A fake Q could encourage rally attendance or a protest and lead anons into a fedboi trap.
A fake Q-inspired manifesto could be posted on the board before a FF. Then action could be taken against the board.
It is good to be skeptical and to keep an open mind. The enemy is devious and very good at manipulating societies via the 'news'.
