Ukraine Defense Minister Offers Ukraine as a ‘Testing Ground’ for NATO Weapons

Oleksii Reznikov said Ukraine is 'inviting arms manufacturers to test the new products here'

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov on Tuesday openly offered Ukraine as a venue to test NATO weapons against Russia in an online conversation with the director of the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center.

Reznikov said that Ukraine “is essentially a testing ground” for the advanced weaponry the US and its allies are pouring into the country. “Many weapons are now getting tested in the field in the real conditions of the battle against the Russian Army, which has plenty of modern systems of its own,” he said.

The Ukrainian military chief made the offer in a fresh pitch for more Western arms. “We are interested in testing modern systems in the fight against the enemy and we are inviting arms manufacturers to test the new products here,” he said.

One weapons system that is getting its first use on the battlefield in Ukraine is the Polish Krab artillery system that was provided by Warsaw. “So, I think for our partners in Poland, in the United States, France, or Germany, it’s a good chance to test the equipment. So, give us the tools. We will finish the job and you will have all the new information,” Reznikov said.

The Western response to the war in Ukraine has been a boon for US arms makers, who are making money sending weapons into the war zone, replenishing NATO stockpiles, and selling arms to European countries that have decided to boost military spending.

Kyiv has been asking for more advanced arms than it has been sending, including F-15 and F-16 fighter jets. Ukrainian pilots would need to be trained to fly the US aircraft, and the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act includes $100 million to go towards that training, although the massive spending bill has not yet been finalized.

LGBT Characters in Nickelodeon’s Upcoming “Monster High: The Movie” Introduce Themselves Using Pronouns

After releasing the trailer for the upcoming “Monster High: the Movie,” Nickelodeon is facing tremendous criticism for using pronouns to introduce the LGBT characters.

“”Monster High: the Movie” is an upcoming American, Canadian-produced live-action musical film based on Mattel’s Monster High franchise, which was created by Garrett Sander,” as stated by Monster High fandom. “It is directed by Todd Holland with a teleplay written by Jenny Jaffe, Billy Eddy and Matt Eddy from a story by Jaffe, Greg Erb and Jason Oremland.”

The woke movie is scheduled to be released on both Nickelodeon and Paramount+ on October 6.

In the sneak peek, two of the characters introduced themselves using their respective pronouns. Frankie Stein, a nonbinary, refers to herself as they/them, while Clawdeen Wolf, a lesbian character, refers to herself as she/her.

This is not the first time that Nickelodeon has been criticized for its controversial and woke programming choices.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Nickelodeon was facing backlash after releasing a video of a creepy drag queen singing about Pride in front of a trans flag.

Rand Paul: "Senate Just Rejected My Attempt To Reaffirm The Constitution"

Senator Rand Paul warned Tuesday that the Senate “shockingly” rejected his efforts to reaffirm the Constitution as far as declarations of war go, noting that NATO does not have the authority to supersede Congress in the U.S.

Paul’s comments came after the Senate Foreign Relations Committee backed the accession of Finland, Sweden to NATO ahead of a full vote in the Senate on its expansion, the first of its kind for three decades, which could happen next week.

While other members of the committee verbally voted with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’, Paul voted a neutral “present”.

Paul proposed an amendment that would emphasise only the U.S. Congress has the right to declare war under the Constitution.

However, it was immediately REJECTED by the committee.

Paul took to Twitter to voice his displeasure:

Russia has repeatedly warned both Sweden and Finland against joining NATO, promising it will lead to further confrontation.

Committee’s chairman, Democratic Senator Bob Menendez said in a statement “As US foreign policy priorities evolve to account for a changing world, what is self-evident is the future of the transatlantic partnership will be even more intertwined and integrated thanks to Putin’s recklessness.”

A New York judge on Wednesday ordered Trump’s former personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to testify before a Georgia grand jury.

In January Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis requested a special grand jury in her investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn Georgia’s fraudulent 2020 election results.

Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call. These phony charges have already been debunked by The Gateway Pundit and others.

Again — Willis and her handlers are investigating a now-infamous call between former President Trump and Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, in which Trump pressured the Georgia SOS to uncover what he insisted was fraud that would overturn Georgia’s election results.

The infamous phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was recorded by Raffensperger and his office. Raffensperger’s team then leaked and lied about it to the far left Washington Post.

In May local news reported that a grand jury has been selected to investigate Fani Willis’s junk charges against President Trump.

A judge has now ordered Trump’s personal lawyer to testify before a grand jury.

Back during the Obama Administration John Kirby was identified as a spokesman for the military who could interpret and push Obama’s insane and destructive military policies to the American people. So it was no surprise to see this clown back in the Biden Administration.

Now the Biden-Obama Administration is back working on a deal with Iran, led by radical terrorists. In the past the US had a policy not to deal with terrorist regimes or American enemies, but not with Obama and Biden.

