Any anons aware of any formal effort made on social media to shame Chicagos youth and gangs for their inability to take part in our civilized society?

Being serious in asking. I believe such a valiant effort could have some effect throughout part of the country and not just Chicago.

I know if it were my race that was unable to become aware of the self destruction it was bringing onto itself it would cause me great shame and concern.
