there are private messages on sys.8kun.top - those should be utilized by the BO and BVs first and foremost. maybe they have a private discord or group chat somewhere where they can get notifications, fine. but 1) it should be kept strictly board related. i wouldn't and shouldn't know what they have for breakfast and and shit. you can be friendly and private, the way anons used to be on here pre-facebook-like status updates. and 2) if they want to engage with other communities outside of the exclusive board staff one, they should be doing it under different identities, unknown to each other.

the main thing is boundaries. there should be boundaries. boundaries prevent emotions and human drama from clouding judgement. if there's drama, i would get rid of whoever is causing it, simple as that. this is or at least was the most important forum on the planet. there should be no tolerance for bullshit. PDJT has no problem firing people. i would've fired the BVs that were creating problems before 8bit handed over the keys.

if it were me, i would watch everyone's hashes like a hawk like 8bit did back in the day, including bakers. i would keep a list of known hashes for bakers and if someone new wanted to bake, i would watch and take note of any fuckery. over time, anons and the BO would get to know different styles of baking but i wouldn't allow namefagging, avatarfagging, or any other obvious desperate attempts to identify themselves the way humans are wont to do. bakers should not have a cozy place to get to know one another and form alliances or be infiltrated. whether it's a thread, side board, or discord server.

further, i would set agreed upon baking standards (agreed upon by board staff, anons, and bakers) so that any fuckery is extra obvious and can be dealt with.

you know what else? posting hash history of shills, so all anons could come together and recognize who was here to do research and who was here to be a fucking shill - very effective. that creates camaraderie among anons and with the BO. board staff are the only ones who can see post history. anons are talking to one another handicapped and the fog of war is thick. BO should be able to identify, expose, and ban the enemy (at least temporarily). this requires good judgment and discernment. i understand some BVs went overboard with the banhammer. that's because they lacked judgment and discernment. someone in that position should have a some degree of emotional intelligence and spiritual discernment. Q told us to read the Bible. degenerate former (idk about current) board staff, have not listened.

doing this would also instill a healthy sense of "being watched" and competitiveness back into anons.

idiotic posts, facebook-like posts, repeat or old news, shit-tier memes, grandma speak and obvious femfagging should be shamed, not tolerated. good digs, memes, graphics, breaking news, original research and analysis should be acknowledged and highlighted. the more that happens, the more this place would get back to what it was originally - a place for Q and happenings research, digging, meming, praying (some shitposting too)

A list of unspoken board culture rules that have been consistently broken every day for years, leading to the degradation of this board:

-do not link directly to qresearch on social media

-do not carry on an identity from one bread to the next (namefagging, avatarfagging etc)

-do not post specific mundane details or status updates about your personal life, no one cares

-do not make any reference to your gender, especially if you are female

-do not openly flirt with one another

-do not emojifag (hearts, winks) or emotionfag (!!!! ALL CAPS!! "LOL")

-do not post normie memes or anything that looks like it came from reddit

-do not lick the mods' assholes or ingratiate yourself with anyone, including mods, site owner, or even Q. no one is above another.

-do not post anything that is unrelated to the topic of the board (Q and happenings) and/or shitposting discussion with other anons (example: your favorite music, a cute animal video)

-do not repost old news during the same shift, especially if it's already been in notables

-do not post random twitter accounts that have no relevance if they're not saying anything new

-do not slide the bread with pet theories if no one else cares or repost them a million times in every bread, no matter how convinced you are of them

-do not eat up all the bread with more than 20 posts unless it's graveyard shift

all of these rules could and should be broken occasionally. all rules are meant to be broken. but not to this extent.

On the flip side, a list of what anons used to do

-do read all notables updates and give input on what the best posts of the bread are and how they should be described

-do watch the baker

-do debate over notables

-do try to create original content or be the first to post breaking news in order to make it in there

-do compete with one another
