During your trip, United States Customs and Border Protection Agents (CPB Agents) might board the bus and ask you questions about your immigration or citizenship status.It is MTR’s policy that our drivers and our other employees will not provide consent to CPB Agents to undertake warrantless immigration enforcement checks of our buses.However, in the interest of our passengers’ and employee’s safety, our employees will not physically resist or otherwise prevent CPB Agents from boarding our buses should they do so even without our consent.
