.2% marked as spam) while outlook filtered out the vast majority of emails (over 71.8%) from all political candidates and marked them as spam. Gmail, however, retained the majority of left-wing candidate emails in inbox (< 10.12% marked as spam) while sent the majority of right-wing candidate emails to the spam folder (up to 77.2% marked as spam).”

Pakistan’s Parliament has elected Shahbaz Sharif of the Pakistan Muslim League as the country’s new prime minister on Monday. The former opposition leader took office amid a parliamentary boycott by the party of outgoing Prime Minister Imran Khan, who has accused his political opponents of colluding with the US ahead of the no-confidence vote that led to his ousting on Sunday.

Sharif's success comes after lawmakers in the National Assembly voted to remove Khan from office over the weekend with 174 votes; two more than the required simple majority in Pakistan’s 342-seat lower chamber of Parliament. Sharif previously served as chief minister of Punjab, whose some 110 million residents make it Pakistan’s most populous province, from 1997-1999 and again from 2008-2018.

He is the younger brother of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who was found guilty of concealing assets in 2017, when damning revelations emerged with the Panama Papers, and has led the Pakistan Muslim League since his brother’s conviction. In 2019, the National Accountability Bureau froze 23 properties belonging to Shehbaz and his son, Hamza Sharif, accusing them of money laundering. He was indicted for money laundering in 2020 and incarcerated pending trial before his release on bail in 2021.

Sharif’s candidacy was left uncontested when rival candidate and former Pakistani FM Shah Mahmood Qureshi, favored by Khan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf (Pakistan Justice Party) former foreign minister, led a walkout and boycott of the election.

Kremlin responds to Clinton’s NATO statement

Washington has repeatedly declined Russia’s accession to the bloc, according to Putin’s spokesman

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has refuted former US President Bill Clinton’s comment on NATO’s open-door policy towards Russia, arguing that Washington has made it impossible for Moscow to join the Alliance.

“I know for sure that the American side has repeatedly spoken about the impossibility of such membership. De facto, it was said that the doors, on the contrary, are closed, because it is fundamentally impossible,” Peskov told reporters on Monday.

Earlier last week, Bill Clinton published an article in The Atlantic attempting to justify his administration’s policy on the expansion of NATO.

“My policy was to work for the best, while expanding NATO to prepare for the worst. Yes, NATO expanded despite Russia’s objections, but expansion was about more than the U.S. relationship with Russia,” the former president explained. He added that, “[the US] left the door open for Russia’s eventual membership in NATO.”

In late February, Russian President Vladimir Putin released a nearly hour-long video address to the nation, in which he explained the Kremlin’s security concerns over Ukraine, primarily regarding Kiev’s NATO-oriented foreign policy.

In his speech, the Russian leader shared that he had raised the question of Russia’s accession to NATO with then-president Bill Clinton but to no avail. Instead of embracing Moscow into the US-led military alliance, according to President Putin, Washington has responded with supporting terrorists inside Russia, the withdrawal from the ABM Treaty, and the expansion of NATO threatening the security of the world’s largest nation.

According to the Kremlin, the disdain of Americans for Russia’s safety concerns and NATO’s refusal to provide Moscow with security guarantees, including the non-alignment of its neighbors to the Western military bloc, have provoked Russia to recognize the independence of Ukraine’s breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk republics and take military action, launching an offensive against Ukraine. Kiev and the West believe that Moscow’s attack was completely unprovoked.

Russian Military Says It Successfully Destroyed S-300 Systems Provided By EU State

Russia has said its forces have destroyed S-300 anti-air defense systems which were recently transferred to Ukraine by a European state. This after long ago warning that any external weapons shipments to Kiev would be deemed a "legitimate target" and that external backers providing the shipments would be held responsible.

"Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said on Monday Russian Kalibr missiles destroyed on Sunday four S-300 launchers concealed in a hangar on the outskirts of the central-eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, hitting 25 Ukrainian soldiers in the attack," Al Jazeera writes, citing Russian state sources.

