For years, Sikorskyi and others like him have been donating to Ukrainians fighting Russian-backed separatists, sending over Salomon boots and reconnaissance drones roughly once a month through commercial shipping firms such as Meest and DSV. But when Ukraineโ€™s airspace closed following the Russian invasion, he and others started fundraising on Facebook for a makeshift operation that sends dozens of checked bags with a passenger on Polandโ€™s national airline, LOT, to Warsaw. Then itโ€™s on to Ukraine by van. At first, there were some concerns about sending supplies to a warzone, but theTSA is surprisingly lenient about what goes in a checked bag, and a representative for the airline said it doesnโ€™t object.

 

In the beginning, the trips were fairly smooth. Long waits leaving the country were common, but coming back in, soldiers at sandbagged checkpoints in the fields of western Ukraine waved the luggage through without much scrutiny. Recently, with Lviv facing Russian missiles, checkpoints have grown more stringent.

Kim Gardner already faces a misconduct probe for illicit conduct in her plot to take down popular Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

On Monday, the Missouri Office of Disciplinary Counsel ruled that Gardner will face no disciplinary action for her lawlessness that resulted in the removal of popular Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has reached an agreement with the Missouri Office of Disciplinary Counsel in which she acknowledges that she made mistakes in her handling of the prosecution of former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens but wonโ€™t face severe penalties for those mistakes.

 

The โ€œjoint stipulationโ€ agreement was announced Monday, just as a disciplinary hearing for Gardner was about to begin. It calls for no suspension, probation or disbarment for Gardner. The agreement would still need the approval of a three-person panel of the Disciplinary Counsel and the Missouri Supreme Court. The panel will make a recommendation within 30 days, but itโ€™s unclear when that court might consider it.

 

Gardnerโ€™s attorney, Michael Downey, said in a written statement that Gardner will โ€œcontinue to direct her attention to the important work she has been elected to perform as the Circuit Attorney of the City of St. Louis.โ€

Mega-billionaire Elon Musk is no longer joining Twitterโ€™s board of directors, but that doesnโ€™t mean heโ€™s giving up on reforming the tyrannical Big Tech company as some corporate media outlets have speculated.

 

Twitterโ€™s pro-censorship CEO Parag Agrawal announced Muskโ€™s decision on Monday. Agrawal pledged that Twitter โ€œwill remain open to [Muskโ€™s] inputโ€ but said his absence from the board is โ€œfor the best.โ€

 

Musk became Twitterโ€™s largest shareholder earlier this month after purchasing a 9.2 percent share of the company. Shortly after the monumental buy, Agrawal announced Musk would join the Silicon Valley giantโ€™s board of directors.

 

Musk, a longtime critic of Twitter and Agrawal, appeared eager to implement changes that would benefit users feeling overshadowed by the companyโ€™s censorship track record. Even before he bought 73.5 million shares of Twitterโ€™s stock, Musk polled his followers on how well the social media platform supports free speech as โ€œessential to a functioning democracyโ€ and hinted that โ€œthe consequences of this poll will be important.โ€

 

More recently, Musk poked fun at Twitter with a series of weekend polls asking if the company should โ€œConvert Twitter SF HQ to homeless shelter since no one shows up anyway[?]โ€ and โ€œDelete the w in twitter?โ€ He even asked, โ€œIs Twitter dying?โ€

 

By the time Agrawal announced that Musk had reversed his decision to join the board, the Tesla CEO had deleted his online jabs at Twitter.

 

Some corporate media outlets and Twitter users speculated that Musk walked back his trolling โ€œto avoid further attention from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,โ€ but something else seems amiss. How does someone so admittedly eager to reform a platform suddenly change his mind?

 

Musk has yet to publicly comment on his reasoning for rejecting a seat at the Big Tech companyโ€™s table, but you donโ€™t have to read between the lines to know he felt forced out by Twitter officials who are not willing to modify the companyโ€™s speech control.

 

He even liked a tweet saying as much.

 

Agrawal was not shy in admitting that Muskโ€™s duty as a board member would have required him to compromise and โ€œact in the best interests of the company and all our shareholders.โ€ His belief that Muskโ€™s absence โ€œis for the bestโ€ shows that the SpaceX founderโ€™s penchant for free speech and the right to troll was never wanted on the Twitter board in the first place.

