Saudi Prince Alwaleed just rejected the offer, via Twitter:

"I don't believe that the proposed offer by @elonmusk ($54.20) comes close to the intrinsic value of @Twitter given its growth prospects. Being one of the largest & long-term shareholders of Twitter @Kingdom_KHC & I reject this offer."

The Saudi Prince apparently owns 5.2% of TWTR (since 2015)…

Of course, there is one winner if Musk's bid fails… "democracy."

As Glenn Greenwald so eloquently noted on Twitter:

Media Matters and Its Shadowy and Substantial Money Transfers to the Bonner Group

Media Matters is a far-left organization that labels itself as a non-profit but works as a far-left hit machine. It has connections to George Soros and its purpose appears to be to harm conservative Americans and take them out of business. But there is much more to this sketchy entity.

On Wednesday The Gateway Pundit reported on Media Matters and its questionable classification as a nonprofit that saves the entity millions in tax dollars. The TGP also discussed its apparent lack of concern for filing its financials with states across the nation on a timely basis. Also, we identified that this ‘nonprofit’ took COVID money but this money was not to be shared with nonprofits.

Today TGP has more. An interesting and shadowing relationship we found with Media Matters is that its connected closely to the Mary Bonner group. We know very little about Mary Bonner. We located one article where she is discussed alongside Hillary Clinton.

A constellation of left-leaning nonprofits and “super PACs” are raising tens of millions of dollars to pave the way for Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign — and nearly all of them have paid Mary Pat Bonner a cut.

Over the past several years, the groups, which include American Bridge 21st Century, Media Matters for America and the super PAC Ready for Hillary, have paid Ms. Bonner’s consulting firm in excess of $6 million to help them cultivate wealthy donors and raise money, according to tax filings and campaign disclosures.

Ms. Bonner’s contracts give her firm a commission, typically 12.5 percent, on any money she brings in. Her tenacity, ties to wealthy givers and mastery of making donors happy have made Ms. Bonner, 48, among the most successful practitioners of a trade that is virtually invisible to voters but has taken on immense power and influence in the post-Citizens United world.

Almost every candidate for high office must now court ultrarich donors to finance super PACs. And with each party more reliant than ever on networks of outside groups to supplement its advertising and opposition research, fund-raisers like Ms. Bonner hold the keys to the big-money kingdom.

“The Bonner Group gets us the best fund-raising product for the lowest cost,” said David Brock, the founder of the monitoring group Media Matters and the super PAC American Bridge. “In my experience, the commission incentivizes the fund-raiser to meet the ambitious goals we set.”

…Two years ago, reflecting her expanding role in Mr. Brock’s enterprises, Ms. Bonner moved her company and staff into his headquarters, though she continues to serve other clients. She and Mr. Brock have adjoining offices and even share a summer rental in the Hamptons.

Hunter Biden Likely To Be Charged Under FARA… If DoJ Applies The Mueller Standard

Below is my column in the New York Post on the potential liability of Hunter Biden under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). I recently testified on FARA reforms and its history of enforcement.

Here is the column:

As US Attorney David Weiss leads a long line of witnesses before a grand jury, Washington is preparing for the possibility of an indictment of the son of President Joe Biden, Hunter. This has led to a nosebleed of a turn for the media, as major outlets suddenly acknowledge that the story that they tried to kill in 2020 is in fact legitimate.

Many legal experts have insisted that any prosecution for tax violations would be uncommon or unwarranted because Hunter Biden belatedly paid taxes after the start of the investigation. However, not only are tax and international transactional violations still possible, there is a looming threat of charges under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

This week, I testified in the House Judiciary Committee on enhancements of FARA and was asked whether Hunter Biden could be charged under the act. The answer is clearly yes. Indeed, if the Justice Department applies the standard used in the Paul Manafort case, it would seem like such a charge is not just possible, but even probable.

The similarities of the Manafort and Biden cases are striking. On a personal level, both men had ravenous levels of material consumption. Where Manafort had his $15,000 ostrich coat, Biden had his high-priced hookers and $143,000 Fisker sports car. Both burned through money and found themselves with towering debts.

However, the greatest similarity is how they paid those bills. The Manafort indictment included charges for lobbying on behalf of the Ukrainian government and Ukrainian political parties from 2008 to 2014. He did not register under FARA, which has sweeping terms covering such work.

While FARA was rarely used for criminal investigations and prosecutions, special counsel Robert Mueller seemed to charge by the gross under the act. He hit a line of Trump associates with such allegations from Manafort to Michael Flynn to George Papadopoulos to Rick Gates. More recently, the Justice Department used FARA to conduct searches on the homes and files of former Trump counsel Rudy Giuliani, Republican counsel Victoria Toensing and others.

The recent use of FARA was celebrated by legal experts and media figures. Now, however, Hunter Biden is the target and the evidence against him on FARA may actually be worse than Manafort in some respects.

In Biden’s laptop, there are hundreds of e-mails detailing work with “foreign principals,” which can include not just foreign governments or foreign agencies, but foreign-based companies, nonprofits and individuals, including Americans living in foreign countries. That would covers companies like CEFC, which had close ties to the Chinese government.

Biden does not appear to have done much, if any, conventional legal work for these foreign sources, despite his high fees. Indeed, there is no record Hunter did anything to earn the cool $1 million given to him to “represent” CEFC’s Patrick Ho, who was later convicted and sentenced to three years in prison.

Instead, the record shows Biden advising and facilitating access for foreign clients, including meetings with his father. That includes, like Manafort, dealings with Ukrainian officials and businesses.

While Calling Covid Jab Skeptics ‘Criminals’, Pfizer CEO Raked in $24 Million on The Backs of Taxpayers

Starting in July of 2020, under the direction of the Trump administration, US taxpayers shelled out 1.9 billion to Pfizer so they could begin rushing their Comirnaty mRNA vaccine to market. Over the course of the next year and a half, the taxpayers would be hit with another $10 billion invoice — all of which flowed directly into the pockets of Pfizer for their Covid jab.