In a Fox News interview Tuesday, Kirby reiterated the goal of the deal is to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, but it could produce other gains.

“Well, look, I mean, there’s obviously a tangential, potentially tangential benefit,” Kirby said when asked about recent remarks by Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, who framed the return of the deal as a way to bolster the global oil supply.

Sherman made her comment on July 12, during an interview at the International Student House of Washington.

“They would get sanctions relief,” she said. “They would improve their economy and sell their oil again, and the world needs their oil, so they could get a good price for it. It’s all in their interest to do this.”

American energy producers were quick to respond. “It is a lot simpler to consult with US oil and natural gas producers on ways to increase production to meet growing global demand than the administration’s ethical and geopolitical contortions with totalitarian regimes,” Jason Modglin, president of Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, told Fox News in a statement.

The Federal Reserve has been aggressively hiking interest rates this year in an effort to quell today's multidecade-high inflation, and reports indicate they are looking to raise interest rates another percentage point this month.

My recent guest believes the Fed is just trying to appear like it intends to bring inflation back down…

I sat down with G. Edward Griffin, author of The Creature from Jekyll Island. Griffin asserts that the Federal Reserve's efforts to combat inflation with interest-rate hikes are disingenuous and won't be enough to clean up the mess it made by printing too much money.

He says, "The Federal Reserve is the cause of inflation… When you have a central bank that creates as much money as it wants to, it's a scam."

Griffin contends that today's rampant inflation is constricting anyone who isn't wealthy. He says, "The middle class is being squeezed out of existence. The rich are getting much richer, the middle class is getting smaller, and the poor are getting poorer. We're almost going back to a medieval stage."

He contends that the Federal Reserve is intentionally driving down the value of the U.S. dollar in an effort to transition into a cashless monetary system.

Griffin makes it clear that, "The reason why we have inflation is that the money supply is not pegged to something that takes human effort to produce."

He says, "[The Fed is] actively trying to destroy the U.S. dollar… Whatever savings you have or wealth you've been able to build, you want to get that out of dollars and into something else."

Griffin believes that countries around the world have soured on the U.S. dollar because they disagree with how funds have been used throughout the pandemic. He says, "They don't have trust in the dollar anymore because they see how foolishly politicians and the bankers at the Federal Reserve have been playing at the roulette wheel."

He concludes by stressing that even though the U.S. dollar has faced scrutiny throughout the pandemic as a global currency, banks will never fully adopt precious metals as a primary currency.

Griffin says, "They can never have enough of it to base a monetary system on it that is profitable to them."

China tells US to stop plundering Syria

The United States must stop siphoning oil and grain out of Syria and make up for the damage caused by its military presence on Syrian soil, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said Wednesday.

"The US must … immediately lift unilateral sanctions on Syria, stop plundering Syrian national resources and take concrete steps to compensate Syrians for the damage," Wang Wenbin told a press briefing.

The US occupation forces remain largely in control of oil and grain-rich areas in northeastern Syria, according to Wang.

Syrian state media has accused over and over again US and SDF armed groups of smuggling resources to Iraq and then siphoning them out of there.

The United States has been for years supporting SDF militias against Damascus, and the US-backed forces are currently controlling parts of the provinces of Al-Haskah, Deir Ezzor, and Raqqa, where the largest Syrian oil and gas fields are located. The actions carried out by the United States constitute state piracy with the aim of plundering Syria's oil resources.

Syria cuts diplomatic ties with Ukraine

Damascus has cut diplomatic ties with Kiev, the Syrian foreign ministry announced on Wednesday.

This comes in response to a similar step by Ukraine last month that followed Syria’s recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

“The Syrian Arab Republic has decided to sever diplomatic relations with Ukraine in line with the principle of reciprocity and in response to the Ukrainian government's decision to do so,” the ministry announced on its website.

Kiev said it was cutting diplomatic relations with Syria in late June in response to the decision by Damascus to follow Russia’s example and recognize the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as independent states.

“There will be no relations between Ukraine and Syria” Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said back then, threatening Damascus with sanctions.

Kiev closed its embassy in Syria in 2016, accusing the country’s president, Bashar Assad of crimes against his own people, and in 2018 it ordered Syrian diplomats out of Ukraine.

Damascus is a close ally of Moscow. In 2015, Russia sent an expeditionary force to Syria at the request of Damascus, to help it defeat IS and other terrorist groups.

US Treasury Just Published a Working Paper Pushing for Central Bank Digital Currency to Counter ‘Bank Runs’

The Office of Financial Research (OFR) is the independent bureau within the United States Department of the Treasury which was formed in response to the financial crisis of 2007-08 — and the subsequent Great Recession that ensued. The OFR’s responsible for collecting financial data and making recommendations to the Treasury’s Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) based on that data, who then “responds to emerging risks to the stability of the United States’ financial system.”

This is the same department, who for the last 2 years, oversaw one of the largest transfers of wealth in the history of the world — and they approved every bit of it. Their influence in the global economy cannot be understated which is why the OFR’s recent white paper is particularly troublesome.

