About time a black woman stands up for life in public.
Also whenever a mother's life is in danger that is a conversation had by the physician, the mother, the father if around as to what to do. It is not a religious right to abort, euthanize or otherwise kill a fellow human.
remember this post from the wayback machine, my take is the devolved government is using the SC to put into place the constitutional baselines so that new legislation with a non corrupt congress and senate can be crafted and passed into law. Perhaps even with a few challenges from select states to codify true precedent to the constitution interpretation.