The Russian statement didn't specify the outside European country from which the S-300 system originated, but within the past days it was widely reported that Slovakia was donating S-300 missiles to Ukraine. The White House had followed by announcing it would be replacing Slovakia's supplies with Patriot missiles.

There's also the possibility that Ukraine had received anti-air systems from other countries possessing S-300s, albeit without any public announcement. Ukrainian authorities did not immediately comment on whether the Russian statements are accurate, but later issued denials of the Russian claims alongside its backer Slovakia.

According to further details by USA Today:

About two dozen Ukrainian troops were also hit by the strike, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said in a statement Monday. The statement said Ukraine had received the technology from an unnamed European country. Konashenkov’s claim couldn’t be independently verified.

Slovakia has since called the Russian claims a "hoax" and part of battlefield propaganda:

Last week, Slovakian Prime Minister Eduard Heger confirmed: “I would like to confirm that Slovakia has provided Ukraine with an air-defense system S-300. The Ukrainian nation is bravely defending its sovereign country and us too. It is our duty to help, not to stay put and be ignorant to the loss of human lives under Russia’s aggression," according to the statement.

If confirmed that one or more S-300s were taken out, it's likely that any further such major weapons transfers from the West will be done more quietly - as opposed to the very public way in which these deals are being announced.

Disney heir comes out as trans, slams Florida’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill

A member of the Disney dynasty has come out publicly as transgender and expressed regret over not doing more about Florida’s recent, so-called “Don’t Say Gay” bill.

Roy P. Disney — the great-nephew of Walt Disney and the co-founder of Walt Disney Co — disclosed recently in a statement that his child, Charlee, is trans.

Roy revealed the news while also pledging $500,000 to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) alongside his wife, Sheri.

Charlee, 30, is a high school biology and science teacher who uses they/them pronouns and came out to their family four years ago.

“Equality matters deeply to us, especially because our child, Charlee, is transgender and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community,” Roy wrote in a statement.

Roy’s sister, Abigail Disney, tweeted her praise and adoration for her brother’s gesture. “Today I am busting with pride at what my brother and his wife have done. So proud so proud so proud!!!’ she wrote in response to his pledge.

The “Don’t Say Gay” bill was signed by the Sunshine State’s Gov. Ron DeSantis last month and disallows teachers from discussing sexual orientation and gender issues with students. Disney, the company, also recently slammed the law and announced that they stand by members of the LGBTQ community.

Charlee got candid in an interview with the Los Angeles Times and discussed their trans identity, as well as discontent with DeSantis’ signing of the bill.

“I feel like I don’t do very much to help. I don’t call senators or take action. I felt like I could be doing more,” Charlee noted before talking about a previous lack of visible leaders to follow.

“I had very few openly gay role models. And I certainly didn’t have any trans or nonbinary role models,” they continued. “I didn’t see myself reflected in anyone, and that made me feel like there was something wrong with me.”

But Charlee further questioned the merits of the law because of bullying, anxiety and the high risk of suicide in the LGBTQ community.

“To put something like this law on top of that?” Charlee said. “They can’t learn about their community and their history at school, or play sports or use the bathroom they want to use?”

Buffalo Officers Who Pushed 75-Year-Old Activist to the Ground Cleared by Arbitrator

Two police officers in Buffalo, New York, accused of using unnecessary force against an elderly protester in 2020 have been cleared by an arbitrator of wrongdoing.

Officers Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalski acted to protect themselves and only acted after Martin Gugino, the protester, ignored multiple commands, arbitrator John Selchick wrote in a 43-page decision.

The situation unfolded at Niagara Square, where protesters were ordered to leave because of a city-ordered curfew.

According to testimony from several other officers, Gugino responded to the announcement of the looming curfew by stating he found the curfew to be a violation of his constitutional rights and he would have to be arrested because he would not comply.

“You might as well take me to jail now because I’m not leaving here, I’m going to jail one way or the other,” Gugino was said to have told one officer.