This was only the beginning, however. In November 2021, they received another $5.3 billion in taxpayer dollars for the development of their drug Paxlovid, that was a suspiciously similar protease inhibitor like the infamous “horse paste.” In January of this year, the taxpayers were hit once more for $500 million.

In total, since the coronavirus debacle began, US taxpayers would line the pockets of Pfizer executives with nearly $20 billion in revenue. Note that this does not include the billions in taxpayer dollars used to market the vaccine to Americans through less than ethical propaganda news campaigns and advertising.

As tens of millions of Americans were forced into poverty by government closing down their businesses and forcing them to lose their jobs over vaccine mandates, pharmaceutical companies made record profits.

One of the center pieces to the fleecing of the American taxpayer was Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla. Bourla, who recently stated that a third does of his vaccine has worked well for prevention of hospitalizations and death, but a fourth shot is necessary, has been the pied piper of the vaccine tyrants. He’s also made millions doing so.

According to a recent report, Bourla made $24.3 million in compensation for 2021 — a whopping 15% increase over the previous year. His stock holdings in the company are even higher, coming in a $32 million and his entitlement upon leaving the company is a whopping $113 million, which was valued at the end of December 2021, according to CNBC.

The company he heads also saw record profits, raking in over $21 billion in 2021 — double the previous year’s total — as politicians, media blowhards, and government scientists took to their pulpits to declare the jab “100 percent effective.” As the world quickly learned, that was not true, yet the money kept flowing.

Instead of apologizing to the world for the inaccurate efficacy statements, folks like Bourla doubled down and claimed that anyone who questioned this data was “a criminal.”

Google AdSense Cuts Off Monetization For Content Accusing Ukraine Of Genocide

Google AdSense, which manages the program through which websites can monetize with Google ads, is cutting off monetization for any content that promotes “claims that imply victims are responsible for their own tragedy or similar instances of victim blaming, such as claims that Ukraine is committing genocide or deliberately attacking its own citizens.” Google is enacting this censorious policy despite the massive evidence that Ukraine is actually shelling civilians in disputed separatist areas and carrying out other human rights travesties. Reporter Patrick Lancaster has been on the front lines reporting on the violence that civilians believe is coming from the government of Ukraine and its allies.

Google AdSense sent out an “Important Notice: Update regarding Ukraine” to publishers on its platform. The Google AdSense team states: “Dear Publisher, Due to the war in Ukraine, we will pause monetization of content that exploits, dismisses, or condones the war. Please note, we have already been enforcing on claims related to the war in Ukraine when they violated existing policies (for instance, the Dangerous or Derogatory content policy prohibits monetizing content that incites violence or denies tragic events). This update is meant to clarify, and in some cases expand, our publisher guidance as it relates to this conflict. 7 soldiers charged after Fort Bragg trooper’s severed head found washed ashore

Seven soldiers who went camping with a Fort Bragg paratrooper before his severed head washed up on a beach are facing courts-martial on conspiracy and a slew of other charges.

The North Carolina-based soldiers were the last to see decorated Spc. Enrique Roman-Martinez, 21, during their trip to Cape Lookout National Seashore for Memorial Day weekend in May 2020.

The Californian was reported missing on May 22 — six days before his severed head was found washed up on the shore. His body has never been found.

His homicide case remains open with a $50,000 reward, but was moved to “cold case status,” a spokeswoman for the Army Criminal Investigation Division said.

No one has been charged with his death, and the seven facing courts-martial are for charges not directly related to the homicide, officials stressed.

Instead, they are all charged with conspiracy and failure to obey a direct order or regulation related to travel during a travel ban, according to court records obtained by the Fayetteville Observer.

The paper identified them as Sgt. Samuel Moore, Pfc. Samad Landrum, Pvt. Annamarie Cochell, and Spcs. Juan Avila, Alex Becerra, Joshua Curry and Benjamin Sibley.

Becerra, Cochell and Landrum are also charged with using the hallucinogenic drug LSD, the paper said. Other charges include disobeying a superior or making false statements.

All seven have all been arraigned and their trials are scheduled from May to September.

Roman-Martinez joined the Army when he was 17, and went on to be awarded the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon and the Army Parachutist Badge, Army officials have said.

His sister, Griselda Martinez, previously told CBS LA that her brother joined the military because “all he wanted was to do good in his life.”

“And this is what happened to him? We only have a part of him, that’s it,” she said in August 2020.

“This is not right. This should never have happened to my brother.”

China Selects Wuhan Institute Of Virology’s Lab Safety Training Course For All Labs.

Seems like a great idea.

The Chinese Communist Party selected a training course on laboratory safety created by the Wuhan Institute of Virology – the facility believed to be the source of the COVID-19 pandemic – to be used by other Chinese research facilities engaged in biological research.

The training program was adopted by the country’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security’s “Advanced Training Project Plan,” according to a March 30th post on the Wuhan lab’s website.

The certification comes amidst America’s top health and intelligence publicly supporting the theory that COVID-19 escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, whose safety precautions raised concerns among American diplomats.

The lab’s manipulation of “killer” bat coronaviruses, funded in part by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci, created strains of SARS-like viruses that possessed the capacity for “direct human infection,” The National Pulse has previously revealed.

The “Wuhan Institute of Virology has always attached great importance to biosafety training and is committed to building a first-class characteristic brand in the field of international biosafety,” claims the lab’s website in the recent announcement, however.

The Chinese Communist Party’s bold decision to use the controversial lab’s biosafety measures as a role model for other labs across the country came from the regime’s General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

Summarized as a “knowledge update project for professional and technical personnel,” the lab’s course is titled “Biosafety Laboratory Management and Experimental Technology Training Course.”

“The training orientation is to rely on the complete biosafety laboratory cluster platform and the national virus resource bank, give full play to the advantageous resources of the institute in the field of biosafety, and focus on the needs of national biosafety, public health and international exchanges, and serve [China] and the “Belt and Road”,” adds the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s website.

