KHAN82 E04B Nightwatch was an escort for PING76 (as it went back to JBA and is shown by it's tail # 74-0787) and it is very likely that PING76 is loaded up with "gifts" for Zelensky and 'frens' as it's transponder was off shortly after departure from MacDill

As a reminder this AC is from Air Force Special Operations Command and is used to transport 'sensitive' cargo aka as weapons

U.S. Transportation Command-that also transports weapons also used a fleet of 747s that operate under civil Air and not military designations
