Here is an easy tea anons can make. You need to live near white pines (look up online as to what they look like and commit to memory. They're the really tall ones). I also save orange or tangerine peels and let them dry. Lemon or any citrus would work too. I also collect fresh white pine needles. This will take the place of a vitamin C tablet.
The night before, I soak the dried orange peels and some white pine needles in a cup, or you can boil water, then pour over the needles and peels in a cup. Let sit until a bit cool, then drink.
