I once was listening to a lecture from a Christian dude, Can't remember the topic.
I felt a particular energy so I closed my eyes, quieted my mind and began breathing deeply.
After a while I began to feel energy seemingly entering my head.
It then focused on the very center of my brain.
It began pulsating.
Suddenly it appeared as if I were laying in a field, surrounded by trees and looking up into the sky.
The sky began pulsating in rhythm with the pulsating energy in the center of my brain.
I can still see it when I close my eyes.
At the time, I asked, "What's happening".
I heard a voice respond, "It is Opening"
