Maybe 4954 wasn't intended for your delicate sensibilities? I believe 4956 was a threat to the people who plan and coordinate the summer protests, and arranged for the "pallets of bricks" to appear in strategic locations.
4954 triggered the "Throw us a bone Q" which prompted the subsequent posts, but those are just a little bit of morale boosting. The real message was an EXPLICIT threat.

In that case I wonder if Q team is actually posting through Tor or they simply have a whitelisted IP that is programmed to do an ID of all zeros. The alternative is that they have to try repeately to post over an over again until they hit a non-banned ip. Such is feasible with some scripting automation, but fuck me if I'm going to spend an hour or more copying and pasting the same post trying to beat the bump limit while cycling through "New Tor circuit for this site" with a 1.5 minute reload time each cycle.
