Poking around anons found the site was in California, to the north of some CEMEX plants. That's how we got to the "homeless" camp that was for traffickers ignored by Law Enforcement

and now things are rolling along again. Thing is, not just CEMEX. Another outfit called Synagro operates at the location in the original, now mysteriously deleted, post. Feel free to dig on CEMEX and these Synagro people while awaiting more happenings at the Sussmann Trial