 

Already, Twitter employees who were publicly frustrated with Muskโ€™s sudden impending influence over the company are celebrating his step back as a victory for the tech companyโ€™s increasingly woke agenda.

 

Musk was clear from the beginning that he wanted to change Twitter for the better by promoting free speech and implementing changes that would benefit all users, not just blue checks. That means Musk is a threat to everything Twitter wants to be. Heโ€™s not afraid to criticize the companyโ€™s many failures and illuminate its faults. Heโ€™s a liability to the companyโ€™s agenda and finances, and he can be a wild card, so it makes sense Twitter would want him gone.

 

The good news is that Musk is no longer capped to owning just 14.9 percent of Twitter as outlined in his original board agreement with the company. Musk buying up more shares is an outcome that pro-censorship media outlets fear.

 

Musk may not be joining the companyโ€™s board, but he still has the opportunity to leverage his stakeholder power to strip Twitter of its free speech facade.If weโ€™re lucky, heโ€™ll nuke the platform altogether

Study suggests email provider bias in sending candidatesโ€™ emails to spam

The most popular email provider Gmail favors liberal candidates by marking fewer of their emails as spam, while more emails from conservative candidates are marked as spam, according to a new study.

 

The Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University conducted a study to find out if spam filtering algorithms (SFAs) have a political bias.

 

The study, titled โ€œA Peek into the Political Biases in Email Spam Filtering Algorithms During US Election 2020,โ€ was conducted between July 1 2020, and November 30, 2020. The researchers created 102 email accounts on Yahoo, Gmail, and Outlook and subscribed to the campaign emails of 156 House, 78 Senate, and two presidential candidates.

 

โ€œTo accurately estimate the political biases and mitigate any potential effects of demographics (ethnicity, age, and gender), we created multiple email accounts with different combinations of demographic factors and designed two experiments. The first experiment studies the general trends of biases in SFAs across the email services for the Presidential, Senate, and House candidates. The second experiment studies the impact of different email interactions such as reading the emails, marking them as spam, or vice versa on the biases in SFAs. We designed an automated process to perform all the subscriptions, and took periodic backups to keep all the email accounts active as well as to keep track of the correct number of spam emails received over the course of data collection for each of the three services,โ€ the researchers wrote.

 

โ€œWe made several important observations in our study. For example, as an aggregate trend, Gmail leaned towards the left while Outlook and Yahoo leaned towards the right. Yahoo retained about half of all the political emails in inbox (up to 55.2% marked as spam) while outlook filtered out the vast majority of emails (over 71.8%) from all political candidates and marked them as spam. Gmail, however, retained the majority of left-wing candidate emails in inbox (< 10.12% marked as spam) while sent the majority of right-wing candidate emails to the spam folder (up to 77.2% marked as spam).โ€

Parliament confirms Shahbaz Sharif as next PM amid allegations of US meddling

 

Pakistanโ€™s Parliament has elected Shahbaz Sharif of the Pakistan Muslim League as the countryโ€™s new prime minister on Monday. The former opposition leader took office amid a parliamentary boycott by the party of outgoing Prime Minister Imran Khan, who has accused his political opponents of colluding with the US ahead of the no-confidence vote that led to his ousting on Sunday.

 

Sharif's success comes after lawmakers in the National Assembly voted to remove Khan from office over the weekend with 174 votes; two more than the required simple majority in Pakistanโ€™s 342-seat lower chamber of Parliament. Sharif previously served as chief minister of Punjab, whose some 110 million residents make it Pakistanโ€™s most populous province, from 1997-1999 and again from 2008-2018.

 

He is the younger brother of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who was found guilty of concealing assets in 2017, when damning revelations emerged with the Panama Papers, and has led the Pakistan Muslim League since his brotherโ€™s conviction. Kremlin responds to Clintonโ€™s NATO statement

 

Washington has repeatedly declined Russiaโ€™s accession to the bloc, according to Putinโ€™s spokesman

 

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has refuted former US President Bill Clintonโ€™s comment on NATOโ€™s open-door policy towards Russia, arguing that Washington has made it impossible for Moscow to join the Alliance.

