companies like nokia secretly patented radiation shields for handsets
secret since they didn't wish to "alarm" anyone by suggesting cell phones might be dangerous
patents were uncovered by an american lawyer called joanne suder, many years ago
if they were honest and admitted that the radiation was dangerous (as all radio engineers were taught in the old days) they could have shielded the handsets and prevented a lot of harm
but they lie
about 40-50% of the handset radiation is absorbed by the head, then re-radiated
this is why, if your car remote doesn't work (you're too far) you hold the remote against your head, and it will work
they actually rely on this effect to get cell phones to work in elevators etc.
this was revealed by the engineer konstantin meyl "the new tesla"
he says they are relying on re-radiated scalar waves to propagate from within shielded places like elevators
they know that much of the radiation will be absorbed by your head
it's a sad story.