Jake Sullivan Says US Not Planning to Return Seized Russian Assets

Washington is not planning to return the assets confiscated from Russian businessmen as part of the latest sanctions imposed on Moscow over the military operation in Ukraine, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on Thursday.

“Our goal is not to give them back,” Sullivan said at the Economic Club of Washington, adding that the US authorities would use the seized assets “in a better way.”

“There are authorities we have, and there are further authorities that maybe we could develop, and that’s something we’re actively looking at,” the official added.

The White House has introduced several rounds of sanctions against Moscow since February 24, when Russia’s military operation in Ukraine began. As part of the penalties, the US authorities arrested Russian foreign assets along with those belonging to the country’s businesses and high-profile individuals.

He also added that the United States was preparing new efforts to crack down on sanctions evasion by Russia.

“I think we’ll have some announcements in the next week or two that identify targets that are trying to facilitate that evasion both inside Russia and beyond,” Sullivan said, without giving details.

Pfizer to Ask US Regulators to Authorize COVID Vaccine Booster for 5–11 Age Group

Pfizer and BioNTech plan on asking the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to grant emergency use authorization for a booster for their COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 5- to 11-years-old, the companies announced on April 14.

The submission will be based on data from a Phase 2/3 clinical trial that showed a boost in antibodies from a booster dose, according to the companies.

One hundred and forty children in the trial received a booster approximately six months after the second dose. The shot comes in a two-dose primary series.

The children saw a 6-fold increase in antibodies against the Wuhan strain of SARS-CoV-2 one month after the booster, the companies said. A sub analysis of 30 participants demonstrated a 36-fold increase in neutralizing antibody titers. The trial was also said to have shown “no new safety signals.”

The data has not yet been published on a preprint server or in a journal.

“Clinical and real-world data continue to prove that a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose can keep individuals protected against severe disease,” Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s CEO, said in a statement. “We now have new, positive data in children 5 to 11 that show high immune response following a booster.”

The data is compelling the companies to ask the FDA for emergency clearance for a booster.

The FDA authorized a primary series of Pfizer’s shot for the age group in October 2021.

The FDA has said it does not comment on submissions pending before the agency but a spokeswoman told The Epoch Times last month that “our approach has always been to conduct a regulatory review that’s responsive to the urgent public health needs created by the pandemic, while adhering to our rigorous standards for safety and effectiveness.”

Drug companies like Pfizer “do not apply for product distribution approvals from the FDA unless they are reasonably confident the FDA will approve,” Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center, told The Epoch Times in an email.

The submission being made based on data from the small number of children is “a new low for scientific evidence of a vaccine’s safety and efficacy and a clear indication that the pharmaceutical industry views FDA as a rubber-stamping agency,” she added.

If authorized, few children would be eligible immediately. Just 8 million, or about 28 percent of the age group, has been fully vaccinated, according to federal data.

Many of the children who did get the two-dose primary series have not gone six months since the second dose.

A growing number of data points show the COVID-19 vaccines, including Pfizer, provide little to no protection against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes COVID-19.

Belarus Claims Alleged Russian War Crimes Were Staged by Britain

Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko has accused Britain of staging a “psychological operation” in Bucha, Ukraine, where Russia has been accused of committing war crimes after reports and pictures emerged of mass graves of people allegedly killed by Russian forces.

Appearing at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the far Eastern Amur Oblast region of Russia, Lukashenko claimed to have provided his chief ally, Vladimir Putin, with evidence that the events in Bucha were staged by the British.

“Today we’ve discussed this special operation of theirs in detail – a psychological operation staged by Englishmen,” the Belarusian strongman said according to the state news agency Belta.

“Together with our Russian friends we have gotten to the bottom of this nasty and disgusting position of the West from the first hour to the last one,” he added.

Lukashenko did not offer up any evidence of the claim that Bucha was staged by the UK, but said that Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) could provide “addresses, passwords, places of secret meetings, plate numbers and brands of the vehicles those people used to come to Bucha and how they did it.”

Vladimir Putin, for his part, also claimed that Bucha was staged, claiming that it was a “false flag”, comparing it to chemical weapons attacks in Syria.

“Today Aleksandr Grigoryevich [Lukashenko] gave me the documents, which were handed over to the Federal Security Service. The documents identify how, who (they have the relevant intercepts), on what vehicle came to this population center and created conditions for organizing this fake,” he added.

Touring the site of the alleged massacre earlier this month, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that Russia had committed “war crimes” and that it would make further peace negotiations with Putin more difficult.

Zelensky’s sentiments were echoed by US President Joe Biden, who introduced another round of sanctions on Russia and said that Putin should face a war crimes trial over Bucha.

Russia has meanwhile consistently maintained that the alleged atrocities in Bucha were staged, despite widespread reports in Western media.

On Monday, Russia’s envoy to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansk claimed that evidence of the atrocities being manufactured is “multiplying” by the day. Russia has argued that its military had withdrawn from the area when the attacks were said to have taken place.

“It is still being promoted as a crime, allegedly carried out by the Russian army, despite the irrefutable proofs of the staged nature of the event, which are only multiplying,” Polyansk told the UN Security Council.

Not ‘Prudent’ – Macron Reject’s Biden’s Claim of Russian Genocide in Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron has rebuked US President Joe Biden’s accusation that Russian leader Vladimir Put is committing genocide in Ukraine, implying such claims are not ‘prudent’.

Accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of being responsible for genocide is not conducive to peace efforts, French President Emmanuel Macron seems to have implied with comments made on Wednesday.

The French head of state made the comments in relation to President Joe Biden’s accusation that Putin has been conducting a genocide in Ukraine.

While the US Commander-in-Chief appeared adamant when claiming that a genocidal Putin is “trying to wipe out even the idea of being Ukrainian,” Macron appears to be taking a far more careful stance on the matter.

“I would say that Russia unilaterally launched a brutal war, that it is now established that war crimes were committed by the Russian army and that we must now find those responsible,” Le Figaro reports the French President as explaining.