 

โ€œI know for sure that the American side has repeatedly spoken about the impossibility of such membership. De facto, it was said that the doors, on the contrary, are closed, because it is fundamentally impossible,โ€ Peskov told reporters on Monday.

 

Earlier last week, Bill Clinton published an article in The Atlantic attempting to justify his administrationโ€™s policy on the expansion of NATO.

 

โ€œMy policy was to work for the best, while expanding NATO to prepare for the worst. Yes, NATO expanded despite Russiaโ€™s objections, but expansion was about more than the U.S. relationship with Russia,โ€ the former president explained. He added that, โ€œ[the US] left the door open for Russiaโ€™s eventual membership in NATO.โ€

 

In late February, Russian President Vladimir Putin released a nearly hour-long video address to the nation, in which he explained the Kremlinโ€™s security concerns over Ukraine, primarily regarding Kievโ€™s NATO-oriented foreign policy.

 

In his speech, the Russian leader shared that he had raised the question of Russiaโ€™s accession to NATO with then-president Bill Clinton but to no avail. Instead of embracing Moscow into the US-led military alliance, according to President Putin, Washington has responded with supporting terrorists inside Russia, the withdrawal from the ABM Treaty, and the expansion of NATO threatening the security of the worldโ€™s largest nation.

 

According to the Kremlin, the disdain of Americans for Russiaโ€™s safety concerns and NATOโ€™s refusal to provide Moscow with security guarantees, including the non-alignment of its neighbors to the Western military bloc, have provoked Russia to recognize the independence of Ukraineโ€™s breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk republics and take military action, launching an offensive against Ukraine. Russian Military Says It Successfully Destroyed S-300 Systems Provided By EU State

 

Russia has said its forces have destroyed S-300 anti-air defense systems which were recently transferred to Ukraine by a European state. This after long ago warning that any external weapons shipments to Kiev would be deemed a "legitimate target" and that external backers providing the shipments would be held responsible.

 

"Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said on Monday Russian Kalibr missiles destroyed on Sunday four S-300 launchers concealed in a hangar on the outskirts of the central-eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, hitting 25 Ukrainian soldiers in the attack," Al Jazeera writes, citing Russian state sources.

 

The Russian statement didn't specify the outside European country from which the S-300 system originated, but within the past days it was widely reported that Slovakia was donating S-300 missiles to Ukraine. The White House had followed by announcing it would be replacing Slovakia's supplies with Patriot missiles.

 

There's also the possibility that Ukraine had received anti-air systems from other countries possessing S-300s, albeit without any public announcement. Ukrainian authorities did not immediately comment on whether the Russian statements are accurate, but later issued denials of the Russian claims alongside its backer Slovakia.

 

According to further details by USA Today:

 

About two dozen Ukrainian troops were also hit by the strike, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said in a statement Monday. The statement said Ukraine had received the technology from an unnamed European country. Konashenkovโ€™s claim couldnโ€™t be independently verified.

 

Slovakia has since called the Russian claims a "hoax" and part of battlefield propaganda:

 

Last week, Slovakian Prime Minister Eduard Heger confirmed: โ€œI would like to confirm that Slovakia has provided Ukraine with an air-defense system S-300. The Ukrainian nation is bravely defending its sovereign country and us too. It is our duty to help, not to stay put and be ignorant to the loss of human lives under Russiaโ€™s aggression," according to the statement.

 

If confirmed that one or more S-300s were taken out, it's likely that any further such major weapons transfers from the West will be done more quietly - as opposed to the very public way in which these deals are being announced.

Charlee got candid in an interview with the Los Angeles Times and discussed their trans identity, as well as discontent with DeSantisโ€™ signing of the bill.

 

โ€œI feel like I donโ€™t do very much to help. I donโ€™t call senators or take action. I felt like I could be doing more,โ€ Charlee noted before talking about a previous lack of visible leaders to follow.

 

โ€œI had very few openly gay role models. And I certainly didnโ€™t have any trans or nonbinary role models,โ€ they continued. โ€œI didnโ€™t see myself reflected in anyone, and that made me feel like there was something wrong with me.โ€

 

But Charlee further questioned the merits of the law because of bullying, anxiety and the high risk of suicide in the LGBTQ community.

