Which is another reason why Ukrainian forces have been using large industrial facilities as "shields" by placing his heavy armor and troops in and around. The cowardly Azov and other batallions have been doing the same with "human shield" by holding large numbers hostage in their defensive positions or placing artillery, missile launchers, etc. in urban areas, apartment buildings, schools and hospitals.
