Megyn Kelly Jokes That She’s Open to Swinging With the Clintons: ‘If Bill and Hillary Ask Us to Swing, We’re Doing it!’

Candice Ortiz - Yesterday 10:18 AM

Megyn Kelly jokingly said she would consider swinging with Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, if offered.

On Tuesday’s episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, she told guest Dave Rubin all about the idea.

“Here in Connecticut we did actually find out that there’s a healthy swinging population. No one’s offered to me and to Doug to swing yet, nor will that go well if they do!” she said, referring to her husband, Doug Brunt.

She continued, “Apparently this is a growing thing, Dave. Where like, there’s like swingers everywhere. And I said to Doug, my only belief is that only unattractive people are swingers. If you’re very good looking and you marry another very good looking person, why would you want to swing?”

Rubin chimed in saying, “you gotta watch out up there cause the Clintons live somewhere near there, right? You know Bill is definitely maxing out those things right now. Nobody wants a part of that, he’s not looking very good these days.”

“If Bill and Hillary ask us to swing, we’re doing it!” Kelly announced. “We’re not going to see it through till the end but we’ll definitely see how far are they going to take it! At what point is this going to get shut down?”

“Does Hillary have a sexual side?” Kelly questioned.

A red-faced Rubin said “there’s about eight things I could say right now that would probably get us all banned.”

New Accusations Against Men Charged with Tricking Secret Service, Though Judge Calls Case 'Overblown'

Virginia Chamlee - 25m ago

New details have emerged in the strange case of two men charged with tricking Secret Service officers (including some tasked with protecting the White House and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden) by impersonating federal officers.

However, a judge overseeing the case reportedly expressed sharp skepticism this week that prosecutors could back up their claims.

The judge said the suspects should be released from custody until their trial. Attorneys for the two men did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

In a complaint filed and unsealed last week, federal prosecutors initially alleged that the men — 36-year-old Haider Ali and 40-year-old Arian Taherzadeh — had been falsely claiming to be officers with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) since February 2020.

The evidence laid out in the complaint was extensive, with authorities saying the two attempted "to ingratiate themselves" with real members of the federal law enforcement community by providing Secret Service agents (and one DHS employee) with gifts including a $40,000-per-year apartment, iPhones, a drone, a flat-screen TV and a case for storing an assault-style rifle.

In court documents filed this week, prosecutors for the Department of Justice laid out more details in their case, arguing that the men had secretly tried to "remove evidence of their criminal scheme from the apartment building" in which they were living.

In a memorandum filed Monday, the U.S. government argued that it had "confirmed more troubling facts" in the days since the men had been arrested, including that law enforcement had recovered "illegal high capacity magazines" while executing the search warrant at the men's apartments.

The government also said in its filing that, "after Taherzadeh was tipped off about the investigation, either he or Ali appears to have made further attempts to conceal evidence, including by trying to corruptly enlist the help of a federal law enforcement agent."

Prosecutors also argued that Ali had previously boasted of having ties to Pakistani intelligence.

A magistrate judge, however, wasn't convinced, saying in a hearing on Tuesday that the charges against the men were "overblown," CNN reports.

Judge Michael Harvey, citing Ali's FBI interview, argued that the men "just wanted to feel on the same level" as real federal agents.

CNN reported that, in an hour-long ruling, Harvey said "there is no evidence of foreign ties in this case" and ordered both Ali and Taherzadeh to be released from jail pending trial and placed on home detention.

The men will not be allowed to go to airports or foreign embassies or to communicate with any of the federal agents they are accused of having duped.

The investigation was spurred, per the initial complaint, by an alleged altercation involving a Postal Service letter carrier at an apartment complex on March 14. While investigating, a postal inspector learned from residents of the building that Taherzadeh and Ali may have been witnesses.

Prosecutors said the two men allegedly identified themselves to the inspector as members of the U.S. Special Police Investigation Unit and said they were involved in "undercover gang-related investigations" as well as investigations related the 2021 U.S. Capitol riots.

The investigation grew wider when the inspector learned that Taherzadeh and Ali were in regular contact with members of the Secret Service, whom they had provided with gifts (including the use of what they claimed to be an official government vehicle: their GMC SUV), per the complaint.

As the FBI got involved, further details emerged, showing that the men had offered gifts such as rent-free apartments to actual federal agents — including several Secret Service officers. Taherzadeh had at one point also offered to provide a $2,000 rifle to a Secret Service agent on the first lady's detail, prosecutors have claimed.

Another witness — identified in the complaint as a Secret Service agent "assigned to protect the White House complex" — told prosecutors he was provided with a rent-free penthouse apartment for approximately one year by Taherzadeh, who allegedly said he was an ICE agent, according to the witness.

At least four members of the U.S. Secret Service had been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation, prosecutors said in court filings.

Taherzadeh and Ali were each charged with one count of false impersonation of an officer of the United States.

