Strzok again replied: “Think our sisters have begun leaking like mad. Scorned and worried, and political, they’re kicking into overdrive.”

In one passage, Strzok apparently misreads a reference to "rnc" as "mc," and then, realizing his error, blames "old man eyes."

It is unclear at this point to whom Strzok was referring when he used the term “sisters.”

Retired FBI special agent and former FBI national spokesman John Iannarelli told Fox News it could be a reference to another government agency.

“Sisters is an odd phrase to use,” Iannarelli told Fox News Wednesday. “It could be any intelligence agency or any other federal law enforcement agency. The FBI works with all of them because, post 9/11, it’s all about cooperation and sharing.”

There are 17 agencies in the Intelligence Community, including the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the National Security Agency, and the FBI.

The “leaking like mad” text came on the same day that several news outlets reported that U.S. intelligence officials said they were convinced that Russian President Vladimir Putin was personally involved, and approved Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Days before, The New York Times published an article titled “Russian Hackers Acted to Aid Trump in Election, U.S. Says,” citing "senior administration officials."

A source told Fox News that “C” is likely in reference to classified information, whereas “CD” is Cyber Division, and DD could refer to former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

McCabe was fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions in March for making an unauthorized disclosure to the news media, and "lacked candor" under oath on multiple occassions.

It is unclear what “submission” Strzok and Page were referring to.

A source told Fox News that the messages were part of a newly released batch of Strzok-Page communications from Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, uncovered as part of his investigation into the start of the FBI’s Russia investigation.

A spokesman for the inspector general declined to comment to Fox News.

Strzok and Page were first brought into the spotlight last December, when it was revealed that Horowitz discovered a series of anti-Trump text messages between the two officials, who were romantically involved.

Strzok and Page both served on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates in the 2016 presidential election. Page served on the special counsel’s team on a short detail, returning back to the FBI’s Office of General Counsel in July 2017.

The discovery of the anti-Trump messages exchanged with Page ultimately got Strzok booted from Mueller’s team and reassigned last year to the FBI’s office of human resources.

n July, Strzok lost his security clearance and was escorted from his FBI office. In August, Strzok was officially fired from the FBI.

Both Strzok and Page testified on Capitol Hill this summer.

IG REFERS FIVE FBI EMPLOYEES FOR INVESTIGATION, AS MORE ANTI-TRUMP MESSAGES REVEALED

Horowitz released a 600-page report on the FBI’s handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while conducting official business as secretary of state.

The inspector general report found that some bureau officials “appeared to mix political opinion with discussions about the MYE investigation.” MYE refers to Midyear Exam, which was the FBI’s code word for the Clinton probe.

Horowitz, found no evidence that the political bias found impacted prosecutorial decisions in the Clinton email probe.

Horowitz confirmed in June that he is currently investigating whether Strzok’s anti-Trump bias factored into the launch of the bureau’s Russia investigation.

Sessions sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), informing them that Huber is conducting a full-fledged criminal investigation into all the matters Republicans are calling for a special counsel to investigate. Huber has been investigating these possible crimes for five months, since November 13, 2017.

During an interview on Lou Dobbs’s Fox Business Network show, Turley explained to guest host Stuart Varney that the media are wrongly reporting that Sessions will not appoint a second special counsel. “He did not foreclose the possibility of a special counsel,” he insisted.

Instead, Turley explained that Sessions has ordered Huber to “team up with the inspector general (IG) within the Justice Department to investigate these matters.”

Sessions informed Congress in his letter that all the matters recommended for investigation by Goodlatte, Gowdy, and Grassley are “fully within the scope of [Huber’s] existing mandate.” He also informed the chairmen that Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is working with Huber, has a staff of 470 investigators, giving Huber access to enormous investigative firepower that far exceeds the staff of any special counsel.

That point is critical because as Sessions’ March 29 letter explains, the inspector general’s jurisdiction to conduct civil and criminal investigations includes “actions taken by former employees after they have left government service.” Then Huber can act on any of those matters.

As a U.S. attorney, Huber has full authority to empanel a grand jury and to file criminal charges. A grand jury can be empaneled anywhere, which means that it could be a group of citizens from deep-red Utah – in the heart of Trump country – instead of the D.C. Swamp that decides whether to hand down indictments for felony prosecution.

“That’s a powerful combination,” he observed.

