Hey Q,

After a lengthy yet amicable discourse, every anon on the board - even the clown ones - has agreed that the Earth is not a ball, or flat, but a spherical cavity, that gravity is a misnomer for the electromagnetic push we experience from the center of our cosmos, and that redheads are hot but more trouble than they're worth long-term.

Given this great unification, can we please have a new crumb? Thanks.

>Wouldn't charges have to be filed against them first?

No. In 1866, the Supreme Court ruled in Ex parte Garland that the pardon power "extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment."