Buffalo Officers Who Pushed 75-Year-Old Activist to the Ground Cleared by Arbitrator

 

Two police officers in Buffalo, New York, accused of using unnecessary force against an elderly protester in 2020 have been cleared by an arbitrator of wrongdoing.

 

Officers Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalski acted to protect themselves and only acted after Martin Gugino, the protester, ignored multiple commands, arbitrator John Selchick wrote in a 43-page decision.

 

The situation unfolded at Niagara Square, where protesters were ordered to leave because of a city-ordered curfew.

 

According to testimony from several other officers, Gugino responded to the announcement of the looming curfew by stating he found the curfew to be a violation of his constitutional rights and he would have to be arrested because he would not comply.

 

โ€œYou might as well take me to jail now because Iโ€™m not leaving here, Iโ€™m going to jail one way or the other,โ€ Gugino was said to have told one officer.

 

Most protesters left the area but Gugino instead walked towards the approaching police Emergency Response Team, of which McCabe and Torgalski were members. Body camera footage showed Gugino โ€œwalking straight to McCabe, with his left arm held by his side, holding a black object that looks like a motorcycle helmet, and holding in his outstretched right arm and hand what appears to be a cell phone,โ€ Selchick wrote.

 

Gugino then moved the phone across McCabe before placing it near Torgalskiโ€™s arm.

 

Torgalski pushed Gugino with his arm, and McCabe used a baton to push Gugino, who stumbled backwards before falling.

 

The interaction lasted about five seconds.

 

Gugino suffered a fractured skull, his attorneys have said.

 

McCabe testified that he told Gugino to get back several times and wanted the protester to walk away. McCabe said he was โ€œin shock, honestly,โ€ when his commands were ignored. He noticed how Gugino appeared to be scanning him with the phone, describing the action as โ€œvery odd.โ€ The officer didnโ€™t know at the time what Gugino was holding in his left hand; it was a motorcycle helmet.

 

McCabe said Guginoโ€™s arm was at one point close to Torgalskiโ€™s firearm and that the push was to get the protester โ€œaway from our personal space,โ€ adding, โ€œwe had no intention on injuring him.โ€ McCabe said the amount of force he delivered was โ€œminorโ€ and was surprised that Gugino fell.

 

Torgalski said he heard McCabe command Gugino to get back and witnessed Guginoโ€™s actions, though the officer did not know Gugino held a cell phone until later. Torgalski said Gugino was โ€œtoo closeโ€ to his colleague and that he could not see what was inside the helmet Gugino held.

 

โ€œHe made contact multiple times, twice with my right forearm and down to the edge of my glove, my right glove,โ€ Torgalski said.

California teacher arrested for allegedly molesting 7 students

 

A California biology teacher has been arrested for allegedly molesting seven students and sharing graphic photos online, authorities said.

 

Anessa Paige Gower, 35, is facing 29 separate criminal counts over the alleged abuse that occurred when she was teaching at Making Waves Academy in Richmond, the Costa District Attorneyโ€™s Office said.

 

The victims and witnesses told investigators that the abuse, which dates back to last year, included sex acts with the minors, inappropriate touching and sharing sexually graphic photos, prosecutors said.

 

Authorities havenโ€™t revealed the age or gender of any of the victims, but the charter school caters to students in grades 5 to 12.

 

Gower was taken into custody last Wednesday at Sacramento International Airport when she returned from a vacation in Hawaii.

 

She is currently in custody in Richmond and is facing multiple child molestation charges.

 

Making Waves Academy Chief Executive Officer Alton B. Nelson Jr. said Gower was fired after the allegations came to light.

 

โ€œDuring the course of an investigation into allegations that one of our teachers violated school policy, we learned of additional highly concerning allegations involving that teacherโ€™s conduct,โ€ Nelson said in a statement obtained by KRON4.

 

โ€œWe immediately shared that information with authorities who are reviewing the matter. That teacher is no longer employed by Making Waves Academy and we have reached out to parents, students and faculty to provide support where it might be needed.โ€

The Daily Mail observed that Dettelbach espoused support for various gun controls during an โ€œunsuccessfulโ€ bid to become attorney general of Ohio in 2018.