“…but at the same time I look at the facts and I want to try as much as possible to continue to be able to stop this war and to rebuild peace, so I’m not sure that the escalation of words serves the cause,” he said, his claim in stark contrast with Biden’s recent verbal approach to the conflict.

The publication also reports Macron as expressing the desire to take a more “prudent” approach to the ongoing conflict, one which appears to be seemingly at odds with that taken by President Biden.

This is not the first time that Macron has reprimanded Biden over his Russian rhetoric.

The French President has previously stepped in after the American labelled Putin “a butcher” who “cannot remain in power”, publicly criticising the Democrat President over the fiery comments.

“I would not use those words,” Macron said in response to Biden’s apparent nod towards regime change in Moscow, before adding that “everything must be done to stop the situation from escalating”.

“If we want to do that, we can’t escalate either in words or actions,” he went on to say.

However, while Macron has pushed back against the fiery anti-Putin rhetoric, officials in Ukraine have appeared only to fan the flames, with the country’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, voicing support for Biden’s genocide allegations online.

“True words of a true leader,” the Ukrainian President said in a post online regarding Biden’s accusation that Putin was involved in genocide in Ukraine. “Calling things by their names is essential to stand up to evil.”

Zelensky followed up his praise with a request for more “heavy weapons”, the supplying of which one ex-advisor to former Chancellor Angela Merkel has said could help kick off World War III.

“We are grateful for US assistance provided so far and we urgently need more heavy weapons to prevent further Russian atrocities,” Zelensky said.

Moscow has alleged American doctors were involved in highly controversial practices

A biolab in Ukraine has allegedly conducted unethical human experiments on behalf of the US government, Russia’s defense ministry claimed on Thursday, in its latest update on Pentagon-funded research in the country.

The allegations concern a laboratory located in Merefa, a city in Ukraine’s Kharkov region, located about 20 kilometers (12 miles) southwest of the provincial capital. The Russian military claimed that “American scientists from the lab” conducted a series of human experiments between 2019 and 2021, using patients at a psychiatric ward in Kharkov as subjects.

The research involved testing “potentially dangerous biological preparations,” the ministry claimed, without explaining what exactly was being tested.

The subjects were screened based on their age, nationality, and immunity status and were closely monitored, the ministry said. The ward kept no records about the alleged trials while its staff members were made to sign non-disclosure agreements, it alleged.

The Russian military claimed it had eyewitness testimonies of the “inhuman experiments,” but declined to provide any evidence of that, citing the necessity to protect them.

It said the lab shut down in January and all its equipment and research materials were moved to western Ukraine.

Russia suspects the Pentagon of funding clandestine bioweapons research in Ukraine and many other nations. The US government says the labs operating under the US military’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DRTA) act as biological outposts monitoring the environment for potentially dangerous infections emerging naturally. Moscow says the research may have military applications.

The Russian defense ministry has conducted a number of media briefings regarding the program and labs in Ukraine since Moscow launched an attack on the country. The Russian government has argued that the evidence presented confirmed its long-held suspicions about American intentions.

Beijing supported Russia in its calls to Washington to open up DRTA labs for international scrutiny.

Russia attacked its neighbor in late February, following Ukraine’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, signed in 2014, and Moscow’s eventual recognition of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. The German and French brokered Minsk Protocols was designed to give the breakaway regions special status within the Ukrainian state.

The Kremlin has since demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join the US-led NATO military bloc. Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it was planning to retake the two republics by force.

NATO Admits It Wants ‘Ukrainians to Keep Dying’ to Bleed Russia, Not Peace

The US-led NATO military alliance has made it clear that it is willing to fight to the last Ukrainian in order to bleed Russia and advance Western geopolitical interests.

In a shockingly blunt admission, The Washington Post acknowledged that some NATO member states want “Ukrainians to keep fighting, and dying” in order to prevent Russia from making political gains.

In an April 5 report on peace talks between Ukraine and Russia, the major US newspaper disclosed that NATO is afraid that Kiev may give in to some of Moscow’s demands.

The Washington Post wrote explicitly: “For some in NATO, it’s better for the Ukrainians to keep fighting, and dying than to achieve a peace that comes too early or at too high a cost to Kyiv and the rest of Europe.”

Anonymous Western diplomats emphasized that “there are limits to how many compromises some in NATO will support to win the peace,” and that they would rather prolong the war in Ukraine if they can prevent Russia from having its security concerns met.

The newspaper said that NATO members are desperate not to give “Russian President Vladimir Putin any semblance of victory,” and are more than willing to force Ukrainians into the meat grinder to do so.

US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan noted that the administration of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is closely coordinating with Washington, and is in “near-daily contact” with the White House. It is evident who is really in charge.

The newspaper likewise revealed that the US military has more than 100,000 troops deployed in Europe.

The Washington Post has a close relationship with the US government. The newspaper is owned by $200-billionaire Jeff Bezos, one of the richest human beings in history.

Bezos is also the founder and executive chairman of mega-corporation Amazon, which has tens of billions of dollars worth of contracts with the CIA, Pentagon, NSA, FBI, ICE, and other US government agencies.

If The Washington Post is disclosing this information about NATO, with quotes from senior White House officials, it clearly got the green light from its handlers in Washington.

This report is a semi-official confirmation that NATO sees Ukrainians as mere cannon fodder in its imperial proxy war on Russia.

Russia Warns UK Against Coming To Moscow To Impose Sanctions; 'we Read, See Everything'

UK had earlier warned to freeze the Russian assets in the UK in line with the new bill on anti-Moscow sanctions, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss told a presser, according to Sputnik. UK Foreign Secretary accused Russian officials for their “aggressive and destabilizing action” against Kyiv. She told the lawmakers that assets of such businesses or Russian officials will be frozen in the UK as a result of their aggressive acts. Truss said that the package “that we are putting forward in legislation” will be “in place” in February. After Truss announced new legislation to expand the country’s sanctions regime amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Russia said that Britain's threat would backfire and would hurt UK’s companies and shareholders.