Most protesters left the area but Gugino instead walked towards the approaching police Emergency Response Team, of which McCabe and Torgalski were members. Body camera footage showed Gugino “walking straight to McCabe, with his left arm held by his side, holding a black object that looks like a motorcycle helmet, and holding in his outstretched right arm and hand what appears to be a cell phone,” Selchick wrote.

Gugino then moved the phone across McCabe before placing it near Torgalski’s arm.

Torgalski pushed Gugino with his arm, and McCabe used a baton to push Gugino, who stumbled backwards before falling.

The interaction lasted about five seconds.

Gugino suffered a fractured skull, his attorneys have said.

McCabe testified that he told Gugino to get back several times and wanted the protester to walk away. McCabe said he was “in shock, honestly,” when his commands were ignored. He noticed how Gugino appeared to be scanning him with the phone, describing the action as “very odd.” The officer didn’t know at the time what Gugino was holding in his left hand; it was a motorcycle helmet.

McCabe said Gugino’s arm was at one point close to Torgalski’s firearm and that the push was to get the protester “away from our personal space,” adding, “we had no intention on injuring him.” McCabe said the amount of force he delivered was “minor” and was surprised that Gugino fell.

Torgalski said he heard McCabe command Gugino to get back and witnessed Gugino’s actions, though the officer did not know Gugino held a cell phone until later. Torgalski said Gugino was “too close” to his colleague and that he could not see what was inside the helmet Gugino held.

“He made contact multiple times, twice with my right forearm and down to the edge of my glove, my right glove,” Torgalski said.

California teacher arrested for allegedly molesting 7 students

A California biology teacher has been arrested for allegedly molesting seven students and sharing graphic photos online, authorities said.

Anessa Paige Gower, 35, is facing 29 separate criminal counts over the alleged abuse that occurred when she was teaching at Making Waves Academy in Richmond, the Costa District Attorney’s Office said.

The victims and witnesses told investigators that the abuse, which dates back to last year, included sex acts with the minors, inappropriate touching and sharing sexually graphic photos, prosecutors said.

Authorities haven’t revealed the age or gender of any of the victims, but the charter school caters to students in grades 5 to 12.

Gower was taken into custody last Wednesday at Sacramento International Airport when she returned from a vacation in Hawaii.

She is currently in custody in Richmond and is facing multiple child molestation charges.

Making Waves Academy Chief Executive Officer Alton B. Nelson Jr. said Gower was fired after the allegations came to light.

“During the course of an investigation into allegations that one of our teachers violated school policy, we learned of additional highly concerning allegations involving that teacher’s conduct,” Nelson said in a statement obtained by KRON4.

“We immediately shared that information with authorities who are reviewing the matter. That teacher is no longer employed by Making Waves Academy and we have reached out to parents, students and faculty to provide support where it might be needed.”

The White House released a fact sheet Monday noting that President Joe Biden is nominating former President Barack Obama’s Harvard Law School classmate Steve Dettelbach to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

The White House described Dettelbach as “a highly respected former U.S. Attorney and career prosecutor who spent over two decades as a prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice.”

Additionally, the Hill pointed out that Dettelbach was Obama’s Harvard Law School classmate.

The Daily Mail observed that Dettelbach espoused support for various gun controls during an “unsuccessful” bid to become attorney general of Ohio in 2018.

The Mail explained that Dettelbach “has called for an assault weapons ban and universal background checks.”

During Dettelbach’s unsuccessful bid for attorney general of Ohio, WOSU reported that he also opposed allowing teachers and staff to be armed for classroom defense, even in situations when those teachers and/or staff were “former military or law enforcement.”

Biden’s previous nominee for the ATF, David Chipman, was also pro-gun control. Breitbart News noted that he was a Gabby Giffords’ gun control associate who supported an AR-15 ban.

UK Conservative MP Imran Ahmad Khan Found Guilty of Sex Assault on Boy

Imran Ahmad Khan, a Conservative member of parliament elected in 2019 has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in 2008.

