Ukraine Defense Minister Offers Ukraine as a ‘Testing Ground’ for NATO Weapons

Oleksii Reznikov said Ukraine is 'inviting arms manufacturers to test the new products here'

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov on Tuesday openly offered Ukraine as a venue to test NATO weapons against Russia in an online conversation with the director of the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center.

Reznikov said that Ukraine “is essentially a testing ground” for the advanced weaponry the US and its allies are pouring into the country. “Many weapons are now getting tested in the field in the real conditions of the battle against the Russian Army, which has plenty of modern systems of its own,” he said.

The Ukrainian military chief made the offer in a fresh pitch for more Western arms. “We are interested in testing modern systems in the fight against the enemy and we are inviting arms manufacturers to test the new products here,” he said.

One weapons system that is getting its first use on the battlefield in Ukraine is the Polish Krab artillery system that was provided by Warsaw. “So, I think for our partners in Poland, in the United States, France, or Germany, it’s a good chance to test the equipment. So, give us the tools. We will finish the job and you will have all the new information,” Reznikov said.

The Western response to the war in Ukraine has been a boon for US arms makers, who are making money sending weapons into the war zone, replenishing NATO stockpiles, and selling arms to European countries that have decided to boost military spending.

Kyiv has been asking for more advanced arms than it has been sending, including F-15 and F-16 fighter jets. Ukrainian pilots would need to be trained to fly the US aircraft, and the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act includes $100 million to go towards that training, although the massive spending bill has not yet been finalized.

LGBT Characters in Nickelodeon’s Upcoming “Monster High: The Movie” Introduce Themselves Using Pronouns

After releasing the trailer for the upcoming “Monster High: the Movie,” Nickelodeon is facing tremendous criticism for using pronouns to introduce the LGBT characters.

“”Monster High: the Movie” is an upcoming American, Canadian-produced live-action musical film based on Mattel’s Monster High franchise, which was created by Garrett Sander,” as stated by Monster High fandom. “It is directed by Todd Holland with a teleplay written by Jenny Jaffe, Billy Eddy and Matt Eddy from a story by Jaffe, Greg Erb and Jason Oremland.”

The woke movie is scheduled to be released on both Nickelodeon and Paramount+ on October 6.

In the sneak peek, two of the characters introduced themselves using their respective pronouns. Frankie Stein, a nonbinary, refers to herself as they/them, while Clawdeen Wolf, a lesbian character, refers to herself as she/her.

This is not the first time that Nickelodeon has been criticized for its controversial and woke programming choices.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Nickelodeon was facing backlash after releasing a video of a creepy drag queen singing about Pride in front of a trans flag.

Of course, with this one, Nickelodeon went too far for many parents, one of whom asked “is this the slippery slope I was told not to worry about?”

Rand Paul: "Senate Just Rejected My Attempt To Reaffirm The Constitution"

Senator Rand Paul warned Tuesday that the Senate “shockingly” rejected his efforts to reaffirm the Constitution as far as declarations of war go, noting that NATO does not have the authority to supersede Congress in the U.S.

Paul’s comments came after the Senate Foreign Relations Committee backed the accession of Finland, Sweden to NATO ahead of a full vote in the Senate on its expansion, the first of its kind for three decades, which could happen next week.

While other members of the committee verbally voted with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’, Paul voted a neutral “present”.

Paul proposed an amendment that would emphasise only the U.S. Congress has the right to declare war under the Constitution.

However, it was immediately REJECTED by the committee.

Paul took to Twitter to voice his displeasure:

Russia has repeatedly warned both Sweden and Finland against joining NATO, promising it will lead to further confrontation.

New York Judge Orders Giuliani to Testify Before Georgia Sham Grand Jury in Probe Into Trump’s Efforts to ‘Overturn’ 2020 Election Results

A New York judge on Wednesday ordered Trump’s former personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to testify before a Georgia grand jury.

In January Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis requested a special grand jury in her investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn Georgia’s fraudulent 2020 election results.

Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call. These phony charges have already been debunked by The Gateway Pundit and others.

