I'd love to believe him but he's full of shit.
No, Warp Speed was making sure they had the glass viles to store it, the metal caps to seal it and the syringes/needles and trucks to distribute it. Trump blew their minds at his ability to understand the minutia of the processing of the small viles and what it took to bring it to market. That's what warp speed was, to ensure if/when the vax became available there were no roadblocks or excuses.
Perhaps you are right that they pulled some slight of hand thingking they cleaned it up. Perhaps this is why they are overdosing people because it's the only way to make it poisonous.
Either way, I've lost 9 family members and my father will be gone any week now so, safe it is not.