When Varney asked if Huber and Horowitz’s status as “Obama holdovers” creates a possible problem for Sessions and President Trump, Turley said no, observing that each man has a great reputation as a “dogged investigator.”

Breitbart News has separately confirmed that Utah Sens. Orrin Hatch and Mike Lee, both of whom are Republicans who support aggressive investigations of these scandals, enthusiastically supported Huber to be reappointed by President Trump as his U.S. attorney in Utah. That, plus publicly reported info, was all Christopher Steele (a retired British spy who doesn’t even speak Russian) ever had to back up his “dossier.” And the FBI knew it since at least January 2017, when it interviewed Danchenko.

Comey hid all this during his meetings, and after. Yet the public only learned it years later, once the Durham probe began.

The Comey meeting where he served up these nonsense stories prompted both House and Senate Intelligence committees to open probes. But that was hardly the only poisoned fruit.

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, counterintelligence officer Peter Strzok, analyst Brian Auten and Justice attorney Kevin Clinesmith pretended the Danchenko “intel” was credible to get the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance court’s OK for wiretaps on Carter Page and dupe the Justice Department to keep granting approval for Trump campaign surveillance (which did not corroborate the wild claims). Again, all while they knew Danchenko had admitted it was baseless.

For years, the media lionized these people as saviors of the Republic, even after special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe turned up zero evidence in support of their claims.

It was a purely political hit job from the start, by top members of the highest law- enforcement agency in the land, against a candidate-and-then-president they opposed. For all the justified anger at Trump over the Jan. 6 riot, this methodical and effective deception plot looks far more like an attempted coup.

Yet, other than losing their jobs, none of the plotters has paid any real price. Comey and Strzok both wrote best-sellers; McCabe even had his retirement benefits restored (after being fired for lying under oath) under the Biden administration.

Of course, most media have no interest in sharing the truth. They won Pulitzers and endless clicks from hyping Russiagate, using it to kneecap a president they despised.

At this point, it’s up to Durham to keep exposing this unprecedented abuse of power for nakedly personal partisan ends, though Congress may help out once Democrats no longer run it.

Until the plotters are held accountable, there actually is good reason to worry about the future of democracy in America.

REPORT: The third exchange we identified was on November 22, 2016. FBI Attorney 2 sent an instant message to FBI Attorney 1 commenting on the amount of money the subject of an FBI investigation had been paid while working on the Trump campaign. Now, how to reconcile the Q depiction that these two were PS and LP? The newsmedia followed that same attributions despite the indications written in the report.

Note that in Q 1559 the 'Vive' phrase was seemingly attributed to LP but there was no punctuation to do so. No colon nor comma mark nor even a dash/hyphen.

The man who has headed the FBI for the past 12 years has told the BBC he expects "others will be charged" over the Lockerbie bombing.

Robert Mueller insisted that "progress" had been made in the investigation since the Libyan revolution in 2011.

Mr Mueller completed his term as director of the FBI in September.

The president of the US Victims Of Pan AM Flight 103 group said he feared instability in Libya could prevent the case from ever being fully resolved.

Pan AM flight 103 was blown out of the sky four days before Christmas in 1988, killing 259 on board and 11 people on the ground, in the south of Scotland town of Lockerbie.

A total of 189 of those killed were American citizens.

Mr Mueller has been involved with the Lockerbie case for more than 20 years.

He was assistant attorney general in the United States in 1991 when indictments were issued for the two Libyan suspects, Megrahi and Al-amin Khalifa Fimah.

At a trial in 2001, Fimah was acquitted. Megrahi was found guilty and jailed for life.

His first appeal against conviction was rejected. He dropped a second appeal prior to his release from prison.

Scottish justice secretary, Kenny MacAskill, freed him on compassionate grounds in August 2009 because he had been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

At that time, Robert Mueller wrote a scathing letter to Mr MacAskill in which he said his decision "gives comfort to terrorists around the world".

In his BBC interview, which he said would be his last, Mr Mueller was asked if he had reflected on this intervention.

"My letter still stands," he said.

He is expected to attend the annual Lockerbie memorial event at Arlington national cemetery on Saturday.

There will also be 25th anniversary commemorations at Syracuse University, which lost 35 students, as well as at Westminster Abbey and in Lockerbie itself.