Le Pen, an outspoken nationalist who has long ties to Russia, also confirmed that if she unseats President Emmanuel Macron in France’s April 24 presidential runoff, she will pull France out of NATO’s military command and dial back French support for the whole European Union.

Macron, a pro-EU centrist, is facing a harder-than-expected fight to stay in power, in part because the economic impact of the war is hitting poor households the hardest. France’s European partners are worried that a possible Le Pen presidency could undermine Western unity as the U.S. and Europe seek to support Ukraine and end Russia’s ruinous war on its neighbor.

Asked about military aid to Ukraine, Le Pen said she would continue defense and intelligence support.

“(But) I’m more reserved about direct arms deliveries. Why? Because … the line is thin between aid and becoming a co-belligerent,” the far-right leader said, citing concerns about an “escalation of this conflict that could bring a whole number of countries into a military commitment.”

Earlier Wednesday, French government spokesman Gabriel Attal said France had sent 100 million euros ($109 million) worth of weapons to Ukraine in recent weeks as part of a flow of Western arms .

Earlier in his term, Macron had tried to reach out to Russian President Vladimir Putin to improve Russia’s relations with the West, and Macron met with Putin weeks before the Russian invasion in an unsuccessful effort to prevent it. Since then, however, France has supported EU sanctions against Moscow and has offered sustained support to Ukraine.

Le Pen also said France should strike a more independent path from the U.S.-led NATO military alliance.

And despite the atrocities that Russian troops have committed in Ukraine, Le Pen said that NATO should seek a “strategic rapprochement” with Russia once the war is over. Such a relationship would be “in the interest of France and Europe and I think even of the United States,” she said, to stop Russia from forging a stronger alliance with world power China.

She did not directly address the horrors unfolding in Ukraine.

Le Pen was speaking at a press conference Wednesday to lay out her foreign policy plans, which include halting aid to African countries unless they take back “undesirable” migrants seeking entry to France. She also wants to slash support for international efforts to improve women’s reproductive health in poor countries, increase minority rights or solve environmental problems.

At the end of the event, protesters held up a poster showing a 2017 meeting between Le Pen and Putin. One activist was pulled out of the room. Anti-racism protesters also held a small demonstration outside.

“The election of Madame Le Pen would mean electing an admirer of Putin’s regime, an autocratic regime and an admirer of Putin’s imperialistic logic,” said Dominique Sopo, head of the group SOS Racism. “It would mean that France would become a vassal to Putin’s Russia.”

President Zelensky expressed his delight on Tuesday after Kiev’s secret service arrested the country’s most prominent opposition leader.

Zelensky shared a photo of his handcuffed rival Viktor Medvedchuk on social media, with the caption: “A special operation was carried out by the SBU. Well done! Details to follow.”

The SBU is Ukraine’s main intelligence and security agency, founded in 1991 to replace the KGB.

“I consider it especially cynical of him to use military camouflage,” Zelensky later said, mocking Medvedchuk as trying to pose as a “warrior” and “patriot” and proposing to exchange the detained politician for Ukrainian prisoners of war held by Russia.

Medvedchuk heads the second largest party in the national parliament, the “Opposition Platform – For Life.” He was previously placed under house arrest, last year, as part of Zelensky’s clampdown on dissent, which was granted tacit approval by the regime’s Western supporters.

Medvedchuk, who opposed the 2014 Kiev Maidan, and believes the country’s Western turn to be detrimental to Ukraine’s interests, has led his party since 2018. He previously served as Chief of Staff to former President Leonid Kuchma, in the early 2000s.

Some Western commentators have labelled him as Vladimir Putin’s “closest ally in Ukraine.” However, the Russian President has described Medvechuk as a “Ukrainian nationalist.”

Six extremist Jews arrested for planning animal sacrifice atop Temple Mount

Six Jews in their 20s were arrested Thursday morning after police suspected they were planning to sacrifice a goat at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City ahead of Passover.

The suspects, residents of Jerusalem and Jewish settlements in the West Bank, were detained and taken in for questioning after police found a goat in one of the suspects’ homes.

The “Returning to the Mount” extremist group, which advocates the construction of a third Jewish temple on the site that once housed the two biblical temples, have circulated a flyer offering a cash prize to anyone who managed to offer a living sacrifice on the Temple Mount, and to anyone arrested trying to do so.

“Arrested? NIS 400. Arrested with a goat/lamb? NIS 800. Managed to sacrifice? NIS 10,000,” the post from Returning to the Mount read.

The “Returning to the Mount” group said that in addition to the arrests, a number of their members have received phone calls from the Shin Bet warning them not to proceed with their plans. “Despite all this, the goats are on their way to Jerusalem.”

Israeli authorities have vowed to stop any attempts to bring sacrificial animals to the complex, as they have in years past.

According to police, “false information is being distributed online regarding the Temple Mount, alongside publications encouraging extremist entities to be arrested by police by attempting to reach the site and conduct illegal activities.”

Kentucky legislature overrides governor's veto of 15-week abortion ban

The law will go into effect immediately, shuttering both abortion facilities in the state.

The Kentucky legislature overrode on Wednesday Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear's veto of a bill that bans abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

The state's new law resembles those of Mississippi and Florida, and will shutter the two abortion clinics currently operating in the Bluegrass state. The law has been framed as an emergency measure and will therefore take effect immediately, unless a court stops the implementation of the legislation. The American Civil Liberties Union and Planned Parenthood immediately announced their intent to file suits in Kentucky federal court aiming to do just that.

"Along with Planned Parenthood, we're fighting to immediately block this law and ensure that people in Kentucky can continue to get the abortion care they need," wrote the ACLU on Twitter.

Similarly to Florida's bill, H.B. 3 does not make exceptions in the case of pregnancy as the result of rape or incest, a main objection of Beshear's.

"Under House Bill 3, a 12-year-old child that is raped and impregnated by her father would not have the option of a procedure without both the consent of her mother and without also notifying her rapist – her father – at least 48 hours prior to obtaining a procedure," wrote the governor, adding that the bill is "likely unconstitutional."

