Russia withdraws from Council of Baltic Sea States — Foreign Ministry statement

 

The Ministry noted that Western states have "monopolized the Council in their own conjunctural goals," and no perspectives are seen for restoration of normal operation of the Council, "sinking ever into Russophobia and lies"

 

Russia made an official decision to withdraw from the Council of the Baltic Sea States, Russian Foreign Ministry announced in its statement Tuesday.

 

"In response to hostile actions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sent a message to envoys of CBSS member states, EU High Representative [Josep Borrell], as well as to the Council Secretariat in Stockholm, notifying them about [Russia’s] withdrawal from the organization. Simultaneously, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decided to withdraw from the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference," the statement reads.

 

The Ministry underscored that this decision will not affect Russia’s presence in the region.

 

"Attempts to push our country away from the Baltic are doomed to fail. We will continue working with responsible partners, hold event on key issues of development of the Baltic Region - our common heritage, we will continue to protect interests of our compatriots," the Ministry added. "The current situation in the council is on the conscience of those who destroyed the foundations of this organization."

 

"The situation in the Council of the Baltic Sea States is degrading. NATO and EU states within the Council rejected the equal dialogue and the principles that this Baltic regional structure was created upon, and they gradually turn the council into an instrument of anti-Russian politics," the Ministry said. ""Illegal and discriminatory decisions are being made in violation of the rule of consensus. Russia has been ‘barred’ from participation and from projects of the Council, while Belarus has been ‘suspended’ as an observer."

 

The Ministry also noted that Western states have "monopolized the Council in their own conjunctural goals," and no perspectives are seen for restoration of normal operation of the Council, "sinking ever into Russophobia and lies."

 

"We consider further presence of our country in the council pointless and counterproductive. Russia will not participate in turning the organization in another platform for sabotage activities and ‘western vanity’," the Ministry stated.

This is my most important finding to date.

 

I believe I have made a very significant breakthrough this evening. As I am certain we are dealing with a lab created pathogen that induces amyloidosis in humans (at least, perhaps other species, too?) I decided to investigate what has been done in the past, as the mechanisms I am looking for, I do not believe I would find in the natural pathogenesis of amyloidosis.

 

Indeed, there is an extensive history of amyloidosis being experimentally induced in lab animals.

 

Let us go back to the year 1965. In this year, in the American Journal of Pathology, a paper was published with the simple title Experimental Amyloidosis. What this paper demonstrated was that mice REPEATEDLY INJECTED WITH CASEIN seven days a week for 3-4 weeks all developed amyloidosis. Specifically, they attributed the development of Amyloidosis to the ANTIGENICITY of Casein.

However, we now know that Casein has a very special property. In 2013 a paper was published in Protein Nanotechnology (!). This paper describes how casein proteins have the propensity to SELF-ASSEMBLE into AMYLOID FIBRILS.

What is most important here is that the SPIKE PROTEIN also has the ability to SELF-ASSEMBLE into AMYLOID FIBRILS.

There is another mechanism which I believe is also at work.

 

Let us turn the clock ahead. This time to the year 1992. In this year the Guangdong Provincial Poultry Science Research Institute published a Short Communication entitled Experimental production of amyloidosis in ducks.

 

Ducks were REPEATEDLY INOCULATED with crude extracts of E Coli and Salmonella Tryphimurium, or both. The results were that between 30%-60% of the ducks developed amyloid deposition in a variety of tissues.

 

The authors posited two main hypotheses - that amyloidosis was induced by “a disturbance in the immune system” and that amyloidosis results from “over-stimulation by antigens.”

The concern with the Spike Protein is far more profound. The Spike Protein is a Superantigen, and is Amyloidogenic in and of itself. This almost certainly accelerates and increases the severity of amyloidosis induction and progression.

#StopTheTreaty is trending nationally across Canada, with roughly 50,000 tweeting out their disdain for the World Health Organization’s global power grab at the time of writing.

“You are being distracted by war! 194 countries are about to abdicate sovereignty to the WHO and Bill Gates. Governments will no longer determine how they deal with diseases, and ‘pandemics’ NGOs, global Corps and elites will decide how we live. No one voted for this. #StopTheTreaty” reads a viral Tweet with roughly 2,000 retweets.

Another Tweet that’s making the rounds contains a video of actor and commentator Russell Brand commenting on the global pandemic treaty, which has received over 250,000 views at the time of writing.

In the video, Brand mocks the language used by elites in describing the treaty.

Here We Go Again – Unexpected ‘Error’ with Mail-In Ballots in Pennsylvania

 

With big races in the state of Pennsylvania in tonight’s primaries, the processing of absentee ballots has again become an issue. It’s the 2020 election all over.

 

President Trump recently endorsed State Senator Doug Mastriano for Governor. This race is expected to be very competitive.