Here are Red Bus reference images re overhead decorative lights. This fixture is not seen directly in the Q pic due to the way the guide wires blend in with the background, but the brace, or fixings, are visible on the building across the street from the parked bus in the Q pic. In SV images the anchor points are visible and during the winter SV images the fixture or brace can be spotted attached to those anchors.

For new eyes: we have determined that the Red Bus pic was taken during Christmas timeframe. Look along the rooftop of the bus in the Q pic; between two windows there is what appears to be a triangular shape attached to the exterior wall of the building behind the bus; this is a fixture, or brace, that is extended, i.e. under tension, so as to hold up the overhead lighting decorations that were strung across the street each Christmas season from mid-NOV to mid-JAN. The decorations vary in style but the brace or fixing reappears in this location on that building each year. In more recent years the brace has also varied from what is seen in the Q pic. How did we date the Red Bus pic? First we noticed that the bus sign underwent a change in late 2013 and that the new sign matched the one captured in the Q pic. We also documented this change in planning documents from the City of Westminster; the change was directly related to changes in the use of the bus stand due to renovations planned for the building kitty-corner from the bus stand. The work on that building began in March of 2014. This means that the Red Bus pic was taken during the Christmas season sometime during the appearance of the overhead decorations. Furthermore, we found a video recording of this scene that was taken on DEC 31st, ie New Year's Eve, which showed a blue police viewing platform on the sidewalk on the other side of the street from the bus stand. This platform does not appear in the Q pic. That platform is a sort of stake in the ground; the Red Bus pic was taken either BEFORE the platform was erected or AFTER it was taken down; but not while it stood in that spot. Of the many images we have found, none have shown that platform at any time other than the week of New Year Eve. It is possible that its presence was limited to that week but this has not been verified yet. We have also attempted to date the Red Bus pic by the appearance of posters for events during that winter of 2013/2014 but have not yet established a narrowed time interval on that basis.

The Christmas Timeframe is reinforced by the fact that Q posted this image om Q 1405 along with a pic of two people at Winter Wonderland which appears only during late-Nov-Dec-early-Jan 2013/2014. The Red Bus was also embedded in Q 1406 which included pics of Piccadilly Circus, which we have determined to have been taken during the Christmas Timeframe also. Details in the Q pics that are situated in the Winter Wonderland theme park have been connected with 2013/2014 and have helped narrow the time interval for those pics to mid-DEC to first week of JAN. We may have reason to lean toward a more narrow interval that falls during the week of Christmas.

That would fit with our work on dating the Q pics of the Victoria Embankment in the vicinity of the Corinthia Hotel and Hungerford Bridge. We have indications that at least some of those pics were taken during Christmas week.

As for the red bus in the Red Bus pic, we have been working to identify the particular vehicle. Each double decker has an ID NUMBER which allows one to trace its origin, routes, and transfers of ownership. The bus in the Q pic displays a cream colour livery, has the telltale middle square window of the RML version of this type of bus, and is further distinguished by its ad-free shiny side panels. There are other details that may help identify this unit and these have been discussed in previous breads. In all the images we have scrutinized, we have yet to find a pic of an RML parked at this bus stand - ever. The RMLs were still in general service on Transport for London routes until around 2012; for a few years after being taken out of service and replaced by modern buses, a few of these classic double deckers were kept in service on what were known as Heritage Routes. There were just two such routes and neither made stops at this bus stand. But many of these old buses were acquired by firms that rented them out for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events; there have been times when these were returned to general service, such as during strikes, but even then this bus stand was not on the general routes.

The bus stand has been used primarily for a tourism operation, The ORIGINAL Bus Tour, which is equipped with double deckers that have no roof over the top deck – open tops. And those do not match the bus in the Q pic. It is possible that the bus stand was available for bus hires serving special events but these would have been quick on-off stops. So if we could identify THAT bus we might have a good shot at narrowing the date of the Q pic quite precisely to a particular event and possibly a particular schedule. For instance, this bus may have taken a group to the Winter Wonderland theme park.

Some doubt that the fixture attached to the building in the Red Bus pic is actually under tension.

1. Can't see the guide lines or cables that would have run off either side of the fixture.

1. If the fixture was under tension, and if there were overhead decorative lights, these would have been reflected somewhere on the bus surface and/or windows.

Looking at SV images there are a couple of years where overhead decorations were captured. Unfortunately does not included 2013/2014.