 

The Mail explained that Dettelbach โ€œhas called for an assault weapons ban and universal background checks.โ€

 

During Dettelbachโ€™s unsuccessful bid for attorney general of Ohio, WOSU reported that he also opposed allowing teachers and staff to be armed for classroom defense, even in situations when those teachers and/or staff were โ€œformer military or law enforcement.โ€

UK Conservative MP Imran Ahmad Khan Found Guilty of Sex Assault on Boy

 

 

Imran Ahmad Khan, a Conservative member of parliament elected in 2019 has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in 2008.

 

A British court found Tory MP Imran Ahmad Khan guilty of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in 2008 on Monday afternoon. During the week-long trial, the court heard that Khan has given the teenage boy gin during a party, took him upstairs at the address, showed him pornography, and then physically assaulted him in a bunk bed, โ€œreaching for, or actually touching, his groinโ€, the BBC reports.

 

As previously reported, the court was told the 15-year-old heard Khanโ€™s โ€œbreathing was getting quite heavyโ€ as he sexually assaulted him. Police were called at the time but the victim did not press charges, The Guardian reports of the case. The events later came to light again when the victim discovered Khan was standing for election in 2019.

 

Sentencing will follow the guilty verdict and Khan faced potential jail time. If he received more than 12 months behind bars, he would be automatically banned from sitting in Parliament. There is also an option for people living in the area he represents to launch a recall petition. Khan could also choose to resign his position, but his stated intention to challenge the conviction suggests he stands by his original stated position strongly denying the charges.

 

A profile of Imran Ahmad Khan in The Guardian notes Khanโ€™s brother is a former prosecutor for the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and that Khan himself had built something of a reputation for himself during his so-far brief time in Parliament for being a bit of an โ€œoddballโ€ showman. Evidence of this presented by the paper includes Khanโ€™s penchant for smart suits, him driving a Rolls Royce motorcar to Parliament, and even his undertaking a skydive into his constituency as a publicity stunt during the 2019 election campaign.

 

The Guardian also notes that while Khan was once billed as Britainโ€™s first openly gay Muslim member of parliament, he has gone to lengths in the past to hide his sexuality. Before the trial, Khan had argued unsuccessfully that being outed as an alcohol drinking gay man of the Muslim faith would put his life at risk.

The Labour Party called for Khan to resign immediately after the verdict was reached on Monday. He was suspended from the Conservative Party on Monday evening.

Mother of six shot to death near a checkpoint in the West Bank

 

A 47-year-old Palestinian woman has been shot to death in the West Bank after allegedly approaching Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers in a โ€œsuspicious mannerโ€ on Sunday, the IDF reported.

 

โ€œThe force opened fire as part of a suspect arrest procedure that included firing into the air. After she did not stop, the soldiers fired at her lower body,โ€ the IDF said in a statement on Sunday.

 

The woman, named as 47-year-old Ghada Ibrahim Ali al-Sabateen, can be seen in footage posted to social media raising her hands and walking quickly at what is described as a makeshift checkpoint in the village of Husan.

 

The footage does not show the IDF soldiers firing into the air or provide any other context for the womanโ€™s approach, and it is filmed at enough of a distance to make any exchange of words between the two parties difficult to hear. However, the Times of Israel quotes a member of the local council, who claims al-Sabateen refused soldiersโ€™ calls to stop.

 

After being knocked to the ground by the bullets, al-Sabateen is initially seen sitting up before a gap in the footage ends with her lying down. The Israeli soldiers can be seen covering her with cardboard, and their statement claims they administered first aid.

 

Palestinian medics reportedly rushed the mother of six to a hospital in Beit Jala after the shooting, which left her bleeding profusely from a torn artery in her thigh. She ultimately died of blood loss.

 

Elsewhere in the West Bank, Israeli soldiers have carried out several large raids, arresting 20 Palestinians and wounding 11. They claimed those arrested were involved in โ€œterrorist activities.โ€ The country has experienced multiple shootings over the past weeks, though not all of them have been terror-related.

