The RCC simply put together a collection of scripture (that's not complete BTW), they did not create the Truth in the scripture. Look past the words and see the Word. The Way, the Truth, and the Life. Nothing was created that was not created through Him. Even the Creator of the Universe had Life in Him.
So you believe that scripture but not other scripture about Jesus?
What do you think Jesus meant that He was first born of the dead? What do you think He meant that we are One in Him?

It doesn't matter what you believe, it matters what is Truth.
Jesus came to fulfill that law. He died on the cross to fulfill that law. Nobody took His Life from Him, He had the authority to hand it over and the authority to take it up again.
The Sabbath was made for Man, not Man for the sabbath. They thought He was guilty, but who if their sheep falls in a pit will not lift it out on the sabbath? Jesus came for the lost sheep of Israel.

False. They assembled some of it into a book. It was not written by the RCC.
Jesus died to fulfill the Jewish law. The one who handed Him over committed the greater sin. No one took His life from Him, He had authority to lay it down and to take it up again.
He gave Himself over to fulfill the law that demands death. Then He rose again, being greater than both the law and death. We are One in Him.
So why do people believe they're unworthy?
You keep confusing Jesus with those He warned about deceiving many in His name.