There are a few bids and pics that captured the overhead decorations strung across Coventry Street during the Christmas Timeframe. So we can estimate where to look for anchor points on the facades of buildings on either side of the street in vicinity of the bus stand. Two of these anchor points are located above the KFC and this is where decorative lights would have been strung above the area of the Red Bus that appeared in the Q pic. In addition, the anchor fixture captured in that pic provides a reference point to figure the line that would have connected cables to the side of the street that is reflected onto the double decker's shiny panels and windows.

Anons, take a look at the SV images and spot those anchor points. Figure those cable positions. Then scrutinize Red Bus pic for signs of those cables. I have come up short - with one exception.

It is possible that there is a white reflection on on the horizontal surface of the double decker's engine hood. This surface is red but shows more or less bright white. That could be the sheet of decorative lights, unlit, reflecting daylight onto the bus surface. Or it could be a reflection of the W hotel facade which itself is highly reflective.

That horizontal surface on the Q bus roughly shows the same sort of whiteness as other reflections seen on the shiny side panels that clearly captured the white facade of the KFC. The side panels more to the rear of the bus flank shows a blank area that appears to be the dark area of the overhand above the entrance to the Grosvenor Casino; and windows of the building are reflected in the windows of the bus, too.

Ok, those are the references, and based on those, can you locate signs of the overhead decorations?

I am not saying those decorations were NOT there when the Q pic was taken. But it is difficult to establish that the overhead sheets were in place at that time. The single bit of evidence we have within the Q pic is the fixture that is on the building on the other side of the street, visible above the bus roofline above the 3rd window from the front of the bus.

While we might expect the cables to blend-in, since they are thinnish and neutral in colour, we might also expect their presence to be discernible as their paths crossed both light and dark background colours in the Q pic. Surely a viewer would be able to trace a line, even if feint.

So there is some doubt, for me, that the sheets of decorative lights were installed at the time of the Q pic. Yes, we have evidence that such decorations were strung up during the winter of 2013/2014 - and specifically on 31-DEC-2013 as per the Gavin videos. And there is pictorial evidence that these were installed mid November and taken down by mid January that season. The question here for our purposes of dating the Q pic is, can we firmly establish that the overhead sheets hung above the bus in that pic?

Yes the fixing looks shaped in this manner, however, where are the cables that hold it in tension? The contrast between the fixing and the attachments/cables is obvious in the SV pics under similar daylight conditions. Likewise the contrast with the building facade.

Might the fixing relax to a shape that resembles its designed purpose? Perhaps a sort of heavy material like bungee chords.

As is, in Red Bus pic, can not discern the cables across various shades and colours, including the dark shade of the fixing.

If the fixing material was heavy enough, it would retain its intended tensioned shape while relaxed, perhaps, that would resemble a square tipped on a corner. It might then "hinge" on its attachment points at the facade of the building. Then the other two corners would appear pointing even while not under tension; the cables would have had contrasting devices that hooked onto the fixing's darkly shaded material.

Admitted, conjecture based on what I've figured is lack of tension cables seen in the Red Bus pic versus the cables attached to the fixing in the SV images.

Might the whitish shade on the red panels of the bus be reflections of the overhead decorations? The alternative might be the bright white facade of the W Hotel which is off camera (behind the axis of the camera view) and to the left of the bus stand as per Red Bus pic. If these can be more firmly established as overhead reflections from the decorations, then, that would tilt the balance toward presence of the decorations and related time interval, obviously.

If not, then, the appearance of the fixing might be another stake in the ground, like the adboard on the riverwall in EMB pic, around which the bookends of a time interval might be factored in.

For reference, SV JUL 2018, overhead decorations hung across Coventry at the Bus Stand in front of KFC location.

The sheets in 2018 are in same configuration as in 2013/2014. The particulars are different but similar enough that it seems to me the sheets would have been reflected in the windows over the Casino entrance and over the KFC also. And, there reflected, might have been reflected again, mirrored, onto the panels and windows of the Red Bus. The star shaped component, especially, would have shown up given its size and position.

But I do not see that in the Q pic. Can you?

Also note the reflections on the side of the open top bus in the SV JAN 2018 images. Similar daylight as in Q pic. Not quite the same camera angle so not exactly a flip view from opposite side of Coventry, but close enough to compare well, I think.

