So now we learn:

(1) There was a retired LEO IN THE GROUP and specifically advised 30 minutes before the Buffalo rampage.

(2) The Uvalde police chief called the stand down. Under the flimsy assumption the active shooter has transitioned into a barricaded suspect - no longer posing a threat with no other children in danger - despite knowing that the entire school was not evacuated at that point.

Untrained and unprepared LE is equally to blame for the final injuries and death tolls in most of these events - some of which they even have prior knowledge being about to occur.