Phillips, who has been working with Englebrecht for years, told Kirk about how tips they received led them to look deeper into cities like Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Wisconsin, and Arizona. โ€œWe started to put together this sort of pattern that each of the challenges that everybody seemed to be most up in arms about had some basic pieces that seemed to be the same,โ€ Phillips said. He explained, โ€œYou had ballot collectors, people out knocking on doors to collect ballots. A set of collectors, a collection point or a stash house for all the ballots, the bundling of the ballots and then the casting of those ballots by what we were calling mules in the drop boxes.โ€ Phillips told Kirk, โ€œThis is a conspiracy. Engelbrecht and Phillips explained how easy it is for third parties to track individuals by using their unique device ID to track them. โ€œTo get your devicesโ€™ unique device ID, pretend youโ€™re making a phone call and type in *#06#โ€ Englebrecht explained. Phillips explained that 300,000+ apps and 27,000 apps collect your location based on a signal your cell phone emits. The location data is so accurate that the cell phone user can be found within an 18-inch radius of their phone, including the elevation of the user, โ€œso are we on the first floor? Are we on the second floor? Where are we?โ€™ Phillips asked as an example of how precisely a user can be tracked. โ€œWe all give permission to these apps to collect these signals,โ€ Phillips explained. โ€œWhen you sign into the app, and you say, โ€˜Yeah, I agree,โ€™ you give those signals to everyone. Data brokers will sell signals for cell phones to individuals or groups who pay them for the data.

Once True the Vote paid a whopping $2 million of privately raised funds for the data, they took it to highly sophisticated data centers across America to discover what happened in the 2020 election. It has taken โ€œ12 people, 16 hours a day for 15 months to process the data,โ€ Phillips explained. True the Vote has access to several very high-powered computers. โ€œMost of the work is done in Plano, TX, and the rest is done in the high-performance computing center on the campus of Starkville, Tennessee,โ€ Phillips told Charlie Kirk.

The discussion took a chilling turn when the trio began to discuss January 6th and how the intelligence community used the same geo-fencing technology to find and arrest January 6 protesters inside and outside the Capitol building.

โ€œThe January 6th event was on a Tuesday. The next day, they had allegedly already identified some of the people, convened a grand jury, and then issued arrest warrants in a matter of 72 hours,โ€ Phillips said. Engelbrecht interrupted, โ€œItโ€™s not possible.โ€

โ€œSo, did they have the fence of the pings ready to go? Is that what youโ€™re saying?โ€ Kirk asked.

โ€œThey had the actual devices ready to go,โ€ Phillips said. โ€œThatโ€™s our supposition. Thereโ€™s no other way to have done it,โ€ Englelbrecht added.

Phillips then dropped a bombshell, โ€œWe believe they were tracking people all the way back into the latter part of the election, certainly into November and early December.โ€ Kirk asked, โ€œSo, people who would be likely to go to that event? A group of US lawmakers have urged President Joe Biden to accelerate the delivery of refuelling aircraft, fighter jets and military helicopters to Israel in order to "defend itself from Iran".

 

In a letter dated 7 April, 11 Republican Senators led by Senator Tom Cotton urged the White House to "urgently fulfill Americaโ€™s obligation to help Israel defend itself by giving it the tools it needs to prevent a nuclear armed Iran."

 

The senators called on the Biden administration to expedite the delivery of refuelling tankers, F-35 and F-15 fighter jets, and CH-35K helicopters to Israel.

 

The purchase of refuelling planes, which could support fighter jets in a long-range operation such as one targeting Iranโ€™s nuclear infrastructure, has been a top priority for Israelโ€™s leaders.

Adm. Mike Gilday touted the apprenticeship programs run by the countryโ€™s major shipyards, which are always looking for new talent, but especially now as the Navy looks to bulk up its fleet with newer, more advanced warships.

More than 74,000 Afghans were admitted to the United States last year as Kabul fell to the Taliban and the U.S. military withdrew from the country. Much of the defense industry is struggling to find skilled workers, but shipyards have it particularly bad. โ€œWe used to have shoe factories, textiles, more major construction firms, paper mills, and we could hire from that talent pool,โ€ Mason said. โ€œAll of those industries Iโ€™ve just listed are gone. And weโ€™re the only one left standing in the state.โ€

Vaccinated individuals canโ€™t un-vaccinate themselves

The โ€œMerritt Medical Hourโ€ host pointed to a โ€œmarked, unprecedented increaseโ€ in all-cause mortality caused by the COVID-19 vaccines, citing data from the U.S., the U.K. and Germany. โ€œI canโ€™t find numbers in Israel, but Iโ€™m sure theyโ€™re having big problems because they were the first people vaccinated,โ€ she said. Merritt also mentioned stillbirths, miscarriages and infertility as some of the other issues linked to the shots.