 

 

Becker News reports that their are issues in Pennsylvania again:

 

The Pennsylvania primaries have been thrown into disarray after an election “glitch” caused an issue for thousands of mail-in ballots.

 

“An error by a company that prints ballots for several Pennsylvania counties made thousands of mail-in ballots unreadable Tuesday as voters were deciding hotly contested primaries for governor and U.S. Senate in one of the nation’s most important battleground states,” PBS reported.

 

“Officials in Lancaster County, the state’s sixth most populous, said the problem involved at least 21,000 mailed ballots, only a third of which were scanning properly,” the report stated. “The glitch will force election workers to redo ballots that can’t be read by the machine, a laborious process expected to take several days. Officials in the GOP-controlled county pledged that all the ballots will be counted eventually.”

 

“Citizens deserve to have accurate results from elections and they deserve to have them on election night, not days later,” Josh Parsons, a Republican and vice chair of the county board of commissioners, said at a news conference. “But because of this, we’re not going to have final election results from these mail ballots for probably several days, so that is very, very frustrating to us.”

 

“The Lancaster Board of Elections, of which Parsons is a member, renewed its criticism of a 2019 state voting law that expanded mail-in balloting but prevented counties from opening mailed ballots before Election Day to check for errors,” the report continued.

Feds Begin 'Major Radiological Incident' Drill In Austin

 

Dozens of local, state, and federal agencies have begun conducting "a major radiological incident exercise" in Austin, Texas.

 

The Cobalt Magnet 22 exercise is led by the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration in partnership with the Austin Homeland Security and Emergency Management Office, bringing 30 agencies together in a field training exercise to combat threats of radiological attacks

Army Announces 2 New Rifles for Close-Combat Soldiers

The Army recently awarded a contract to manufacturer SIG Sauer for two new soldier weapons: the XM5 rifle and the XM250 automatic rifle. For soldiers involved in close-quarters combat, the XM5 will eventually replace the M4/M4A1 carbine rifle, while the XM250 will replace the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon.

 

Additionally, both new rifles will use the new 6.8 mm common cartridge family of ammunition as well as a new fire control system.

 

"We should note that this is the first time … in 65 years [that] the Army will field a new weapon system of this nature: a rifle, an automatic rifle, a fire control system, and a new caliber family of ammunition," Army Brig. Gen. Larry Q. Burris, the Soldier Lethality Cross-Functional Team director, said.

 

The new system also arrived much quicker than anticipated, Burris said.

 

"This is revolutionary, and we arrived at this point in record time because we leveraged [the] middle-tier of acquisition rapid fielding authorities to enable speed and flexibility in defining requirements," he said.

 

Burris said the Army was able to do in 27 months what might otherwise have taken anywhere from eight to 10 years.

 

It's expected that the first unit of soldiers involved in close-quarters combat will be equipped with the new system in the fourth quarter of 2023, Burris said. Soldiers involved in close-quarters combat include 11B infantrymen, 19D cavalry scouts,12B combat engineers, 68W medics, and 13F forward observers.

 

"The fielding of the weapon is based upon ammunition production," Burris said. "As the vendor is able to produce ammunition and then Lake City [Army Ammunition Plant in Missouri] ultimately comes on, what we don't want to do is field a capability to a unit where we don't have training ammunition or contingency ammunition, if required. That's what drives the fielding of the weapons."

 

Army Brig. Gen. William M. Boruff, the program executive officer in the Joint Program Executive Office, Armaments and Ammunition, said the new 6.8 mm ammunition will initially be produced by SIG Sauer, but that the Army will eventually take over production of ammunition at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Missouri. After that, SIG Sauer will become a second-source provider of the new ammunition.

 

"We already have started preparing the site for the new building," Boruff said. "The new building will be stood up in Lake City Army Ammunition Plant and it will start producing around [fiscal year] 25/26. We'll work with SIG Sauer. We're clearing some space now at the Lake City facility to start production."

 

When the time comes, Boruff said, the Army will have enough of the new ammunition to begin fielding the new rifles.

 

"The capability increase that these weapons provide over the M4 and the M249 is what's really exciting," Army Col. Scott Madore, the project manager for soldier lethality, said. "It's a significant change: the way it fires, the way, when you apply the fire control — which was previously awarded back in January — when you apply that to these weapons systems, it improves or increases the probability of a [hit] for the individual soldier. It reduces aim error, and it's a game changer. That's really what excites me about these two systems as we saw them go through testing."

 

Burris also said that in addition to improved accuracy, the new system also provides greater energy on the target.

 

The XM5 weighs about two pounds more than the M4 it will replace, Madore said, while the XM250 weighs about four pounds less than the M249.

 

The initial ten-year contract with SIG Sauer allows for up to 250,000 weapons to be purchased, but that allows for other services, such as the Marines, to also be fielded the weapons if they express interest.

