My tendency is think, we'll never get a break, (it's in the air today), but I don't logically think that.

There were a few things that were a bit bizarre with Cooper, even though he disclosed to Durham his wife worked for Lisa Page, he stated he could rule over the trial without prejudice, he might have been able to if he didn't have the influence of O or even the DOJ.

Remember when things were going well for Durham on all the motions and pleadings that were submitted and pretty close to the when the trial was to be held, then Judge Cooper filed a weird ruling on Saturday night.I think Obama got to him, like he did Sullivan, so all and all Durham was not going to get a fair trial. During the trial Cooper made bizarre decisions, but his last instructions to the jury, basically tainted the jury. I doubt this case is important enough to challenge it with jury nullification.

I think Margot Cleveland was right, Durham introduced the entire conspiracy through the trial and released so much damning evidence that the media can never twist or deny again, and the next trial, they will not have to recite what they know.

Remember Durham's goal is to get all the info revealed that proves an overarching conspiracy with many involved. The next trial is Danshenko in VA, which will be a lot easier and faster to get to the point.

Thereafter or soon, the Durham team will be charging more people, and strategically, I think it would be good to start indicting now before the Danshenko trial. Their strategy may be to speed up the entire process, because now they know every trick in the book the conspirators with use.

No one ever thought lying to the FBI was some great case, but Durham's plan was to introduce the entire outline of the joint venture conspiracy in that trial and a lot or all of the players (I doubt all of the players have been introduced yet though).

And realistically what kind of punishment would Sussman get for lying to the FBI, when everyone and their brother that lied to the FBI, never got indicted for a damn thing. Pay a fine, but not have to turn in his badge to get into the FBI probably. But the best part of this, Sussman probably paid $300,000 in attorney fees alone.

The one thing that needs to happen is these indictments and trials need to fucking speed up, I don't have another 20 years on this planet….kekkity (at least to my knowledge)