Again — Willis and her handlers are investigating a now-infamous call between former President Trump and Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, in which Trump pressured the Georgia SOS to uncover what he insisted was fraud that would overturn Georgia’s election results.

The infamous phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was recorded by Raffensperger and his office. Raffensperger’s team then leaked and lied about it to the far left Washington Post.

In May local news reported that a grand jury has been selected to investigate Fani Willis’s junk charges against President Trump.

A judge has now ordered Trump’s personal lawyer to testify before a grand jury.

In a Fox News interview Tuesday, Kirby reiterated the goal of the deal is to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, but it could produce other gains.

“Well, look, I mean, there’s obviously a tangential, potentially tangential benefit,” Kirby said when asked about recent remarks by Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, who framed the return of the deal as a way to bolster the global oil supply.

Sherman made her comment on July 12, during an interview at the International Student House of Washington.

“They would get sanctions relief,” she said. “They would improve their economy and sell their oil again, and the world needs their oil, so they could get a good price for it. It’s all in their interest to do this.”

American energy producers were quick to respond. “It is a lot simpler to consult with US oil and natural gas producers on ways to increase production to meet growing global demand than the administration’s ethical and geopolitical contortions with totalitarian regimes,” Jason Modglin, president of Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, told Fox News in a statement.

I sat down with G. Edward Griffin, author of The Creature from Jekyll Island. Griffin asserts that the Federal Reserve's efforts to combat inflation with interest-rate hikes are disingenuous and won't be enough to clean up the mess it made by printing too much money.

He says, "The Federal Reserve is the cause of inflation… When you have a central bank that creates as much money as it wants to, it's a scam."

Griffin contends that today's rampant inflation is constricting anyone who isn't wealthy. He says, "The middle class is being squeezed out of existence. The rich are getting much richer, the middle class is getting smaller, and the poor are getting poorer. We're almost going back to a medieval stage."

He contends that the Federal Reserve is intentionally driving down the value of the U.S. dollar in an effort to transition into a cashless monetary system.

Griffin makes it clear that, "The reason why we have inflation is that the money supply is not pegged to something that takes human effort to produce."

He says, "[The Fed is] actively trying to destroy the U.S. dollar… Whatever savings you have or wealth you've been able to build, you want to get that out of dollars and into something else."

Griffin believes that countries around the world have soured on the U.S. dollar because they disagree with how funds have been used throughout the pandemic. He says, "They don't have trust in the dollar anymore because they see how foolishly politicians and the bankers at the Federal Reserve have been playing at the roulette wheel."

He concludes by stressing that even though the U.S. dollar has faced scrutiny throughout the pandemic as a global currency, banks will never fully adopt precious metals as a primary currency.

Griffin says, "They can never have enough of it to base a monetary system on it that is profitable to them."

Syria cuts diplomatic ties with Ukraine

Damascus says it was a tit-for-tat move

Damascus has cut diplomatic ties with Kiev, the Syrian foreign ministry announced on Wednesday.

This comes in response to a similar step by Ukraine last month that followed Syria’s recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

“The Syrian Arab Republic has decided to sever diplomatic relations with Ukraine in line with the principle of reciprocity and in response to the Ukrainian government's decision to do so,” the ministry announced on its website.

Kiev said it was cutting diplomatic relations with Syria in late June in response to the decision by Damascus to follow Russia’s example and recognize the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as independent states.

“There will be no relations between Ukraine and Syria” Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said back then, threatening Damascus with sanctions.

Kiev closed its embassy in Syria in 2016, accusing the country’s president, Bashar Assad of crimes against his own people, and in 2018 it ordered Syrian diplomats out of Ukraine.

Damascus is a close ally of Moscow. In 2015, Russia sent an expeditionary force to Syria at the request of Damascus, to help it defeat IS and other terrorist groups.

US Treasury Just Published a Working Paper Pushing for Central Bank Digital Currency to Counter ‘Bank Runs’

The Office of Financial Research (OFR) is the independent bureau within the United States Department of the Treasury which was formed in response to the financial crisis of 2007-08 — and the subsequent Great Recession that ensued. The OFR’s responsible for collecting financial data and making recommendations to the Treasury’s Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) based on that data, who then “responds to emerging risks to the stability of the United States’ financial system.”