 

For the Army's close-combat and special operations forces, about 120,000 weapons will be needed.

 

The new rifles will be paired with the XM157 Fire Control system, which will increase accuracy and lethality for the close-combat force. The XM157 integrates, among other things, a variable magnification optic, backup etched reticle, laser range finder, ballistic calculator, atmospheric sensor suite, compass, visible and infrared aiming lasers, and a digital display overlay.

The ballot shortage impacted multiple polling stations in Pennsylvania’s Allegheny County, including at polling stations in Stowe Township and Hanover Heights.

According to Stowe Township’s Council President Robin Parilla, Alleghany County has not responded to her request for more ballots. As a result, Parilla has had to turn voters away.

As local news outlets reported:

Stowe Township Council President, Robin Parilla says that some voters have been turned away as a result of the shortage.

Parilla has tried to contact the county multiple times to get more ballots, but no one is answering. He told Channel 11 that he has spoken with several other polling officials in the area, including Robinson and Elizabeth who say they are having similar issues.

One polling station in Hanover Heights reportedly received just ten Republican ballots, while others in the area only reported receiving 20.

Alleghany County is reportedly asking voters who were turned away to go back and try again.

THE ENTIRE VIDEO WAS FAKE (admittedly so at the end) but Google searches instantly spiked when another Youtube/Twitch user played it for a reaction video.

The video, and the reaction immediately went viral and has had over 1.1 million views in the last month!

 

That, however, is not the end…

 

HouseHexagon has made yet another video on the "true darkest secret of WoW," and it's all about THE INTEL AGENCIES using games (specifically WoW) to spy,

communicate between each other, and spread propaganda. Anons had already figured this out with the release of certain leaked NSA documents over the years,

as well as interaction with these in-game shills who seemed to have nothing better to do than to troll people on global chat channels.

Multiple precincts in Allegheny (Pittsburgh and surrounding) have run out of ballots..

 

UPDATE: The contact person at the Allegheny county office of elections said they are working to get more Republican ballots to all precincts now. They claimed that ballots were dispersed based on how many were registered but that obviously doesn’t make sense since I know some places only had 10 R ballots.

 

Please make sure that anyone you know sticks in the line and as long as they are in line before 8pm, they can vote.

Toni- Every Agh Co precinct has a list of voters who requested a mail in/absentee ballot posted on the wall. The list includes the voter's name, address, & party affiliation. The party affiliations are a mixed bag of D, R, L, I, O, N, M, NF. The ONLY 2 affiliations that should be on that list is D & R, as this is a closed primary & there are only a D & R ballot available to vote. I am having people take photos of these in Kennedy Twp, where I live, for pursuit.

Retired judges unite to make 'urgent' call ahead of federal election

 

More than 30 retired Australian judges have united to call on a future federal government to "urgently" establish a new national integrity watchdog, ahead of Saturday's election.

The 31 former judges have penned an open letter to Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Labor leader Albanese, Greens leader Adam Bandt, One Nation leader Pauline Hanson, United Australia Party founder Clive Palmer and "all Australian political leaders", calling on them to introduce a national integrity commission in the next parliament.

Responding to an opinion piece written in The Next Web that claimed “humans will never achieve AGI”, DeepMind’s research director wrote that it was his opinion that such an outcome is an inevitability.

 

“It’s all about scale now! The Game is Over!” he wrote on Twitter.

 

“It’s all about making these models bigger, safer, compute efficient, faster at sampling, smarter memory, more modalities, innovative data, on/offline… Solving these challenges is what will deliver AGI.”

 

When asked by machine learning researcher Alex Dimikas how far he believed the Gato AI was from passing a real Turing test – a measure of computer intelligence that requires a human to be unable to distinguish a machine from another human – Dr de Freitas replied: “Far still.”

 

Leading AI researchers have warned that the advent of AGI could result in an existential catastrophe for humanity, with Oxford University Professor Nick Bostrom speculating that a “superintelligent” system that surpasses biological intelligence could see humans replaced as the dominant life form on Earth.

Google, which acquired London-based DeepMind in 2014, is already working on a “big red button” to mitigate against the risks associated with an intelligence explosion.

 

In a 2016 paper titled ‘Safely Interruptible Agents’, DeepMind researchers outlined a framework for preventing advanced artificial intelligence from ignoring shut-down commands.

 

Safe interruptibility can be useful to take control of a robot that is misbehaving and may lead to irreversible consequences,” the paper stated.

The Pennsylvania primaries have been thrown into disarray after an election “glitch” caused an issue for thousands of mail-in ballots.

 

“An error by a company that prints ballots for several Pennsylvania counties made thousands of mail-in ballots unreadable Tuesday as voters were deciding hotly contested primaries for governor and U.S. Senate in one of the nation’s most important battleground states,” PBS reported.

