To me what’s so glaring about the HRC, Russiagate scandal is that she’s so unapologetic.
Thanks to Durham, we now know Hillary Clinton’s campaign:

Financed a fake dossier with disinformation THEY fed to Igor Danchenko (a Russian), which was compiled by Christopher Steele, a British spy.

Paid tech executives and campaign lawyers to not only spy on a presidential candidate and sitting US president, but FABRICATE data to make it appear as though Trump was communicating with Russians.
And despite all of this, Hillary Clinton has never apologized for any of it. That, to me, is extremely telling as to her role in all of this (she obviously directed everything).