 

โ€œInstead of rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, we need to be looking at data and preparing ourselves because [that will] tell us if we need to see the trend [and] where it goes. We canโ€™t back up on this.โ€

 

According to Merritt, there are several ways to address the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the COVID-19 vaccines.

 

โ€œWe can deal with the spike protein, we know how to do that. Ivermectin, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, chelation, [intravenous] glutathione โ€“ thereโ€™s lots of things we can do.โ€

 

She then turned to Sisson and said โ€œI think your thing is right up there,โ€ in reference to chlorine dioxide, which the โ€œCLO2TVโ€ host is promoting.

Hunter Biden knew he was working with associates who were high up in Chinese intelligence circles, according to a new report.

 

The report published Monday by Yahoo News delves into the connections between Hunter Biden and Patrick Ho, referred to as Patrick Ho Chi-ping in some reports concerning Hoโ€™s 2018 bribery conviction that was linked to arms dealing and bribery in Africa.

 

Yahooโ€™s report is written by Michael Isikoff, its chief investigative correspondent, and Zach Dorfman, its national security correspondent. Both are veteran and respected journalists.

 

(Isikoff is probably best known as the reporter then working for Newseek who had the story in 1998 about independent counsel Kenneth Starrโ€™s investigation of then-President Bill Clinton and his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, but lost the scoop to the Drudge Report because Newsweek sat on it.)

 

Ho, who was a former Hong Kong government minister, and Ye Jianming, an energy tycoon who had links in his past to Chinaโ€™s Peopleโ€™s Liberation Army, had formed a business partnership with Hunter Biden and James Biden, who is President Joe Bidenโ€™s brother.

 

In November 2017, Ho was arrested by FBI agents at New Yorkโ€™s JFK Airport as part of what Isikoff and Dorfman called โ€œan audacious plot to dole out millions of dollars in bribes to African leaders in exchange for major energy contracts that appeared to advance Chinese government interests.โ€

 

Yahoo reported in 2018 that Hoโ€™s first phone call after his arrest was to James Biden. He asked Biden to get him a lawyer.

 

According to the report published Monday, the infamous Hunter Biden laptop contained an audio recording from May 11, 2018, between Hunter Biden and a woman who has not been identified.

 

Hunter Biden complained about a reporter for the New York Times who was asking about Ho.

 

Ho is โ€œliterally the fโ€”ing spy chief of China,โ€ Biden says in the conversation, according to Yahoo News.

 

That same conversation, according to the report, includes Hunter Biden talking about phone calls from his father as the news media was delving into Hunter Bidenโ€™s business dealings. President Joe Biden has always denied involvement in the business dealings of Hunter Biden or other family members.

There are many on the right, left, and center that would want a sort of neutral, cooperative (not meaningless) culture that permits all things "Bill of Rights"-y. If you call that "neutral" or "meaningless", perhaps your intended targets aren't those on the right or the communists, but those ignorant of the tenants of the US Constitution, itself, regardless of affiliation. Culture will have a direction, yes, and it will constantly be in a state of flux as long as people have these things called "ideas". Let's at least aspire to make that culture as good as the one the Founding Fathers envisioned instead of one where ideological lopsidedness is the order of the day. The Queen has held two virtual audiences from Windsor Castle a week after she cancelled engagements due to testing positive for Covid-19.

 

The monarch spoke to foreign diplomats after postponing a number of similar engagements last week.

 

She tested positive for the virus on 20 February. At the time Buckingham Palace she was experiencing โ€œmild cold like symptomsโ€.

 

On Tuesday she received His Excellency Mr Carles Jordana Madero, who presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as ambassador from the Principality of Andorra to the Court of St Jamesโ€™s.

