I think there is different intelligence.
Let's leave out the riff raff from both sides and look at the top 1 or 2%.
I think on the LEFT you have some incredibly smart people IQs 135 to 145. BUT they come out of incredibly narrow fields and have a narcissitic world view mixed with an idealist sense of what they can do.
On the right, certainly people of comparable caliber (Musk & Thiel) are great examples. BUT there is a world view that is steeped in experience of having created something and having had other people try to steal it. They developed a sense of pride over what they have done b/c nothing hurts like when you put your blood sweat and tears into something and you have some jackall steal it.