 

“Officials in Lancaster County, the state’s sixth most populous, said the problem involved at least 21,000 mailed ballots, only a third of which were scanning properly,” the report stated. “The glitch will force election workers to redo ballots that can’t be read by the machine, a laborious process expected to take several days. Officials in the GOP-controlled county pledged that all the ballots will be counted eventually.”

 

“Citizens deserve to have accurate results from elections and they deserve to have them on election night, not days later,” Josh Parsons, a Republican and vice chair of the county board of commissioners, said at a news conference. “But because of this, we’re not going to have final election results from these mail ballots for probably several days, so that is very, very frustrating to us.”

 

“The Lancaster Board of Elections, of which Parsons is a member, renewed its criticism of a 2019 state voting law that expanded mail-in balloting but prevented counties from opening mailed ballots before Election Day to check for errors,” the report continued.

 

“The board said the law, which passed the legislature with bipartisan support, also forces counties to use vendors to print ballots rather than doing them in house,” it noted.

 

“Act 77 is untenable for us as counties to continue to work in elections and not have problems like this,” said Ray D’Agostino, chairman of the Lancaster board.

 

The New York Times had another excuse for the delays, however: Election laws.

 

“With two large fields in close Republican primaries for Senate and governor, a tight Democratic Senate race and more than 910,000 applications for mail-in and absentee ballots requested, election officials in the state anticipate that it could take a while before definitive results are tallied,” the NY Times reported.

 

“A main cause is in Pennsylvania’s election code: Election officials are not allowed to begin opening and processing mail-in and absentee ballots before 7 a.m. on Election Day. This provision was one of the chief causes of delays during the 2020 presidential election.

 

Election officials have begged lawmakers to change the law to give them more time to process absentee ballots. Democrats who have tried to do so have been blocked by Republicans, who control the legislature.

 

“We know that voters want results on primary election night,” said Ellen Lyon, a spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania secretary of state’s office. “We will have unofficial results within a few days. Given the possibility of recounts and the need for official certifications, it is unlikely that final results in all races will be available on election night.”

 

Josh Shapiro, the attorney general of Pennsylvania, won the Democratic nomination for governor. Meanwhile, Representative Ted Budd won the Republican primary for Senate in North Carolina. He outbattled competitors in a 14-way race with a boost from powerful endorsements from Donald J. Trump.

 

There are four other states voting on Tuesday — Oregon, Idaho, and Kentucky. It is hoped that those states can get their results in before midnight tonight.

US Media Begins Calling To Expel Turkey From NATO As Finland, Sweden Seek Entry

 

An op-ed in CNN this week has called on NATO to expel Turkey if it doesn't agree to admit new applicants Finland and Sweden into the Western military alliance. Ankara has so far appeared to slam the door on the prospect, calling the Scandinavian nations "terror supporters" over the outlawed Kurdish PKK issue.

 

The piece by David Andelman, a member of the influential Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), begins by lashing out at both Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Hungary's Viktor Orbán. "Russian President Vladimir Putin has just enough allies in just enough places to throw a wrench in the efforts of Western alliances to thwart his ambitions – deepening the wedge between member states that suits his purposes to a tee," it begins.

 

Andelman argues that both these countries - with Turkey being NATO's second largest military behind the United States - threaten the West's unified front in standing up to Putin.

 

"With these kinds of useful friends in Orban and Erdogan, Putin may be perfectly positioned to continue on his current path in Ukraine or beyond – with impunity," he writes, further calling them "lone strongmen" who have managed to "burrow their way deeply into democratic executions." It should be noted as an aside that we didn't see any anti-Erdogan arguments from Andelman as the Turkish strongman helped execute America's proxy war against Assad in Syria - in fact, quite the opposite.

 

Back to the present and US policy in Ukraine, Andelman questinos: "So, what to do about these toxic delays being forced by Hungary and Turkey? The answer is sadly simple – play the same game Putin's been playing for years. When you can't win by traditional rules, go around them."

 

He argues for ignoring Erdogan and Orban until the inevitable diplomatic crisis among allies that is sure to ensue leads to their complete exit from NATO and the EU…

 

In this case, do carve-outs. Make Orban and Erdogan irrelevant. All 26 other EU members should simply implement the oil embargo. And NATO should simply pave the way for Sweden and Finland's accession.

 

What's the worst Hungary or Turkey could do sue? Pull out? There was a lot of thought given toward banishing Turkey from NATO anyway especially after Erdogan bought Russian S-400 air defense systems from Russia three years ago.

 

Quoting Harvard international relations professor Robert I. Rotberg, Andelman adds that "The 'unanimity' rule was foolish to begin with and now is the time to test it." Indeed all 30 NATO states would have to achieve consensus to admit a new member. But instead, Sweden and Finland seeking fast-tracked entry is more that likely going to result in tying NATO (and the EU, regarding the oil embargo question) up "in knots".
