Not a proof. Looked at all drops (151) that have !!!. Most of them end with WWG1WGA. The ones highlighted have other text before the !!!. Didn't see any obvious overlap with timestamp or drop # to date and time on the truth, but I didn't do anything fancy breaking down numbers or mirroring.
Maybe it's not the !!! but STRONG to look for…?