A British court found Tory MP Imran Ahmad Khan guilty of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in 2008 on Monday afternoon. During the week-long trial, the court heard that Khan has given the teenage boy gin during a party, took him upstairs at the address, showed him pornography, and then physically assaulted him in a bunk bed, “reaching for, or actually touching, his groin”, the BBC reports.

As previously reported, the court was told the 15-year-old heard Khan’s “breathing was getting quite heavy” as he sexually assaulted him. Police were called at the time but the victim did not press charges, The Guardian reports of the case. The events later came to light again when the victim discovered Khan was standing for election in 2019.

Sentencing will follow the guilty verdict and Khan faced potential jail time. If he received more than 12 months behind bars, he would be automatically banned from sitting in Parliament. There is also an option for people living in the area he represents to launch a recall petition. Khan could also choose to resign his position, but his stated intention to challenge the conviction suggests he stands by his original stated position strongly denying the charges.

A profile of Imran Ahmad Khan in The Guardian notes Khan’s brother is a former prosecutor for the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and that Khan himself had built something of a reputation for himself during his so-far brief time in Parliament for being a bit of an “oddball” showman. Evidence of this presented by the paper includes Khan’s penchant for smart suits, him driving a Rolls Royce motorcar to Parliament, and even his undertaking a skydive into his constituency as a publicity stunt during the 2019 election campaign.

The Guardian also notes that while Khan was once billed as Britain’s first openly gay Muslim member of parliament, he has gone to lengths in the past to hide his sexuality. Before the trial, Khan had argued unsuccessfully that being outed as an alcohol drinking gay man of the Muslim faith would put his life at risk.

The Labour Party called for Khan to resign immediately after the verdict was reached on Monday. He was suspended from the Conservative Party on Monday evening.

"In the settlement of Belogorovka, Popyasnaya district, neo-Nazis have mines reservoirs with chlorine on a water utility’s territory and plan to blow them up when units of the LPR People’s Militia approach the city," he said.

"Such actions and provocation by Ukraine’s authorities once again demonstrate their inhumane attitude to the Ukrainian people and reveal their utter disregard of all norms of moral and international humanitarian law," he stressed.

Unarmed Palestinian woman shot dead by Israelis (VIDEO)

Mother of six shot to death near a checkpoint in the West Bank

A 47-year-old Palestinian woman has been shot to death in the West Bank after allegedly approaching Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers in a “suspicious manner” on Sunday, the IDF reported.

“The force opened fire as part of a suspect arrest procedure that included firing into the air. After she did not stop, the soldiers fired at her lower body,” the IDF said in a statement on Sunday.

The woman, named as 47-year-old Ghada Ibrahim Ali al-Sabateen, can be seen in footage posted to social media raising her hands and walking quickly at what is described as a makeshift checkpoint in the village of Husan.

The footage does not show the IDF soldiers firing into the air or provide any other context for the woman’s approach, and it is filmed at enough of a distance to make any exchange of words between the two parties difficult to hear. However, the Times of Israel quotes a member of the local council, who claims al-Sabateen refused soldiers’ calls to stop.

After being knocked to the ground by the bullets, al-Sabateen is initially seen sitting up before a gap in the footage ends with her lying down. The Israeli soldiers can be seen covering her with cardboard, and their statement claims they administered first aid.

Palestinian medics reportedly rushed the mother of six to a hospital in Beit Jala after the shooting, which left her bleeding profusely from a torn artery in her thigh. She ultimately died of blood loss.

Elsewhere in the West Bank, Israeli soldiers have carried out several large raids, arresting 20 Palestinians and wounding 11. They claimed those arrested were involved in “terrorist activities.” The country has experienced multiple shootings over the past weeks, though not all of them have been terror-related.