Here's a first take on the location of markers on the building facade (behind the Q camera0 that were mirrored in the Red bus panels/windows.

Working from right to left because I think the dark overhang at the entrnce to the Casino is fairly obvious and the brown window panes above are lined up well in both the SV images and the Red Bus pic.

Starting from there, markers are matched-up both on the ground level and on the 1st floor above it. I don't think the Red Bus captured the height of the topmost fixing for the decorations, but the are just below that would have been within camera shot, I think.

Where I am uncertain is what I have labeled C and D and have marked with rectangles above those markers. The rectangles represent where the street address sign would have appeared above, and between, C and D. If I have positioned C and D incorrectly, then, there is an alternative location for that address sign.

E would be the small dark red KFC logo sign above the ground floor window.

F is very easy; it is the flag on the bus stand sign.

Thoughts?

This comparison was prompted by the question; are the overhead decorations present in the Q pic; if yes, then, we have an interval based on their installation and tear down; if not, then, we have a stake in the ground around which instllation occurred.

On the other hand, the attachment to the facade would be a weak point and so the fixing might have been staged prior to the sort of efficient isntallation/teardown that would make much sense on a busy street with so much pedesterian traffic underfoot. Safety might require securing the fixings first?

A chain covered by a flexible rubber cover of sort kind also makes sense. My thought is that same sort of flexibility can be achieved with rubberized products that would be pre-shaped, generally, for this purpose. Not precisely shaped. Stretchable. Kind of tented. Can imagine a heavy cable within the rubber, or set of rienforcements, vulcanized. Even a heavy rubber sleeve would tend to retain the shape intended, I think.

Either way, still left with the lack of visible cables and visible attachment points on the fixing for those cables.

But absent that confirmation, would we have firm evidence that the decorations were not up at the time the pic was taken?

Right you are, the Q pic is blurry near that fixing.

The SV images are sharper. The camera was closer.

The key, for me, is the contrast especially at the fixing/cable attachments. Also, contrast usually leaves a hint of a line as it passes across different shapes. I do not see even a hint of attachments and lines.

However, the sheets are prolly not within camera shot – re the view over the bus roof. So all we'd have would be the cables which can blend in. Fair enough. And might be too early in day for lights to be lit up so that makes it all the more difficult. Of course in the Gavin vids the cables disappeared in the darkness partially because of the bright lights.

But on the bus stand side? The reflections and the mirrored markers on the bus? That star shaped component would have been hard to randomly blend in even within a blurred image. On that side of the bus the camera was closer, too. That might have been compromised by the reflection and then itself being reflected/mirrored, but something would have popped out due to contrast alone, I think.

Let's try a diff approach and werk with what we gots.

we have a map view of Coventry Street at the bus stand with lines represented the sheets and the tensioner cables draped across the street based on the approx location of each set of anchor points on the buildings.

It is a connect-the-dots illustration.

The msp here was flipped vertically to be easier to compare with the Q view from the postion near the Casino entrance.

Also, here is a snippet/close-up of the fixing that appears in Red Bus pic - above the roof of the double decker.

The omposite is an attempt to line-up the direction that the cables would have run had the fixing been under tension while decorations hung in place. The map is slightly rotated to make a rough match with the shape of the fixing.

The result is that we have at least one hint that the fixing might have been under tension. That there is no sign of cables and sheets is a different matter because we gots what we gots.

For me this is not enough. The fixing could have been as I described, a device that kept its general shape for usage even when ot under tension. However, it is reasonable to presume these devices would have been pre-attached to the decorations as Anon described. We have only one fixing to go by from the Q pic and, so far, no images or details of how these things are installed in Westminster each season.

There are two sets of attachment points for this fixing. First there is the anchor to the building; second there is the connection with the decorations via their support and tensioner cables. These contrast, colourwise and shade-wise, with the dark material of the fixing, as per SV images and stockphotos. That contrast is not evident in the Q pic, perhaps due to blurriness. IDK.

Likewise, the cables in position would have contrasted with the lilght bulding facade, at least, and perhaps also with the window panes. Yet there is no such contrast that would fit the pattern that has now been illustrated with the composite of tjhe closeup and the map view.

We do have SV images from 2012 and the overhead flags that were draped using these same anchor positions. This image is marked up to show in yellow the tought cables for the sheet (no tensioner cables were used for this display) and grey lines to show the location on the ground and the walls where the decorations would have been situated directly above.