On July 11, 2022, the OFR published a working paper advocating for a Central Bank Digital Currency. In their abstract, the authors claim that a CBDC will counter against bank runs by “monitoring the flow of funds into CBDC” which “allows policymakers to identify and resolve weak banks sooner, which also decreases depositors’ incentive to run.”

While this may seem like a good way to prevent a bank run, the fact that a bank run is happening at all means that the proverbial s**t is hitting the fan. The fact that the OFR is preparing for one is unsettling enough but the fact that their answer is a CBDC should make everyone start to pay attention.

Remember in February when Canada’s Prime Minister began freezing the bank accounts of protesters who stood against tyrannical mandates and arresting them? Not only did they go after the protesters, but the government went after the bank accounts of those who provided monetary support in the form of donations as well.

For practicing their free speech, Canadians were persecuted and driven into financial ruin by the government who claims to protect them. This was all carried out with zero due process, without any democratic input at all, and with zero resistance from the banks, who later apologized.

Think about the ease with which this was done using the Canadian dollar and real money inside real banks and then consider the implications had the Canadians already adopted the federated digital ID system with a digital asset controlled by the central bank and the state. Sounds like a conspiracy theory, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, it’s not and it will be here before you know it.

Since the outbreak of the virus, the Chinese Communist Party has stonewalled investigations into the origins of the virus and planted Western researchers with compromising ties to China in senior investigative roles.

Beyond COVID-19, the Chinese Communist Party has also come under fire for weaponizing its science and technology programs to lure Western scientists away from their home countries in order to facilitate Chinese advancement and military build-up. This program – commonly known as the Thousand Talents Plan – has led to several Department of Justice (DOJ) indictments of American researchers who routinely fail to disclose their financial ties to the Chinese Communist Party despite receiving U.S. taxpayer funds.

The Ministry of Science and Technology’s Foreign Talent Research Center appears to engage in similar conduct, as it is responsible for “bring[ing] in foreign talent,” according to an outline of its missions.

In the second episode of Al Mayadeen's "40 and Beyond" documentary series, Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah disclosed, for the first time, information about the targeting of the US Marines headquarters in Beirut in 1989 and several other operations that were carried out during that period, as well as details about the assassinations targeting left-wing parties figures in Lebanon.

Left-wing Democrat mega donor George Soros has donated $1 million to help Beto O’Rourke’s efforts to unseat Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, filings show.

Records filed with Texas Ethics Commission published Tuesday show the billionaire donated the sum to the Beto for Texas political action committee in June, according to The Hill. O’Rourke’s campaign confirmed the donation to the outlet.

O’Rourke has benefited from laws in Texas that allow uncapped campaign donations. According to filings, the Democratic gubernatorial nominee has received a number of donations over six or seven figures.

Soros, 91, frequently supports progressive causes. He has spent at least $40 million in support of liberal prosecutor candidates between 2014 and 2021, according to a report published by Virginia-based Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.

Additionally, the progressive investor gave more than $125 million to a Democrat-aligned super PAC to boost Democrat groups and candidates ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

Soros handed over his donation to Democracy PAC, which he set up in 2019. Democracy PAC is his main political action committee to support Democrats in what was a “long-term investment” beyond the 2022 elections.

He has also spent tens of millions of dollars funding media properties, including journalism schools and industry organizations, according to a report by the Media Research Center.

Matt Palumbo, author of “The Man Behind the Curtain: Inside the Secret Network of George Soros,” said the billionaire funds many left-wing groups, media companies, and political candidates through his Open Society Foundation.

Palumbo, during an interview for EpochTV’s “Facts Matter” program, also said Soros uses his influence to control what is written about him.

Soros’s foundation claims to promote democracy and individualism, but in reality it supports a more radical agenda, said Palumbo.

Abbott Leads O’Rourke

According to a report by the University of Houston’s Hobby School of Public Affairs, Abbott leads O’Rourke by 5 percent among likely voters (pdf).

The report states that Abbott leads at 49 percent to O’Rourke’s 44 percent, with 5 percent undecided and 2 percent intending to vote for Libertarian Mark Tippetts.

“More than nine out of 10 Abbott (95 percent) and O’Rourke (92 percent) voters are certain about their vote choice, while 5 percent and 8 percent indicate they might change their mind between now and November,” the report states.

However, she warned, her husband’s government needs more.

Both candidates represent a basic continuity position with outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson, albeit with less charisma and public recognition, which may ultimately leave some Conservatives wondering why they bothered to go through this damaging competition to replace Johnson at all.

There is some deviance in their vision though. While neither proposes any important change to the program of government, both have slightly different ideas on how to achieve it. Rishi Sunak, chancellor until earlier this month who presided over soaring government spending and taxation — the UK now labours under the worst tax burden in 70 years — says he wants to fight inflation before considering bringing taxes down.