The eruption of war between Russia and Ukraine appears to have given the CIA the pretext to launch a long-planned insurgency in the country, one poised to spread far beyond Ukraine’s borders with major implications for Biden’s “War on Domestic Terror”

As the conflict between Ukraine and Russia continues to escalate and dominate the world’s attention, the increasing evidence that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is and has been working to create and arm an insurgency in the country has received considerably little attention considering its likely consequences.

This is particularly true given that former CIA officials and a former Secretary of State are now openly saying that the CIA is following the “models” of past CIA-backed insurgencies in Afghanistan and Syria for its plans in Ukraine. Given that those countries have been ravaged by war as a direct result of those insurgencies, this bodes poorly for Ukraine.

Yet, this insurgency is poised to have consequences that reach far beyond Ukraine. It increasingly appears that the CIA sees the insurgency it is creating as more than an opportunity to take its hybrid war against Russia ever closer to its borders. As this report will show, it appears the CIA is determined to manifest a prophecy propagated by its own ranks over the past two years.

This prediction from former and current intelligence officials dates from at least early 2020 and holds that a “transnational white supremacist network” with alleged ties to the Ukraine conflict will be the next global catastrophe to befall the world as the threat of Covid-19 recedes.

Per these “predictions”, this global network of white supremacists – allegedly with a group linked to the conflict in the Donbas region of Ukraine at its core – is to become the new Islamic State-style threat and will undoubtedly be used as the pretext to launch the still-dormant infrastructure set up last year by the US government under President Biden for an Orwellian “War on Domestic Terror.”

Given that this CIA-driven effort to build an insurgency in Ukraine began as far back as 2015 and that the groups it has trained (and continues to train) include those with overt Neo-Nazi connections, it seems that this “coming Ukrainian insurgency,” as it has been recently called, is already here.

In that context, we are left with the unnerving possibility that this latest escalation of the Ukraine-Russia conflict has merely served as the opening act for the newest iteration of the seemingly endless “War on Terror.”

Insurgency Rising

Soon after Russia began military operations in Ukraine, Foreign Affairs – the media arm of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) – published an article entitled “The Coming Ukrainian Insurgency.”

The piece was authored by Douglas London, a self-described “retired Russian-speaking CIA operations officer who served in Central Asia and managed agency counterinsurgency operations.” He asserted in the article that “Putin will face a long, bloody insurgency that will spread across multiple borders” with the potential to create “widening unrest that could destabilize other countries in Russia’s orbit.”

Other notable statements made by London include his assertion that “the United States will invariably be a major and essential source of backing for a Ukrainian insurgency.”

FBI Kidnapping Caper Was Flagrant Election Interference

The only people pushing to do something big before Election Day resided in the J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington, D.C.

On October 8, 2020, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced shocking news: federal authorities had arrested several men for conspiring to kidnap and possibly kill her before Election Day. After indulging in a moment of self-pity, Whitmer quickly pinned the blame on President Trump, a man with whom Whitmer had engaged in a very public feud throughout 2020 over pandemic-related lockdowns.

Trump, Whitmer claimed, fueled the rage of alleged white supremacists and right-wing militias responsible for the dastardly abduction plot. “When our leaders meet with, encourage, or fraternize with domestic terrorists, they legitimize their actions,” Whitmer said in a televised speech. “And they are complicit.”

Earlier that day, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, also a Democrat, and officials from the U.S. Department of Justice detailed the charges in a separate press conference. “Last night, the FBI and Michigan State Police arrested six individuals charged in a criminal complaint with conspiring to kidnap the governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer,” explained Andrew Birge, assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan. The defendants, Birge claimed, plotted to kidnap Whitmer from her vacation cottage “before the November election.”

His office took the lead in prosecuting the six defendants, who also faced weapons of mass destruction charges.

Exactly 18 months to the day, Birge’s prosecutors suffered a humiliating defeat in a Grand Rapids courtroom after a jury acquitted two of the men and deadlocked on the guilt of two others. (Two defendants pleaded guilty and testified for the government during the three-week trial). Despite endless resources and favorable rulings by the judge overseeing the case, the government failed to secure a single conviction in what the Justice Department considered one of its largest domestic terror investigations ever.

Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta, after a year and a half in prison, went home to their families on Friday night; Adam Fox, the alleged ringleader, and Barry Croft, Jr. remain incarcerated while Birge’s office prepares to retry the men—a fool’s errand, as they didn’t know each other prior to the FBI’s involvement in the faux plot and live almost 1,000 miles apart. (Croft resides in Delaware.) It’s a desperate attempt to save face, regardless of the lives and the principles of justice at stake.

US lawmakers call for expedited arms deliveries to Israel, citing Iran nuclear talks

Letter comes as General Mark Milley tells lawmakers it is his ‘personal opinion’ that Iran’s elite Quds Force should not be removed from Washington's list of terror organisations

A group of US lawmakers have urged President Joe Biden to accelerate the delivery of refuelling aircraft, fighter jets and military helicopters to Israel in order to "defend itself from Iran".

In a letter dated 7 April, 11 Republican Senators led by Senator Tom Cotton urged the White House to "urgently fulfill America’s obligation to help Israel defend itself by giving it the tools it needs to prevent a nuclear armed Iran."

The senators called on the Biden administration to expedite the delivery of refuelling tankers, F-35 and F-15 fighter jets, and CH-35K helicopters to Israel.

The purchase of refuelling planes, which could support fighter jets in a long-range operation such as one targeting Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, has been a top priority for Israel’s leaders.

In December, Israel signed a $3.1b deal with the US as part of a wider upgrade of its air force capabilities to purchase two Boeing KC-46 refuelling planes and CH-35K heavy transport helicopters.

Israel has said it retains the right to strike Iran at will and frequently targets Iranian assets and proxies in neighbouring Syria. For years, the country has also carried out covert actions to stymie Tehran’s nuclear programme, including the assassination of scientists inside Iran and cyber attacks.

The Biden administration's ongoing efforts to revive the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran have heightened Israel's and the US's Gulf allies' concerns about regional security. They opposed the initial accord and supported the Trump administration’s 2018 decision to unilaterally withdraw from the agreement.

"Your administration appears intent on striking a new nuclear deal with Iran that will provide the regime with a pathway to nuclear weapons," the lawmakers said.

"[A nuclear armed Iran] would put at risk the existence of the state of Israel and the governments of our Arab allies, destroy America’s position in the Middle East and ultimately threaten the US homeland," the letter added.

Defense firms should hire Ukrainian, Afghan refugees, Navy’s top admiral urges

Here’s a suggestion for U.S. defense firms struggling to find skilled workers to build ships and weapons, straight from the chief of naval operations: hire Ukrainian and Afghan refugees.

Adm. Mike Gilday touted the apprenticeship programs run by the country’s major shipyards, which are always looking for new talent, but especially now as the Navy looks to bulk up its fleet with newer, more advanced warships.

“Think about the…Ukrainians and the…Afghans that are either coming to this country or have already set foot on our shores…Find a path to attract them into those apprenticeship programs,” Gilday said Monday at the Navy League’s Sea Air Space convention in National Harbor, Maryland, a conference largely attended by by defense industry executives.

“You offer well-paying jobs with a career of advancement that allow them to send their kids to college and to buy a home,” he said. “Think about how powerful that would be to somebody emigrating to this country that wants to give back.”

More than 74,000 Afghans were admitted to the United States last year as Kabul fell to the Taliban and the U.S. military withdrew from the country. The Biden administration said it would admit up to 100,000 Ukrainians who have fled Russia’s invasion. More than 4 million have fled Ukraine, largely into neighboring countries in Europe.

Much of the defense industry is struggling to find skilled workers, but shipyards have it particularly bad. Last year, Jon Mason, the vice president of human resources at General Dynamics’ Bath Iron Works in Maine, told Defense One that the decline in manufacturing jobs across New England had reduced the number of skilled workers.

“We used to have shoe factories, textiles, more major construction firms, paper mills, and we could hire from that talent pool,” Mason said. “All of those industries I’ve just listed are gone. And we’re the only one left standing in the state.”