This is the same department, who for the last 2 years, oversaw one of the largest transfers of wealth in the history of the world — and they approved every bit of it. Their influence in the global economy cannot be understated which is why the OFR’s recent white paper is particularly troublesome.

On July 11, 2022, the OFR published a working paper advocating for a Central Bank Digital Currency. In their abstract, the authors claim that a CBDC will counter against bank runs by “monitoring the flow of funds into CBDC” which “allows policymakers to identify and resolve weak banks sooner, which also decreases depositors’ incentive to run.”

While this may seem like a good way to prevent a bank run, the fact that a bank run is happening at all means that the proverbial s**t is hitting the fan. The fact that the OFR is preparing for one is unsettling enough but the fact that their answer is a CBDC should make everyone start to pay attention.

Remember in February when Canada’s Prime Minister began freezing the bank accounts of protesters who stood against tyrannical mandates and arresting them? Not only did they go after the protesters, but the government went after the bank accounts of those who provided monetary support in the form of donations as well.

For practicing their free speech, Canadians were persecuted and driven into financial ruin by the government who claims to protect them. This was all carried out with zero due process, without any democratic input at all, and with zero resistance from the banks, who later apologized.

Think about the ease with which this was done using the Canadian dollar and real money inside real banks and then consider the implications had the Canadians already adopted the federated digital ID system with a digital asset controlled by the central bank and the state. RECEIPTS: Bill Gates’s Foundation Just Paid for The Chinese Communist Party to Recruit Foreign Scientists.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is helping fund the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of Science and Technology, assisting the brutal regime in its efforts to lure foreign scientists in to boost China’s scientific advancement, The National Pulse can reveal.

A recent, $100,000 grant from the Microsoft mogul’s foundation was sent to the Foreign Talent Research Center of China’s Ministry of Science and Technology in June, according to the organization’s website.

The purpose of the cash is listed as organizing a forum on “pandemic preparedness and response,” which would focus on “leveraging resources to improve global health and support disadvantaged populations who are disproportionately impacted by pandemic.” The forum is affiliated with the Zhongguancun Forum, a Beijing-based technology conference sponsored by the Chinese Communist Party that counts high-level officials – including President Xi Jinping – as speakers.

The Gates Foundation’s decision to fund the Foreign Talent Research Center of China’s Ministry of Science and Technology comes amidst controversy over the likelihood of international collaboration between U.S. and Chinese researchers in Wuhan leading to the genesis of COVID-19. Since the outbreak of the virus, the Chinese Communist Party has stonewalled investigations into the origins of the virus and planted Western researchers with compromising ties to China in senior investigative roles.

Beyond COVID-19, the Chinese Communist Party has also come under fire for weaponizing its science and technology programs to lure Western scientists away from their home countries in order to facilitate Chinese advancement and military build-up. This program – commonly known as the Thousand Talents Plan – has led to several Department of Justice (DOJ) indictments of American researchers who routinely fail to disclose their financial ties to the Chinese Communist Party despite receiving U.S. taxpayer funds.

The Ministry of Science and Technology’s Foreign Talent Research Center appears to engage in similar conduct, as it is responsible for “bring[ing] in foreign talent,” according to an outline of its missions.

The ministry “formulates and facilitates the implementation of plans for bringing in high-end foreign experts, develops mechanisms for pooling top-notch scientists and research teams from abroad, and provides services for foreign experts,” it continues.

The unearthed grant comes amidst the Gates Foundation pouring millions of dollars into China, including to universities with ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

George Soros Gave $1 Million to Help Beto O’Rourke Unseat Texas Gov. Greg Abbott

Left-wing Democrat mega donor George Soros has donated $1 million to help Beto O’Rourke’s efforts to unseat Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, filings show.

Records filed with Texas Ethics Commission published Tuesday show the billionaire donated the sum to the Beto for Texas political action committee in June, according to The Hill. O’Rourke’s campaign confirmed the donation to the outlet.

O’Rourke has benefited from laws in Texas that allow uncapped campaign donations. According to filings, the Democratic gubernatorial nominee has received a number of donations over six or seven figures.