Prosecutors Expect at Least 100 More Arrests for U.S. Capitol Riot

(Reuters) -The U.S. Justice Department expects to charge at least 100 more people for taking part in the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol, signaling prosecutors are far from finished investigating an attack that a judge on Thursday called an act of terrorism.

"Over 400 individuals have been charged in connection with the Capitol attack," federal prosecutors said in a court filing on Thursday. "The investigation continues and the government expects that at least one hundred additional individuals will be charged."

The Justice Department made the disclosure in a set of similar court filings asking judges to postpone deadlines in pending prosecutions.

"The investigation and prosecution of the Capitol attack will likely be one of the largest in American history, both in terms of the number of defendants prosecuted and the nature and volume of the evidence," the court filings stated.

Supporters of former President Donald Trump on Jan. 6 stormed the Capitol in an attempt to stop Congress from formally certifying President Joe Biden's election victory.

The violence started shortly after Trump rallied his supporters and urged them to fight to stop the certification of Biden's win.

The siege left five people dead and more than 130 police officers injured.

A magistrate judge in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia described the attack as an act of terrorism during a court hearing for Charles Donohue, a leader of the Proud Boys extremist right-wing group.

"The acts alleged in the indictment would meet, in my view, the statutory definition of a federal crime of terrorism," U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey said, adding that the attack "struck at the very heart of our democracy."

The FBI has been increasingly focused on suspects with ties to right-wing extremist groups including the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys.

More than 40 members or associates of the two groups have been arrested and charged so far.

A founding member of the Oath Keepers last week became the first person to plead guilty to taking part in the riot, and prosecutors have said other defendants are in plea discussions.

Bought & Paid For: Hillary Took Illegally Bundled Money From NXIVM Sex Cult – Obama Was Funded With Millions In Foreign Campaign Contributions

The powers that be, would be sure to label this fake news, as they would label any article on my non-establishment approved site. Of course the big boys didn’t even bother to report this bombshell.

But the Department of Justice is all over this, so why isn’t the media?

Here’s a snip from the DOJ report:

A United States entertainer and businessman and a Malaysian financier were charged in a four-count indictment unsealed today in the District of Columbia for conspiring to make and conceal foreign and conduit campaign contributions during the United States presidential election in 2012, announced Assistant Attorney General Brian Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.

Prakazrel “Pras” Michel, 46, and Low Taek Jho, 37, also known as “Jho Low,” were charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States government and for making foreign and conduit campaign contributions. Michel also was charged with one count of a scheme to conceal material facts and two counts of making a false entry in a record in connection with the conspiracy. Michel appeared today for his arraignment before U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey in the District of Columbia. Low remains at large.

Mystery surrounds cold-blooded execution of Microsoft exec who was shot dead in front of his two-year-old daughter when he got out of car to move tire from middle of road in affluent Florida neighborhood

Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan, 33, was shot dead February 16 as his two-year-old daughter watched from a car seat

He was moving a tire obstructing the road in a Florida neighborhood when he was gunned down

Police believe the killing may have been targeted, and said the assailant shot Bridegan from close range, about four feet away

'It was specific, [Bridegan] used this route all the time. Whoever [killed him] knew the route,' said Jacksonville Beach Police Detective Sergeant David Young

A $30,000 reward is being offered for information - currently, there are no leads

'I still have hope… but it’s frustrating that it’s been two months and whoever did this is still out there,' Bridegan's wife, Kirsten, said

Currently, Sgt. Tonya Tator told DailyMail.com, the department is testing forensic evidence found at the scene. Tator would not disclose how police believe the vehicle was involved.

Tator said that in typically quiet Jacksonville Beach, an upscale neighborhood just 15 minutes from famous golf courses like TPC Sawgrass where the PGA Tour is held, 'a murder of this nature is highly unusual.'

Jared Bridegan, 33, was gunned down on February 16 when he got out of his family's black Volkswagen Atlas in the Sanctuary neighborhood of Jacksonville Beach to move a tire obstructing the road

The father-of-four was driving with his two-year-old, Bexley, heading south toward St. Augustine to get home to his wife, Kirsten, 30, and his seven-month-old London. Jared had just dropped off his nine-year-old twins, Abby and Liam, at his ex-wife's house around 7:30 p.m.

Neighbors' surveillance cameras picked up the sound of several gunshots just before 8 p.m., police said. Cops arrived at the scene after receiving several 911 calls.

The assailant was less than three or four feet away when they shot Bridegan, who was standing close to his SUV's driver-side door, police said. They suspect the killing might have been targeted and have previously released video stills of a dark Ford F-150 truck they think might have been involved.

Now, the Jacksonville Beach Police Department is investigating whether the tire was intentionally placed in the roadway to lure the man out of his car. Authorities have not identified a suspect or motive in Jared Bridegan's killing.

'There is a reason he was stopped there. There's a reason there's a tire in the middle of the road,' Jacksonville Beach Police Detective Sergeant David Young told News 4 JAX. 'So we think in that aspect, we think he was targeted.

'It was specific, [Bridegan] used this route all the time. Whoever [killed him] knew the route.'
