My guess is that 45 will start posting regularly on TS when:

After he 'formally' announces his next run for Prez. Guess there are some rules about when and how one has to announce.

The Jan 6 unselect committee of liars and fiction writers has to shut down (anything he posts before then becomes the basis of their next fake impeachment).
Been noticing 45 sticking close to the teleprompter during recent rallies. Sad, because Trump is best when he is unscripted and off the prompter. I have a feeling his legal and political team are vetting each speech (as they change just a little to stay up on news) to keep him out of trouble before the midterms. That's why most of his written communications come out as formal press releases. (Vetted by many!)
Finally, I have been saying all along Trump would not go back to twatter as he is their biggest draw. TS will happen - just not quickly.