Soros, 91, frequently supports progressive causes. He has spent at least $40 million in support of liberal prosecutor candidates between 2014 and 2021, according to a report published by Virginia-based Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.

Additionally, the progressive investor gave more than $125 million to a Democrat-aligned super PAC to boost Democrat groups and candidates ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

Soros handed over his donation to Democracy PAC, which he set up in 2019. Democracy PAC is his main political action committee to support Democrats in what was a “long-term investment” beyond the 2022 elections.

He has also spent tens of millions of dollars funding media properties, including journalism schools and industry organizations, according to a report by the Media Research Center.

Matt Palumbo, author of “The Man Behind the Curtain: Inside the Secret Network of George Soros,” said the billionaire funds many left-wing groups, media companies, and political candidates through his Open Society Foundation.

Palumbo, during an interview for EpochTV’s “Facts Matter” program, also said Soros uses his influence to control what is written about him.

Soros’s foundation claims to promote democracy and individualism, but in reality it supports a more radical agenda, said Palumbo.

Abbott Leads O’Rourke

According to a report by the University of Houston’s Hobby School of Public Affairs, Abbott leads O’Rourke by 5 percent among likely voters (pdf).

The report states that Abbott leads at 49 percent to O’Rourke’s 44 percent, with 5 percent undecided and 2 percent intending to vote for Libertarian Mark Tippetts.

“More than nine out of 10 Abbott (95 percent) and O’Rourke (92 percent) voters are certain about their vote choice, while 5 percent and 8 percent indicate they might change their mind between now and November,” the report states.

Ukraine’s first lady Olena Zelenska shows faces of war dead, pleads with Congress for more aid

Ukraine’s first lady beseeched lawmakers Wednesday to ramp up US support for Ukraine, displaying images of civilian victims of Russian airstrikes and warning that Moscow’s invading forces are “destroying our people.”

“This is Liza. I met this girl before Christmas,” Olena Zelenska told members of Congress, remembering the smiling youngster as a “cheerful, playful little rascal.”

“Liza was only four years old, she’s no longer with us,” the first lady went on, as brutal pictures of the child after she was killed earlier this month by a Russian missile were shown on a screen.

Zelenska then narrated images of other children and families slaughtered by Russian forces during the nearly five-month-old invasion, including 16 men and women who were killed in an attack on a shopping mall in Kremenchuk in late June, as lawmakers shook their heads sadly.

One victim Zelenska highlighted, 96-year-old Borys Romanchenko, had survived four Nazi concentration camps — but could not escape Russian shelling in Kharkiv.

“An unprovoked invasive terrorist war is being waged against my country, Russia is destroying our people,” said the first lady, noting that Moscow has launched more than 3,000 cruise missiles since the invasion began on Feb. 24.

“These are Russia’s ‘Hunger Games,’ hunting for peaceful people in peaceful cities of Ukraine,” she added. “They will never broadcast this on their news – that’s why I’m showing it to you here.”

Throughout her remarks Zelenska emphasized that Ukraine appreciated the aid Washington has provided so far, saying “We are grateful, really grateful that the United States stands with us in this fight for our shared values. of human life and independence.”

However, she warned, her husband’s government needs more.

“I am asking for something now I would never want to ask. I am asking for weapons,” she said. “Weapons that would not be used to wage a war on somebody else’s land but to protect one’s home and the right to wake up alive in that home.”

Specifically, Zelenska asked for “air defense systems” to combat Russia missile strikes before noting that Congress will soon leave for its “normal” August recess.

One might very well say the Penny has dropped. Mordaunt, who had come second comfortably in round after round until now, was pushed into third place by Liz Truss, who comfortably picked up the most votes from Kemi Badenoch, who was eliminated yesterday. Sunak and Truss, having gained the most votes from Conservatives in Parliament, will now go on the ballot paper for a postal election of all Conservative Party members in the country at large.

Once that voting process has concluded, the next leader of the Conservative Party and thence the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom will be known, with Boris Johnson due to undertake a handover of power on or before September 5th.