The state's overwhelming Republican House and Senate overrode the veto by margins of 76-21 and 31-6, respectively.

Republican controlled states have been passing laws restricting abortion in anticipation of a forthcoming Supreme Court decision that could significantly undercut or overturn altogether the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion at a national level.

Mexican Cartels Fly 9,000 Drone Flights into U.S. to Surveil Law Enforcement Operations

Mexican drug cartels have conducted more than 9,000 drone flights into U.S. airspace in the last year to surveil American law enforcement and security operations in the southern border region, a senior Homeland Security official told Judicial Watch this week. The drones are observing federal, state, county, and city agencies near the Mexican border, including the U.S. Border Patrol, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas National Guard, county sheriffs and local police. The Border Patrol, which operates under Customs and Border Protection (CBP), has captured about a dozen of the drones, and accessed the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles’ (UAVs) guidance and memory systems to gain intelligence information, according to a high-level official at the agency.

Judicial Watch learned about the Mexican cartel drone incursions during a recent visit to the southern border and specifically while interviewing federal officials at the CBP Rio Grande Valley sector in Texas. Judicial Watch is further investigating the matter and has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with CBP, the 60,000-member agency charged with keeping terrorists and their weapons out of the U.S., for all records regarding the use of drones by criminal organizations operating along the U.S.-Mexico border for the purpose of surveilling U.S. law enforcement officials or otherwise facilitating illegal activity. The federal public-record request includes, but is not limited to, all information depicting the known or estimated number of instances of the use of such technology, as well as all reports, intelligence assessments, analyses, or similar records related to their use.

Federal officials on the ground tell Judicial Watch that the cartels use the UAV surveillance flights to facilitate human smuggling and drug trafficking. Specifically, they help identify gaps in border coverage and assist the cartels in overwhelming certain areas to create a diversion for moving sensitive or high value loads through alternate border locations. The data analyzed from the confiscated drones has also provided U.S. authorities with other law-enforcement sensitive information that cannot be made public, government sources said, adding that drug cartels started using the devices a few years ago. Brandon Judd, the president of the union representing the nation’s 20,000 Border Patrol agents, told Judicial Watch the drones are also used to smuggle small amounts of drugs into the U.S. “They are dropping fentanyl,” Judd said this week. “They fly into certain locations, drop them to the ground and fentanyl is taken off of them and they take back off into Mexico.” The drones are not military grade, Judd confirmed, but rather “run of the mill” that can be purchased anywhere.

Peter Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance & Fauci are responsible for creating and leaking the Covid-19 Virus according to over 100,000 Documents

An investigative report based on more than 100,000 EcoHealth Alliance documents, shows a disturbing reality of “murky grant agreements, flimsy National Insititute for Health oversight and pursuit of government grants by pitching increasingly risky global research”.

In 2014, EcoHealth received a $3.7 million NIAID grant to study the risk of bat coronavirus emergence and the potential for outbreaks in human populations. Nearly $600,000 of that went to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which was a key collaborator.

The 2014 grant highlights the truth of what critics of gain-of-function (GOF) research have been saying for years, which is that this kind of research never achieves its aims. They say it needs to be done to prevent and/or get ahead of pandemics, but not a single pandemic has ever been averted and, instead, GOF research may actually be the cause of them.

EcoHealth president Peter Daszak’s behaviour has added fuel to suspicions of a lab leak — potentially of a virus that he himself helped create. In 2015, he warned a global pandemic might occur from a laboratory incident, especially the sort of virus manipulation research being done in Wuhan. Despite this history, in February 2020, Daszak wrote a “scientific consensus statement” published in The Lancet that condemned the lab leak theory as a wild conspiracy theory.

It appears those who insist SARS-CoV-2 is of natural origin, despite all the evidence to the contrary, are doing so because they don’t want risky virological research to be blamed for the COVID pandemic.

In a March 31, 2022, investigative report, Katherine Eban reviewed the contents of more than 100,000 EcoHealth Alliance documents, including meeting minutes and internal emails and reports, most of which predate the COVID-19 pandemic, showing a disturbing reality of “murky grant agreements, flimsy NIH oversight and pursuit of government grants by pitching increasingly risky global research.”2

April 4, 2022, Eban discussed her investigative report with “Rising” cohosts Ryan Grim and Robby Soave (video above). The various documents were released in accordance with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests by several parties, including BuzzFeed, The Intercept, U.S. Right to Know, White Coat Waste, GOP Oversight and others.3

EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak admits to “cultivating” government connections for years by attending fancy cocktail parties in Washington D.C., oftentimes giving presentations alongside Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and internal correspondence reveal his obsession with funding — to the point of pitching risky research proposals to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

The Missing Gene Sequence

Eban begins her story with the account of Jesse D. Bloom, Ph.D., a computational virologist and evolutionary biologist with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. June 18, 2021, Bloom sent the draft of a preprint article he’d written to Fauci and Fauci’s boss, Dr. Francis Collins, then-director of the National Institutes of Health.

According to Eban, the paper “contained sensitive revelations” about the NIH, and Bloom wanted Fauci to see it before it went to print and became public knowledge.

“Under ordinary circumstances, the preprint might have sparked a respectful exchange of views. But this was no ordinary preprint, and no ordinary moment,” Eban writes.4

The origin of SARS-CoV-2 was highly contested at this point, with most officials still insisting it had evolved naturally and jumped species, while a growing group of independent investigators kept pointing to genetic discrepancies that made natural evolution highly unlikely.

“A growing contingent were asking if it could have originated inside a nearby laboratory that is known to have conducted risky coronavirus research funded in part by the United States,” Eban writes, referring to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China, where the COVID-19 outbreak first occurred. Spanish Police Discover Private Museum With 1,000 Stuffed Animals

Spanish police discovered a veritable underground natural history museum and seized more than a thousand taxidermied animals, including some 400 protected and endangered species.

