Democrat Louisiana Judge Blocks State Trigger Law Banning Abortion

A Democrat judge has temporarily blocked Louisiana’s trigger law banning abortion from going into effect.

Judge Robin Giarrusso of the Orleans Parish Civil District Court issued an order temporarily halting the law after abortion providers in the state filed a lawsuit.

The law was written so that if Roe v. Wade was overturned, virtually all abortions in the state would be immediately banned, unless the mother is at risk of death or permanent injury.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry tweeted on Friday that “Louisiana’s trigger law banning #abortion is now in effect.”

Abortion providers represented by Center for Reproductive Rights argued that “the abortion restrictions violate providers’ due process rights and ‘lack constitutionally required safeguards to prevent arbitrary enforcement,'” according to a report from Fox News.

They also claimed the laws were vague and did not set a specific start time for the law to be applied.

The judge will hold a hearing on the case July 8 and determine if the law will remain blocked.

“A public health emergency is about to engulf the nation. As expected, Louisiana and many other states wasted no time enacting bans and eliminating abortion entirely,” Nancy Northup, president and CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights, said in a statement obtained by Axios.

“People who need an abortion right now are in a state of panic. We will be fighting to restore access in Louisiana and other states for as long as we can. Every day that a clinic is open and providing abortion services can make a difference in a person’s life,” Northup continued.

AG Landry has vowed to keep fighting.

For now, abortions will remain legal in the state.

January 6th Committee Announces Surprise Hearing for Tuesday: “Recently Obtained Evidence…Witness Testimony”

The Pelosi-controlled House January 6th Committee investigating the Capitol riot and efforts by President Trump to stop the steal of the 2020 presidential election suddenly announced a hearing scheduled for Tuesday at 1 p.m. EDT “to present recently obtained evidence and receive witness testimony.”

The surprise hearing comes after Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) said last week there would be no more hearings until after the long July 4th recess. The committee had previously put off two hearings set for this week. No further details on the hearing were released.

Tuesday’s hearing will be the sixth the committee has held.

NBC News reporter Gary Grumbach observed the committee has been knocked out of the news cycle by recent events, “They were knocked out of the news cycle by the signing of gun legislation and the overturning of Roe v. Wade, but the Jan. 6th committee is back – they will hold a hearing tomorrow “to present recently obtained evidence and receive witness testimony.”

Last Thursday’s hearing focused on former Trump Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark. By sheer coincidence the FBI staged a dawn raid on Clark’s home the day before, seizing his electronic devices while forcing him to wait outside his home in his pajamas.

MS-13 gang members convicted of trafficking 13-year-old girl

Seven members and associates of the MS-13 street gang have been convicted of sex trafficking in federal court after taking in a 13-year-old runaway and coercing her into commercial sex acts in Maryland and Virginia.

The seven defendants all face a mandatory minimum prison term of 15 years when they are sentenced in November.

According to an FBI affidavit, the girl ran away from a youth home in Fairfax in 2018. She was sex trafficked for nearly two months in that year before she was recovered by the bureau’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking task force. The trafficking occurred in Woodridge, Virginia, and Mount Rainier, Maryland.

She was also beaten on two separate occasions 26 times on her backside with a baseball bat — once when she was initiated into the gang and once when she was accused of stealing from another gang member.

The seven defendants — six men and a woman — lived in suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia and ranged in age from 22 to 50.

Biden administration drops tens of thousands of illegal immigration cases in 'de facto amnesty'

President Joe Biden's administration is forcing federal prosecutors to drop tens of thousands of cases against illegal immigrants, creating a sort of "de facto amnesty" that could permit up to 1 million people to seek permanent legal status in the U.S. by 2024, according to a report.

A whistleblower from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement — a federal prosecutor — told the Washington Examiner Friday that Biden administration officials have instructed ICE prosecutors to deal with a backlog of 2 million immigration cases by throwing out cases from before the November 2020 election.

In an April 14 virtual meeting, ICE principal legal adviser Kerry Doyle laid out the Biden administration's policy to the more than 1,200 ICE prosecutors handling cases against illegal immigrants, the Examiner reported. She told them only to prosecute cases against migrants identified as national security or public safety threats, or those who had crossed the border illegally after Nov. 1, 2020. Doyle instructed that prosecutors were to use their discretion to drop all other cases.

"As the memo explains — I think pretty clearly — we've put our thumb sort of heavily in favor of dismissal and durable solutions," Doyle reportedly said. "Even if you’ve spent a lot of time on the case, if it's a nonpriority, you should be moving to offer [prosecutorial discretion] in that case."

Essentially, the Biden administration is selectively enforcing immigration law. The result is that since April 25, between 60,000 and 80,000 illegal immigration cases have been closed, the ICE prosecutor told the Examiner.

"If the agency's 1,200 prosecutors keep the current pace of 60,000-80,000 case closures every two months, ICE could hit 360,000 to 480,000 closed cases by next April and 1 million by early summer 2024, months before the presidential election," the Examiner reported.

