Danke` That is 3 now anon has smoked. Starting to feel comfortable making them. They are a bit tricky.
Started out 14lbs and ended up maybe 8lbs. Mixed the pelletsโฆ Apple Pecan. Dry brine 12 hours then 12 on the smoker.
Vacu-sealed half and added to the deep freeze.
I programmed it into the food dispenser for anon.
Tell ya what!
If I ever burn mine beyond "barking it" and like it, I'll think of you. I just wish I could throw it on the table for all anons here. Baker gets the end piece.