Officers found the hierarchy of the jungle laid bare inside a warehouse in Valencia, with hundreds of elephant tusks forming a corridor leading to a den of big cats, from cheetahs to roaring lions. Overlooking them were the mounted heads of dozens of herbivores from gazelles to buffalo, while stuffed panthers and other predators were posed slinking amongst the ivory tusks. Crocodile skin thrones and elephant legs stools were spread throughout for visitors to rest on.

In one corner, among a flock of argali, originally from the mountains of central Asia, hid a snow leopard. Less than 10,000 adult snow leopards are believed to exist in the wild.

The stuffed animals and natural objects were allegedly in the possession of Francisco Juan Ros García, the son of the deceased Valencian businessman Francisco Ros Casares, who had initiated the collection in the 1970s and 1980s, local media reported.

“It was a daunting situation to see. That amount of tusks and naturalized pieces has not happened,” the Spanish lieutenant Carlos Domínguez told local media.

Between 2005 and 2014, The Spanish Civil Guard seized nearly 14,000 live animals in the three ports. In addition, nearly one third of the reptile skins seized throughout the world are destined for Spain to be used in purses, wallets and other fashionable accessories.

The wildlife collection stored in the warehouse could sell for over US$31 million on the black market, Spanish police said.

Authorities said they are going to analyze all the documentation brought by Ros García. He may be charged with smuggling and other crimes against the environment.

Ultimately, Spanish investigators said that they hope the animals could be transferred to natural science museums in Spain or could even be donated to a non-profit institution for their conservation, study and exhibition, so that some good may at least come from the affair.

Covid-19 is supposedly “ending,” but infections, hospitalizations and deaths have only increased in vaccinated populations over the past months. The data is clear in Canada. According to the Canadian government, the doubly and triply vaccinated are more likely to be infected, experience severe disease, be hospitalized or die from covid-19. However, this historic medical malfeasance is being swept under the rug. The world is learning to live with vaccine failure, namely antibody-dependent enhancement.

FDA ignored evidence of ADE for Pfizer’s covid mRNA

When the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for Pfizer’s covid-19 mRNA, they completely ignored the risk of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), even though there was clear evidence that this phenomenon was occurring after vaccination [Table 5]. ADE occurs when virus-specific antibodies enhance the entry and replication of a virus in mammalian cells.

The covid-19 mRNA jab uses lipid nano-particles to bypass the innate immune response. By evading the first lines of detection and forcing replication of spike proteins inside the body, the covid-19 mRNA injection causes an incomplete immune response that is non-neutralizing. This non-neutralizing response signals T cells to deal with the artificial infection, but the response is indirect and unable to generate a complete cell-mediated, helper T-cell-1 and 2 response — resulting in a weak B cell memory. While the non-neutralizing antibodies provide some sort of measurable immune response, it is not durable in the long term and sometimes not even effective in the short term.

The non-neutralizing, virus-specific antibodies allow future mutations of the virus to readily enter the cell and infect macrophages and other immune cells. This process causes an over-reactive immune response that leads to severe disease upon subsequent infection. These non-neutralizing immune responses can be brought on by a natural infection that did not convey neutralizing antibodies upon first exposure or can be the result of poorly-designed mRNA vaccines that systematically destroy human immune function.

When the FDA received evidence of ADE, they brushed it aside, right along with a long list of side effects that include death. The Pfizer documents were intended for release 75 years from now, but a court order is forcing the FDA to release the files in 2022. These documents reveal that the FDA ignored evidence of ADE. There were 101 cases of covid-19 after vaccination and 75 of the cases were severe, “resulting in hospitalization, disability, life-threatening consequences or death.” The agency knew that these vaccines depleted the human immune system and caused severe adverse reactions. The vaccines were forcefully pushed onto the population regardless, as the agency claimed, “no new safety issues have been raised.”

Biden admin to require abortion, ‘sex change’ coverage on health plans, Catholic group warns

There would be no religious exemptions to the rule, and penalties may include imprisonment for noncomplying health care executives.

A legal group that assists Catholic employers said it fears President Joe Biden’s administration, through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), could issue new regulations this month that would require health plans to pay for abortion and procedures for gender-confused individuals.

The Catholic Benefits Association (CBA) said a leftist group called the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights has been working with the administration to craft regulations “to include surgical abortion, cross-sex hormones, gender-transition surgeries, gender-affirming cosmetic surgeries and voice modification — along with a host of expanded services dealing with fertility treatments, contraception, abortifacients and sterilizations,” Crux reported.

“The memo prepared by the Leadership Conference provides the best forecast of what the new regulation will say,” attorney Martin Nussbaum, a legal advisor to CBA, told Crux for an April 5 article. “We don’t know for sure what the regulation will say but there is good reason to believe that it will be quite similar to the memo signed on by 30 sexual rights activist groups including Planned Parenthood.”

CBA first heard of the possibility of new regulations after due to a reference in a court filing last year.

There would be no religious exemptions to the rule. “The forthcoming (HHS) regulation presents an existential threat to Catholic health care because the penalties to noncompliance will likely include private enforcement, class-action lawsuits, ‘qui tam’ actions, which is where an individual can file a lawsuit as if he or she were the United States itself,” Nussbaum said. “The penalties may also include loss of Medicare and Medicaid funding and even imprisonment for noncomplying health care executives.”

This would not be the first time the Biden administration has sought to push so-called “gender-affirming care” as necessary healthcare.

HHS released on March 31 two documents that endorsed the surgical and chemical mutilation of gender-confused children. “Providing gender-affirming care is neither child maltreatment nor malpractice,” one document claims. “There is no scientifically sound research showing negative impacts from providing gender-affirming care,” it continued, contradicting numerous experts.

The administration also tried to require Christian healthcare facilities to perform “sex-change” operations starting in May 2021, but federal courts have blocked the regulation and a similar one issued while President Obama was in office.

The Biden administration also threatened states like Alabama that have passed laws prohibiting medical professionals from mutilating kids and said they have been “put on notice.”