The investigation resulted in a simultaneous action day in France and Spain on 8 March 2022.

The actions led to:

13 house searches (7 in France and 6 in Spain)

13 arrests (suspects from Bolivian, Colombian, Ecuadorian, French, Spanish, Peruvian and Venezuelan origin)

25 victims originating from South America were identified

Seizures include two real estate properties with an estimated combined value of EUR 340 000, approximately EUR 53 000 across multiple bank accounts, more than EUR 300 000 in cash, and digital equipment including over 70 mobile phones.

The Covid-19 “Vaccine”: We are in the Fourth Stage of the DNA War against Humanity. Dr. Lee Merritt

Brighteon.TV host Dr. Lee Merritt told Bob “The Plumber” Sisson that humanity is at the fourth stage of the DNA war involving the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines.

“Speaking [of] the great DNA war against humanity … basically, we’re in the fourth stage of the war. I don’t think we can vote ourselves out of this. We’re going to have to prepare, protect ourselves and maybe fight our way out of this,” she said during the four-day Let’s Go Brandon Rally held in Brandon, Florida.

The “Merritt Medical Hour” host told Sisson:

“Since 2015, I feel like I’ve been witnessing a slow-motion terrorist attack against the whole world and couldn’t stop this. The former president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) wrote an op-ed back in 2015, which was published under her maiden name Lee Hieb. Her March 10, 2015 piece criticized the Obama administration’s National Adult Immunization Plan.

“You cannot scream for a ‘woman’s right to choose’ when it applies to abortion, but give her no right to choose what gets administered to her in a syringe. Let me be clear: Public health does not trump individual liberty. End of story,” she wrote at the time.

Both Sisson and Merritt cited conservative writer G. Edward Griffin as being instrumental in opening their eyes about vaccines. Sisson, host of “CLO2TV,” said Griffin’s book “A World Without Cancer” showed him how the Carnegie and Rockefeller families took over medical schools and dramatically altered the practice of medicine.

“I sort of began to wake up, but I didn’t really get serious until maybe when [former President Donald] Trump was running. I thought that we had made it once he got in [the White House]. But the swamp is deeper than we thought,” said Sisson. “[Griffin] was telling us what’s [going to] happen today, probably as early as the 1960s and 1970s.”

Vaccinated individuals can’t un-vaccinate themselves

“Nobody that’s unvaccinated right now that I know is going to jump into the vaccinated group. The vaccinated group are already vaccinated, they can’t jump. They can just decide whether to have the fourth or fifth booster, I guess – but they can’t ‘un-vaccinate’ themselves as far as we know,” said Merritt.

“We’re in a situation where [it’s] kind of the calm before the storm. We’re seeing the dying, but we don’t have a sense of what they would say the ‘first derivative of dying.’ In other words, we don’t know how rapidly the death rate is changing.”

The “Merritt Medical Hour” host pointed to a “marked, unprecedented increase” in all-cause mortality caused by the COVID-19 vaccines, citing data from the U.S., the U.K. and Germany. “I can’t find numbers in Israel, but I’m sure they’re having big problems because they were the first people vaccinated,” she said. Merritt also mentioned stillbirths, miscarriages and infertility as some of the other issues linked to the shots.

“Instead of rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, we need to be looking at data and preparing ourselves because [that will] tell us if we need to see the trend [and] where it goes. We can’t back up on this.”

According to Merritt, there are several ways to address the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the COVID-19 vaccines.

“We can deal with the spike protein, we know how to do that. Ivermectin, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, chelation, [intravenous] glutathione – there’s lots of things we can do.”

She then turned to Sisson and said “I think your thing is right up there,” in reference to chlorine dioxide, which the “CLO2TV” host is promoting.

Yahoo Confirms Huge Hunter Biden Story - Weapon Sales to Africa, Chinese Intel, $1M Retainer

Hunter Biden knew he was working with associates who were high up in Chinese intelligence circles, according to a new report.

