What’s the Value of Integrity?

The amount of honesty and integrity you bring to what you do seems to matter much less than what you can produce or how high you can score. But that’s not how the Psalmist saw it. In Psalm 25:21 David proclaimed, “may integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.”

Few things take as long to build or can be destroyed quite as quickly as a person’s integrity. For that reason, “our good name and reputation” is something to be guarded and cherished.