“Alabama’s lawmakers and other legislators who are contemplating these discriminatory bills have been put on notice by the Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services that such legislation could violate the Constitution and federal law,” Press Secretary Jen Psaki said prior to Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signing the legislation.

Washington Post’s Aaron Blake Defends Groomers In Public Schools

A fascinating element to the controversy over teaching sex topics to very young children in public schools is the knee-jerk reaction by leftists in the media, not to dispute that kids are being taught sex stuff, but to defend that they are!

In an “analysis” piece both hilarious and infuriating, the Washington Post’s Aaron Blake this week attempted to explain away official guidelines in New Jersey for the state’s school teachers in educating children on sexual and gender identity and expression.

“Conservative media oversell New Jersey’s guidelines for teaching gender,” read the headline.

True, in recent days Republicans and conservatives have drawn attention to New Jersey to back up the argument that new policies regulating how and when children are taught about sex are needed in more states and school districts. Florida is the most well-known example of a state crafting and passing legislation expressly for that purpose.

The reason for making an example out of New Jersey is because earlier this year, one school district promoted materials offering first-grade teachers lessons on “honest sexuality education” that would “Define gender, gender identity and gender role stereotypes.”

Included in that sweet-sounding literature was instruction for teachers in discussing the young students’ body parts. “You might feel like you are a boy, you might feel like you are a girl,” it says. “You might feel like you’re a boy even if you have body parts that some people might tell you are ‘girl’ parts. You might feel like you’re a girl even if you have body parts that some people might tell you are ‘boy’ parts. And you might not feel like you’re a boy or a girl, but you’re a little bit of both.”

This is, again, material made available by the school district to teachers of first-grade children.

But not so fast! Blake was ready to demonstrate why this is all nothing. “Repeatedly, Fox News and others have framed this as something amounting to actual school curriculum,” he wrote. “But the school district and the advocacy group both say that’s not the case — that these were sample materials that the district shared as it reviews the state guidelines.”

Don’t you see? This isn’t “actual school curriculum.” It’s only “sample materials” that were “shared”!

Blake helpfully included a quote from district Superintendent Raymond González, who offered this simple explanation: “The cited sample plans were part of a website that was included as a link to illustrate the type of possible resources for school districts shared by the N.J. Department of Education. We have said repeatedly that these are resources only and that they are not state-mandated.”

Russian MoD Says It Has Evidence US Activities in Ukraine Violated Biological Weapons Convention

Last month, the Russian Defence Ministry revealed that about 30 biological laboratories funded by the Pentagon have been discovered in Ukraine during Moscow's ongoing special operation in the country.

The Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated that it has evidence that US activities in Ukraine ran counter to the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC).

Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian MoD's radiation, chemical, and biological protection forces, also told reporters on Thursday that the "American curators of biological laboratories in Ukraine were most interested in dual-use projects, many of which are aimed at studying potential agents of biological weapons, such as the plague and tularemia, as well as pathogens of economically significant infections".

Kirillov added that such projects as P-364, 444, and 781, aimed at "studying the spread of pathogens of dangerous infections through insect vectors, wild birds and bats, were funded in the interests of the US Department of Defence".

He also said that Russian intelligence found three Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) fitted with chemical sprayers in the Kherson region of Ukraine in March.

"We're concerned over the fact that on 9 March, in the territory of the Kherson region Russian reconnaissance units discovered three UAVs equipped with 30-litre containers and equipment for spraying chemicals. According to available data, in January 2022, Ukraine purchased more than 50 similar devices that can be used to apply biological formulations and toxic chemicals", Kirillov stated.

Separately, the head of the Russian MoD's radiation, chemical, and biological protection forces revealed the names of American and European employees of the Ukrainian Science and Technology Centre (STCU), which was engaged in research in the interests of the US military biological programme.

"I will give the names of officials who were involved in the implementation of military biological programmes. The post of Executive Director of the STCU is held by US citizen Curtis Bjelajac. Born on 27 August 1968, in California, he studied at the Anderson University of Management in California […and] has been working in Ukraine since 1994", Kirillov said. According to him, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Nonproliferation Programmes Phillip Dolliff supervises on behalf of Washington.

Suspended mayor denies 'Mafioso-like threat', says he could have done more to stop bullying

A public inquiry has heard suspended Wingecarribee mayor Duncan Gair concede he could have done more to protect staff from repeated acts of bullying, harassment and intimidation from other councillors.

The inquiry has been played multiple videos of council meetings where former councillor Gary Turland and suspended councillor Ian Scandrett attacked and criticised staff.

While watching the videos, Mr Gair said the other councillors' behaviour was "disgraceful, disgraceful, disgraceful".

Counsel assisting David Parish read a report made by a staff member claiming psychological injury after a meeting.

The council minute taker said at a meeting on February 26, 2020 Mr Turland was "yelling" at staff and that she felt "uncomfortable at his tone and volume".

She said Mr Scandrett supported the "outbursts".

The woman said she "felt worried" for her safety and was very distressed when Mr Sandrett called the mayor a "coward".

In her complaint she said she was "fearful of Cr Turland's temper and feared the incidents might escalate".

She also said she was "nervous leaving the building" and walking to her car.

When asked if anything was done about the behaviour Mr Gair said "nothing at that time".

In another clip played to the inquiry, Mr Gair interrupts Mr Turland for making a "threat" against the general manager Ann Prendergast and another female staff member.

Mr Gair acknowledged no action was taken in response to the attack on staff during or after the meeting.

Mr Parish challenged Mr Gair as to why the councillors had not protected the staff.

"That was eight men of a certain age sitting there while another man of certain age made threats to a staff member," Mr Parish said.

"Do you think as an act of common decency something should have been done about that by one of you?"

"Hindsight says … looking at the video clips, I say yes," Mr Gair replied.

Mr Gair said he "allowed too much leniency in the disjointed debate that some councillors enjoyed" and that said it "totally" contributed to the dysfunction of council.