While Sunak has easily been the MP’s favourite so far, the electorate now considerably widens for the final part of the competition. World Health Organization Reopens Negotiations On Global ‘Pandemic Treaty’ For ‘Equitable,’ ‘Inclusive’ Universal Health Care

The United Nations World Health Organization reconvened its negotiations to establish a “Pandemic Treaty,” an agreement to “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” and develop a one-world health system.

Member states gathered in Geneva, Switzerland a second time on Monday to negotiate the treaty and will conclude the meeting on July 22.

Article 4 of the draft outlines the treaty’s overarching “principles,” including “universal health coverage,” “equity,” “transparency,” “inclusiveness,” “gender equality” and “diversity. “

The WHO Member States have assigned the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body to complete its draft of the Pandemic Treaty by August 2022.

Upon approval WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and any of his successors would have unrestricted authority to implement WHO regulations.

The treaty would provide “a framework for international cooperation and solidarity” and address issues like surveillance systems and responding to outbreaks, Ghebreyesus said when announcing the treaty during a March press conference. “The world cannot afford to wait until the pandemic is over to start planning for the next one.”

Teacher Horrified by What She Saw at Teachers Union Convention

As a teacher, I attended the National Education Association convention last week, and my worst fears were confirmed.

Public schools are no longer a safe place for families who hold traditional values or for families who believe gender (as in male/female binary) is biologically determined.

It was also evident that the teachers union is a lobbying arm of the Democratic Party.

The NEA seems to think there are many gender options, and that’s why teachers and students must always address themselves with their “preferred” pronouns. It thinks this pronoun practice is essential and will create a more inclusive society.

That was demonstrated firsthand when each state delegate who spoke during the three-day convention July 4 to 6 was encouraged to state his or her name and “preferred” pronouns before addressing the assembly.

Pronouns I heard were he, she, they—and hex. One delegate even announced “they” had a uterus before addressing the assembly, apparently because that was something we all needed to know.

In the teachers union’s preamble, it says, “NEA is to be the national voice for education managed by and for the public good, to advance the cause for ALL individuals.”

However, as I read the 70 new business items and 40 amendments of bylaws, legislation, and resolutions, and listened to the platform speeches, it was obvious the NEA only represents those who hold the same ideologies and radical leftist political views.

From what I observed, the NEA’s goal is for public education to be a training ground for political activism, while demonizing anyone—including students and their families—who does not share those same political and sociological beliefs.

The NEA does not want public education to be neutral ground in developing critical thinkers with an emphasis on academic achievement.

Its priorities were apparent, because of the 110 motions discussed and voted on, only four remotely addressed student academic achievement. Those four dealt with student financial literacy and resources for English learners and language acquisition.

Nearly half of the motions dealt with identity politics, social justice, and ways to promote the goals of the Democratic Party.

Mystery solved: DOJ secretly thwarted release of Russia documents declassified by Trump

Department used last-minute privacy concerns to halt release, then ignored direct order from president to make memos public.

In the final hours of the Trump presidency, the U.S. Justice Department raised privacy concerns to thwart the release of hundreds of pages of documents that Donald Trump had declassified to expose FBI abuses during the Russia collusion probe, and the agency then defied a subsequent order to release the materials after redactions were made, according to interviews and documents.

The previously untold story of how highly anticipated declassified material never became public is contained in a memo obtained by Just the News from the National Archives that was written by then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows just hours before Trump left office on noon of Jan. 20, 2021.

Meadows' memo confirmed prior reporting by Just the News that Trump on Jan. 19, 2021 declassified a binder of hundreds of pages of sensitive FBI documents that show how the bureau used informants and FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and misled both a federal court and Congress about flaws in the evidence they offered to get approval for the investigation.

The declassified documents included transcripts of intercepts made by the FBI of Trump aides, a declassified copy of the final FISA warrant approved by an intelligence court, and the tasking orders and debriefings of the two main confidential human sources, Christopher Steele and Stefan Halper, the bureau used to investigate whether Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election.

In the end, multiple investigations found there was no such collusion and that the FBI violated rules and misled the FISA court in an effort to keep the probe going.