Note how the ground marking runs through the bus stand flagpole position. Note that the Q pic the double-decker's front fender lined-up just in front of that pole (unlike some of the SV images of the open-top buses). These points of reference roughly match-up with the composite of map and Q close-up of the fixing on the building.

It looks like 2013/2014 was an early effort to put up the more extravagant Christmas decorations. So far found the earliest exlample was 2011 and its style matches that of the flag display in 2012; the first SV images to show the set of anchor points we see in Q pic was 2013/2014.

So they might have been experimenting and making improvements each season. We should guard against relying on later SV images and stock photos because we could read-back into the past what was not there; or to infer present methods ran back farther than or were included in 2013/2014. Might have been, yes, but indications are quite possibly nope.

In sum, looks like we still have the same time interval we have been stuck with for some time now.

The overhead decorations went up mid-Nov 2013 and came down mid-Jan 2014. That's not a bad interval; before this we had late-Oct/early-Nov 2013 based on the bus stand sign; and 20-MAR-2014 based on reconstruction of the builidng across the street. The decoration fixing in Q pic narrowed the interval by about half a month NOT BEFORE bookend and about two months on the NOT AFTER bookend.

That interval matches up with the other London Pics (except the black box pic) so all is well. UK Anons are ambitious on this dig so if we can narrow the time interval for any one pic, or any single set of pics, then, given the synchronicity across the London Pics, we might infer a narrowing across the batch of them.

Yes, there are SV images that show tensioner bolts or turnbuckles. Some had closed-loops or eyes so the fixing was prolly threaded through before installation but not necessarily. Some had open-hook ends that could be installeld insitu and adjustments improvised.

The 2013/2014 setup used tensiioner cables in addition to the supports that carried the sheets and the star components. The tensioner cables zig-zagged across the street along its length as a sort of count-balance or complementary support. So they seem to have used a few different ways to make adjustments – and that would come in handy during the weeks the system was up AND during teardown.

It is worth asking if Epstein managed to arrange such meetings with other individuals who also coveted Nobel Prizes and if any such individuals later received those prizes. If Epstein had such connections, it is unlikely that he would use them only once in the case of Bill Gates, given the vastness of his network, particularly in the tech and science worlds.

The year 2013 is also when Bill and Melinda Gates together met with Epstein at his New York residence, after which Melinda allegedly began asking her soon-to-be ex-husband to distance himself from Epstein.

While the stated reason for this, in the wake of the Gates' divorce announcement, was that Melinda was put off by Epstein's past and his persona, it could potentially be related to other concerns about Melinda's reputation and that of the foundation that shares her name.

Indeed, 2013 was also the year that the Gates mansion systems engineer, Rick Allen Jones, began to be investigated by Seattle police for his child porn and child rape collection, which contained over 6,000 images and videos. Despite the gravity of his crime, when Jones was arrested at the Gates mansion a year later, he was not jailed after his arrest but was merely ordered "to stay away from children," according to local media reports.

From Melinda's perspective, this scandal, combined with Bill Gates' growing association with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, may have posed a threat to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's reputation, well before Epstein's 2019 arrest.

2013 was also the year that the Maxwells become involved in the Clinton Foundation. That year, Ghislaine Maxwell's TerraMar Project, which officially supported UN Sustainable Development Goals as they relate the world's oceans, made a $1.25 million commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of an effort to form a Sustainable Oceans Alliance. TerraMar shut down shortly after Epstein's 2019 arrest.

Notably, Ghislaine's TerraMar Project was in many ways the successor to Isabel Maxwell's failed Blue World Alliance, which was also ostensibly focused on the world's oceans. Blue World Alliance was set up by Isabel and her now deceased husband Al Seckel, who had hosted a "scientific conference" on Epstein's island.

The Blue World Alliance also went under the name Globalsolver Foundation, and Xavier Malina, Christine Maxwell's son, was listed as Globalsolver's liaison to the Clinton Foundation. He was previously an intern at the Clinton Global Initiative.

Malina later worked in the Obama administration at the Office of White House Personnel. He now works for Google. It is also worth noting that during this same period, Isabel Maxwell's son, Alexander Djerassi, was chief of staff at the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs in the Hillary Clinton–run State Department.
