as much of an opposition as you have maybe felt you have had, there is an equal amount if not more people praying for you and your overall health and activity on this board.
Here are some suggestions.
Breathe
Pray
Turn off your PC.
Donate your PC to charity/goodwill
Make a scheduled
Read your bible
Make your bed
clean up your house or rooms
Wash your walls and floors with bleach
Drink lots of water
avoid sugars and alcohol/drugs
eat something healthy with protein like eggs.
take ivermectine/hydroxichloirquine
Go to bed by 9:00
Find a job.
Find a hobby
Read a book
Work on restoring family/friends relationships.
Find some sort of social outlet where you can talk face to face with physical people.
There are good people out there.