The documents that Trump declassified never saw the light of day, even though they were lawfully declassified by Trump and the DOJ was instructed by the president though Meadows to expeditiously release them after redacting private information as necessary.

"I am returning the bulk of the binder of declassified documents to the Department of Justice (including all that appear to have a potential to raise privacy concerns) with the instruction that the Department must expeditiously conduct a Privacy Act review under the standards that the Department of Justice would normally apply, redact material appropriately, and release the remaining material with redactions applied," Meadows wrote in the memo.

Disruption of Stash House Operations Lead to 48 Arrests

EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol (RGV) agents interdicted two migrant smuggling stash houses and engaged in a vehicle pursuit.

On July 19, RGV agents received information regarding a residence in Alton, Texas, operating as a stash house. Agents in coordination with Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office and the Alton Police Department responded to the location. A search of the residence resulted in the discovery of 13 migrants from El Salvador and Mexico all illegally present in the U.S. No caretaker was identified.

That evening, RGV agents received information of another possible human smuggling stash house located in McAllen. Agents and law enforcement authorities responded to the residence and encountered 35 people, determined to be in the U. S. illegally. The nationals of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador were placed under arrest without incident. No principal was identified at the location.

Last night, McAllen Border Patrol Station camera operators notified agents of several people attempting to enter a Ford Expedition in a well-known smuggling area near McAllen. Moments later, agents encountered the vehicle and attempted to initiate a vehicle stop. When the driver failed to yield and sped away, Hidalgo County Constables (HCC) assisted and took lead on the pursuit. The driver eventually came to a stop and exited the vehicle. Agents apprehended four migrants still in the vehicle, and all were determined to be illegally present in the U.S. HCC took custody of the driver to face state charges.

All subjects will be processed accordingly.

Today, the Russian Armed Forces, together with the self-defence units of the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, are delivering on the objectives of the special military operation with great resolve to put an end to the outrageous discrimination and genocide of the Russian people and eliminate direct threats to the security of the Russian Federation that the United States and its satellites have been creating on Ukrainian territory for years. While losing on the battlefield, the Ukrainian regime and its Western patrons have descended to staging bloody incidents to demonise our country in the eyes of the international community. We have already seen Bucha, Mariupol, Kramatorsk, and Kremenchug. The Russian Defence Ministry has been regularly issuing warnings, with facts in hand, about upcoming staged incidents and fakes.

There is a distinctive pattern that betrays the provocations staged by the West and its henchmen. In fact, they started long before the Ukrainian events.

Take 1999 – the village of Račak in Serbia’s Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija. A group of OSCE inspectors arrived at the site where several dozen corpses dressed in civilian clothes were discovered. Without any investigation, the mission head declared the incident an act of genocide, even though making a conclusion of this kind was not part of the mandate issued to this international official. NATO immediately launched a military aggression against Yugoslavia, during which it intentionally destroyed a television centre, bridges, passenger trains and other civilian targets. Later, it was proved with conclusive evidence that the dead bodies were not civilians, but militants of the Kosovo Liberation Army, an illegal armed group, dressed in civilian clothes. But by that time the staged incident has already taken its toll, offering a pretext for the first illegal use of force against an OSCE member state since the signing of the Helsinki Final Act in 1975. It is telling that the statement that triggered the bombings came from William Walker, a US citizen who headed the OSCE’s Kosovo Verification Mission. Separating Kosovo from Serbia by force and setting up Camp Bondsteel, the largest US military base in the Balkans, were the main outcomes of the aggression.

In 2003, there was the infamous performance by US Secretary of State Colin Powell in the UN Security Council with a vial containing white powder of some sort, which he said contained anthrax spores, alleging that it was produced in Iraq. Once again, the fake worked: the Anglo-Saxons and those who followed their lead went on to bomb Iraq, which has been struggling to fully recover its statehood ever since. Moreover, it did not take long before the fake was exposed with everyone admitting that Iraq did not have any biological weapons or any other kinds of WMDs. Later, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who was one of the masterminds of the aggression, recognised that the whole affair was a fraud, saying that they “may have been wrong” or something like that. As for Colin Powell, he later tried to justify himself by claiming that he was misled by the underlying intelligence. Either way, this was yet another provocation that offered a pretext for delivering on the plan to destroy a sovereign nation.