U.S. Marshals Recover 16 Missing, Endangered Children, Make Five Arrests

 

The U.S. Marshals Service has recovered 16 missing children, arrested five individuals and has broken open a sex trafficking ring as law enforcement continues its quest to stop the proliferation of kidnapping and crimes against children.

 

โ€œFresh Start,โ€ a three-month tactical operation, took place in New Orleans from Jan. 1 through March 31, the Marshals said in a news release.

 

Led by the Missing Child Unit, officers rescued 16 children on the missing and endangered list.

 

โ€œBased on the operation, at least four (4) felony warrant(s) exist for adults suspected of involvement with MCU minors, and the USMS New Orleans Task Force is actively pursuing these fugitives,โ€ authorities said.

 

Among those recovered were a 5-year-old female and a 7-year-old male taken by a noncustodial parent.

 

The Jefferson Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office issued a felony warrant for the childrenโ€™s mother for kidnapping, and authorities alleged that she made active attempts to avoid arrest along the way.

 

The noncustodial parent took the children to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The U.S. Marshals from the Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force recovered the children and arrested the mother.

 

Also, a 15-year-old Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, female diagnosed with schizophrenia wrestled free from restraints and jumped out of an ambulance while paramedics attempted to transport her to Childrenโ€™s Hospital in New Orleans.

 

She was located and recovered at an address in New Orleans with assistance from New Orleans Police Department Special Victimโ€™s Division โ€“ Child Abuse Unit, Ouachita Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office, and Xavier University Police Department.

 

โ€œI am very proud of the cooperative work done by all the agencies involved in safeguarding at-risk children. Our Office is proud to be a part of a robust MCU program that took root in New Orleans starting in 2016,โ€ U.S. Marshal Scott Illing said in a statement.

Philly Reimposes Indoor Mask Mandate

 

Philadelphia announced it is reinstating its indoor mask mandate beginning April 18.

 

Students will be required to wear masks in schools when they return from spring break.

Troubled beginning

 

The project became public in July 2005, when the N.C. Northeast Partnership, a 16-county, state-funded regional economic development organization, announced "Randy Parton, brother of mega-star Dolly Parton, inked a deal with private developers and the city of roanoke rapids for development of a music theater and entertainment district" along Interstate 95.

 

The theater was to anchor an entertainment district, including shops, restaurants, motels, and family recreational activities. The first phase, covering 116 acres, would attract $129 million in private investment and create 2,595 jobs, based on an economic impact analysis by researchers at the Carolina Center for Competitive Economics at UNC-Chapel Hill. The researchers also predicted the project would produce 12,250 jobs for the region.

 

Northeast Partnership CEO Rick Watson developed the concept for the theater and recruited Randy Parton to participate. Watson persuaded roanoke rapids officials they were competing with other North Carolina communities in his 16-county region to land the project. Watson's conflict of interest became public after CJ revealed he had a one-third ownership interest in Parton's company, Moonlight Bandit Productions. The partnership's board of directors terminated Watson in 2006 for working for Parton while still being paid for his state-funded economic development job.

 

Parton invested none of his own money, the city borrowed $21 million, and state agencies added about $6 million to launch the project. State Senate leader Marc Basnight, House Speaker Jim Black, and the Department of Transportation under Gov. Mike Easley championed the project.

 

City officials had bet on Parton's ability to manage the theater competently and attract enough customers to cover expenses. Before coming to roanoke rapids, Parton played at the Dollywood Amusement Park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

 

Before the theater opened, Carolina Journal documented questionable feasibility studies, unrealistic economic impact forecasts, conflicts of interest, lack of transparency, reckless spending, a marketing campaign that was never funded, and Parton's lack of management experience.

 

The theater opened in July 2007 as the Randy Parton Theatre. Parton performed with his newly formed band Moonlight Bandits. The first shows were well-attended, but the number of empty seats grew steadily over the next few months. Some nights fewer than 100 people showed up.

Durham had to be protected by Barr making him a special council from the attacks of the democrats who want to shut the investigation down or spin it as being political, which the distance he has tried to create between him, Trump and the MAGA movement might be a serious political optics campaign being run by Barr to protect the investigation, so no one can say Barr loves Trump and did it for those reasons.
