Hence the point of the post, anon. It's not that the Constitution is flawed, it's that the Constitution isn't being adhered to. States can/do write their own laws, but any/all laws passed that are found to be in direct violation on the Constitution should be considered a potential breach of contract by that State, and settled in the Supreme Court. That's the whole reason this was setup to begin with. Conversely, matters which are not specifically mentioned in the Constitution (or its amendments) should automatically fall into State's rights territory. A whole debate over how these things should be handled is long overdue on the public forum. The root issue is you can't walk around inciting emotional responses of the public, that know they are being screwed over by judicial communism, when the root cause of the issue has been a lack of participation in the Republic by those most offended by the trespasses.
Yes, how they went about constructing this subversive takeover is sneaky. Yes, how they went about infiltrating institutions is sneaky. Yes, how they are attempting to strongarm their way to pulling the levers of control back in their direction is utter bullshit. How do you fight those ideological subversives? Stooping to their level isn't going to get the mission accomplished. Legally is the only way. MTG's case is a prime example. The moment they pass this judgement against her (which will likely happen because "GA"), it should be appealed as rapidly as possible to the next Trump-appointed judge to be struck down with prejudice (the legal term). That will end their eventual attempt to do the same against Pres.Trump in 2024.