Without a pending immigration case against them, these illegal immigrants will be able to apply to become permanent legal residents, the first step toward U.S. citizenship.

"This is a de facto amnesty," the whistleblower said.

President Biden come under fire from Republicans who charge that his lax immigration policies are to blame for the humanitarian crisis at the southern border.

How Jim Watkins, Babyfist, Doge/Austin Steinbart and Flint faked the Q posts

Laughing_MAN aka Babyfist was a Global Volunteer and BO of /ABCU/. He used his GV account to post on Qs bread after larping on Q research for a year straight. He was immediately caught because, just like last night, these people are fucking stupid, and he did it without even using a VPN. So, because we all have what are called IP hashes (scrambled version of your IP posted with every post you make) it was easy to prove Babyfist posted on Qs board and then tried to lie about it. He's so stupid though, 28 seconds after faking a post on Qs board, he came to this board and posted under the same IP address. Jim then went on a press tour and told everyone it came from Babyfists GV account, only to 6 months later have video came out of Jim hanging out in a hotel with Babyfist.

In the last week, it was exposed that not only is Jim connect to Babyfist, but also Austin Steinbart, aka Doge, and a bunch of other Cicada 3301 grifters. They all post on /deepdigs/ together, where Doge is the only baker and the board owner. Needing something to take the heat off of themselves, they hatched the plan to fake Q posts. Cracking the trip code would be difficult. So with Jim's assistance, they created a password and then rotated the SALT so that the created password would output a trip code identical to Qs last Trip code. This can be verified easily and already has been. Anyone that is a BO/BV that posts without a VPN can see that their IP hash has changed, any anon with a trip code that existed before the SALT rotation will see that even though their password has NOT changed, their tripcode has as is demonstrated in picrel. They planned it out so that the fake Q posts would happen while Jim was on stage so he could have plausible deniability, but because THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID, he didn't expect anons to notice the SALT rotation so quickly.

Anons knew last night that something was way off with these Q posts. 1. There was no content, just recycled phrases from old Q posts, as Babyfist and the fake Q were caught doing last year (picrel). 2. Q ALWAYS re-verified his trip code after long absences because SALT gets rotated, and trip codes can be brute forced. (picrel) 3. In the past, whenever Q would start posting, the board would experience MASSIVE lag when they connect and disconnect from the site. It was a noticeable enough lag to the point anons were able to start calling out when Q was about to post. This did not happen last night.

Being that Anons realized quickly something was wrong, some anons started calling into doubt that these were real Q posts. No verification, No delta with PDJT, no posts from Scavino, Nunes or anyone else to confirm. So anons started talking about it being fake. Immediately the well known shills on this board that Jim has aligned himself with started attacking anons. This should ALWAYS be a big RED FLAG. If shills are attacking someone, they are doing it for a reason. Everyone was waiting for a confirmation, but the shills were shoving the fake Q posts into the dough and telling everyone that disagreed to shut up. Until Dan scavino posted (picrel). A literal BABY FIST. In fact, if you go to GOOGLE, type in BABY FIST and search images, this will be one of the first pictures you will find. Dan Scavino was letting us know who was posting the fake Q posts, Babyfist, the same person that comp'd Qs board previously, lied about it and Jim Watkins assisted in doing it.

It was at this point anons started to notice that their own personal trip codes & IP hashes have changed. It was at this point also that BV Dart started to delete posts calling out that the SALT had been rotated. (picrel) in an attempt to cover up the fact that BO Flint was colluding with Jim Watkins, Babyfist & Austin Steinbart to dupe Qs trip code in an attempt to drive traffic back to this board. If there are no anons, Jim's grift is over, along with the money they make from aggregators. Whenever bullshit happens you have to ask Who Benefits? And the person that benefits the MOST from a Q return is JIM WATKINS. T-shirt, coffee, honey sales skyrocket, advertisers pay for banners, etc.. Jim Watkins has been doing everything he can to destroy what this place was and turn it into REDDIT 2.0 because he thinks he can get rich, but nothing he had done up to this point reached the level of absolute comp'd faggotry last night did. Now, knowing that the game was up, and Dan Scavino had completely BTFO of their gay op to take over the Q trip code, they switched from attacking anons to claiming "Dan posted a fist bump to celebrate R v W" except this is how dan has always operated. If he needs to comm with anons he does it in a simple way for us to figure out quickly. I.E -"Dan, who is posting as Q?" - Dan "Posts a BabyFist." Knowing that he (babyfist) is an idiot and had been exposed Babyfist rushed to TS to try to cover himself and responded to Dan with Picrel 2 an hour after Dan posted. But Dan did not like the post or retruth it, as Dan would have if Babyfists excuse held water. It doesn't and thusly Doge, Flint, Jim Watkins & Babyfist were all exposed last night again for the grifting cocksucking pieces of shit they are. Hope that clears it all up! You may all return to being newfaggot retards that oldfags hate for discrediting what real Anons accomplished here.