The report published Monday by Yahoo News delves into the connections between Hunter Biden and Patrick Ho, referred to as Patrick Ho Chi-ping in some reports concerning Ho’s 2018 bribery conviction that was linked to arms dealing and bribery in Africa.

Yahoo’s report is written by Michael Isikoff, its chief investigative correspondent, and Zach Dorfman, its national security correspondent. Both are veteran and respected journalists.

(Isikoff is probably best known as the reporter then working for Newseek who had the story in 1998 about independent counsel Kenneth Starr’s investigation of then-President Bill Clinton and his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, but lost the scoop to the Drudge Report because Newsweek sat on it.)

Ho, who was a former Hong Kong government minister, and Ye Jianming, an energy tycoon who had links in his past to China’s People’s Liberation Army, had formed a business partnership with Hunter Biden and James Biden, who is President Joe Biden’s brother.

In November 2017, Ho was arrested by FBI agents at New York’s JFK Airport as part of what Isikoff and Dorfman called “an audacious plot to dole out millions of dollars in bribes to African leaders in exchange for major energy contracts that appeared to advance Chinese government interests.”

Yahoo reported in 2018 that Ho’s first phone call after his arrest was to James Biden. He asked Biden to get him a lawyer.

According to the report published Monday, the infamous Hunter Biden laptop contained an audio recording from May 11, 2018, between Hunter Biden and a woman who has not been identified.

Hunter Biden complained about a reporter for the New York Times who was asking about Ho.

Ho is “literally the f—ing spy chief of China,” Biden says in the conversation, according to Yahoo News.

That same conversation, according to the report, includes Hunter Biden talking about phone calls from his father as the news media was delving into Hunter Biden’s business dealings. President Joe Biden has always denied involvement in the business dealings of Hunter Biden or other family members.

U.S. Marshals Recover 16 Missing, Endangered Children, Make Five Arrests

The U.S. Marshals Service has recovered 16 missing children, arrested five individuals and has broken open a sex trafficking ring as law enforcement continues its quest to stop the proliferation of kidnapping and crimes against children.

“Fresh Start,” a three-month tactical operation, took place in New Orleans from Jan. 1 through March 31, the Marshals said in a news release.

Led by the Missing Child Unit, officers rescued 16 children on the missing and endangered list.

“Based on the operation, at least four (4) felony warrant(s) exist for adults suspected of involvement with MCU minors, and the USMS New Orleans Task Force is actively pursuing these fugitives,” authorities said.

Among those recovered were a 5-year-old female and a 7-year-old male taken by a noncustodial parent.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office issued a felony warrant for the children’s mother for kidnapping, and authorities alleged that she made active attempts to avoid arrest along the way.

The noncustodial parent took the children to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The U.S. Marshals from the Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force recovered the children and arrested the mother.

Also, a 15-year-old Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, female diagnosed with schizophrenia wrestled free from restraints and jumped out of an ambulance while paramedics attempted to transport her to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans.

She was located and recovered at an address in New Orleans with assistance from New Orleans Police Department Special Victim’s Division – Child Abuse Unit, Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Xavier University Police Department.

“I am very proud of the cooperative work done by all the agencies involved in safeguarding at-risk children. Our Office is proud to be a part of a robust MCU program that took root in New Orleans starting in 2016,” U.S. Marshal Scott Illing said in a statement.

“This work is being done with our partners while our office still performs its critical USMS missions (judicial and witness security, managing federal prisoners, violent fugitives’ apprehension, sex offender investigations, and service of federal process),” Illing said.

Philly Reimposes Indoor Mask Mandate

Philadelphia announced it is reinstating its indoor mask mandate beginning April 18.

Students will be required to wear masks in schools when they return from spring break.

All public places will require masks due to ‘rising Covid cases,’ Health Commissioner Cheryl Bettigole announced on Monday.

According to the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, there are 142 Covid cases as of April 8 and 44 people were hospitalized because of Covid, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