Judge In Stefan Halper Case Drops SpyGate Bombshell: Halper Likely Lied To The FBI On Purpose

Documents suggest that Stefan Halper “may have made clear misstatements to the FBI” and may be responsible for “some falsehoods” about Michael Flynn and Svetlana Lokhova, according to the federal judge presiding over the lawsuit Lokhova filed against the former FBI confidential human source, or “CHS,” embroiled in the SpyGate scandal.

On Friday, a federal court in Virginia denied Halper’s Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit Lokhova had filed against him in December of 2020. That lawsuit represented Lokhova’s second civil case against Halper, with her alleging in her most recent complaint that when Halper learned she was penning a book about Halper, “he directed his counsel, Terry Reed, to contact Post Hill Press and Simon & Schuster solely for the purposes of ‘quash[ing] publication and cancel[ing] the Book Contract.’” Reed then allegedly “contacted [Simon & Schuster] and [Post Hill Press] and falsely accused [them] of defaming Halper in the marketing materials.”

The complaint further alleged that, through the letters, Halper “defamed and disparaged” Lokhova to the publishers and falsely accused her of “knowingly publishing” statements that were “false.” Lokhova claimed that Halper then “escalated the threats and intimidation to [Simon & Schuster’s] parent company, CBS Corporation.” The complaint alleged his accusations were untrue and that “[t]he sole purpose of Halper’s actions was to interfere with [Lokhova’s] Book Contract and induce [Post Hill Press] to terminate the Contract,” which it ultimately did after facing irresistible pressure from Simon & Schuster.

The “book contract” Halper allegedly succeeded in canceling was for Lokhova’s forthcoming nonfiction work entitled, “The Spider: Stefan A. Halper and the Dark Web of a Coup.” The marketing material for the book described Halper as a “spy, an evil spider at work within and around the Trump campaign,” and that in that capacity, he “initially targeted the important Trump advisor, Lt. General Michael Flynn.”

In promoting the book, the publisher, Post Hill Press, in conjunction with Simon & Schuster, which Post Hill Press had contracted to market and distribute “The Spider,” also asserted Lokhova’s book revealed that Halper had “fabricated and sustained the fantastical narrative of the Russian hoax,” and that he did so by “collaborat[ing] with the intelligence establishment to take the ‘kill shot on Flynn,’ leaking classified information to his associates in the press.”

Lokhova explained her motivation for writing the book in the amended complaint she filed in the Virginia federal court. “In February 2017, a month after the birth of her first child,” the document read, Lokhova “was inundated by the media and others over false allegations that had suddenly surfaced that she had supposedly conducted a clandestine romantic affair with General Michael Flynn, an American military and intelligence official whom she had met once at an academic dinner over two years earlier and had never seen or spoken to again.” Lokhova explained how she then spent the next two-plus years, “piecing together what had happened to her, partly through her own research, partly through the gradual release of information by the United States government, and partly through reporting by U.S. media outlets.”

Parents are being warned that some of Australia's most-popular entertainment apps for children contain risky code that allows companies to gather data on children and build profiles that can follow them for life.

The findings come from an audit of 186 Android entertainment apps by Children and Media Australia (CMA), which flew a leading data and security expert to Australia to test the apps.

Despite international treaties on children's privacy, it is now estimated that 72 million pieces of personal data will be collected on every child around the world before their 13th birthday.

CMA engaged Serge Egelman — research director of Usable Security and Privacy Research at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley — to test the most-popular children's entertainment products over a nine-month period, concluding in March, 2022.

Mr Egelman found 59 per cent — or 101 of the 186 tested — contained concerning code.

He said the audit revealed a number of practices that went beyond advertising, and was concerned the sensitive information of young Australians was in the hands of corporate entities with limited independent oversight.

"This data can be used for many other purposes, too, many of which probably haven't been invented yet," he said.

"That's problematic when it's coming from children who probably are even less aware that this is occurring than adults [would be]."