Also, For almost 2 years Torposting has not worked. It was both turned off at the board level on Q research by Fastjack, and disabled Site-Wide by Jim Watkins. Which means not only was it re-enabled by Jim, but also by FLINT. Meaning not only did Jim collude with Babyfist to adjust the SALT to make the password match Qs Tripcode, he also colluded with FLINT to have Torposting turned back on, on QR less than 24 hours before last night's fake Q posts were made. What that means is that EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of /QR/ is comp'd. From Jim who made all of this happen, to Flint who colluded to fool anons, to BV DART on clean-up deleting posts that were calling out the fuckery. Jim, Babyfist, Flint, Dart & Austin have utterly destroyed what Q research once stood for: Finding truth.

One last thing - With the SALT being rotated, Q's tripcode would have changed even if the passcode to get the tripcode did not. Q's is the only TRIPCODE that DID NOT CHANGE. Meaning that they gamed the SALT system to get the result they wanted. They created a passcode, and adjusted the SALT for it to output what they wanted, cracking the TRIP could take years. Adjusting the SALT can be done by the SITE ADMIN whenever they choose.This 100% shows Jim Wakins was involved in this attempt to steal Q's TRIP, Babyfist could not have done this without the ADMIN ACCOUNT. So, either Jim Watkins is no longer in control of the ADMIN ACCOUNT, or Jim Watkins did this HIMSELF.

Update: On 06/25/2022, Jim Watkins came to the board, told everyone he was incapable of changing the SALT because he was in SoCal and it had to be Q. Less than an hour later Jim Watkins reverted the SALT to it's original form meaning that tripcodes reverted to the their original output before the ignorrance of last night happened. Not only did Jim have the ability to change the SALT from Socal, which he did, he lied to everyone in claiming he could not & did not.

Update 2: In 2019, Fredrick Brenan, original owner/creator of 8ch, laid out on Twitter that 8ch code had an option for what is known as "custom_tripcode". Hotwheels stated "Jim and @CodeMonkeyZ are in a unique position to take over Q. They don't need Q. And I can prove this with the open source OpenIB code underlying 8chan." He then went on to lay out exactly how 8kun, which copied its code from 8ch after Jim Watkins stole the website from Hotwheels, the following:

They want you divided and divided you are. I thought Q would have opened our eyes enough to not let the media use their same methods to divide us over the "QAnon conspiracy" but here we are.

Q's purpose was not to give predictions and tell you the plan. Would you take your top secret plan and post it on the internet where anyone in the world, including your enemy, could see it? I think Q even made this a point a few times along the way.

Q also noted that the anons (researchers) weren't always the intended target for every post. What might have been assumed as a prediction might have meant something else.

Now I'm not Q and can't speak to the true intent, but I think the purpose was to help guide us to research, recognize, and understand the current state of the world so that we would be prepared for a plan to execute. This is why Q pushed us to archive our information as well as spread it. If we expect to make changes to stop the corruption we need the support of the people based in truth. The research that resulted from Q was critical to move forward so that we could start getting the population to understand the situation.

It's also important to remember that Q didn't really tell us anything. I look at it like a connect-the-dots puzzle. Q provided some dots but WE had to connect them. Have we forgotten the years people spent digging and the revelations that came from that research? That wasn't Q, nor was it a conspiracy. Most of what we learned came from utilizing internet sources and archives, and a lot of that research started when the Podesta emails were published to Wikileaks which happened well before Q started posting. Q really just helped us expand and focus from what people were already figuring out.

The fact that the media writes hit pieces against "Qanon" is laughable at this point because most of what we know came from research done by normal people utilizing their Google skills. It's crazy that they're banking on people believing some person in a basement posted "Hillary eats children" on 4chan and that a movement this big came out of it. Then again, I also find it crazy how many people watched and bought into the HBO documentary.

From my perspective, I don't think we even need Q anymore. We know enough. We know the evil we're facing, and we know we need to be prepared for change. If the plan we're trusting in fails, Q has referenced that we the people (in the US) have the right to overthrow our corrupt government. It's not a very comforting back-up plan, but I don't think our enemy would be pointing attention to an extreme last resort that would put them completely out of business.

For those who have grown impatient, just remember that we were put in the right place at the right time to learn about and digest information about some pretty horrific things that would sound insane to those unaware. I recognize that it is easy to grow impatient because we have been living through this hell with an eyes-wide-open view, but many people still have their eyes only slightly opened.

Lastly, we can't just go in and arrest a few people and think this is going to go away. Think of it like the mob. There's always someone lined up to take your place to continue your illegal work if something happens to you. The whole machine has to be dismantled.

You can relate it to dealing with a fruit fly problem. You can't kill two fruit flies and think you're done. You have to eradicate all the flies, remove any possible eggs that were laid, and put maintenance measures in place to make sure your issues don't pop back up.

Now if this were just a US issue then maybe it could be done faster, but what we're looking at dismantling is a machine of corruption built worldwide. This wasn't going to take months, or even a couple of years. Plus, this absolutely has to be done correctly or history is likely going to repeat itself.
