Russia and Iran, according to Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, will with time abandon the use of US dollars as they contemplate bilateral trade.

 

"We all know that trade and economic relations between the two countries slightly exceeded four billion US dollars last year, although it may be wrong to count it in US dollars, and over time, we will probably move away from this practice as we develop our cooperation in the banking financial sector," Peskov said while addressing Putin's coming visit to Iran.

U.S. Capitol Police arrested a group of 17 House democrats protesting outside the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

 

The Democrats took part in a planned โ€œcivil disobedienceโ€ protest, pushing back against the recent SCOTUS ruling which overturned Roe v. Wade.

 

Video footage posted to Twitter shows a grimacing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez pretending to be handcuffed while she is escorted off by police.

 

The other politicians arrested include prominent figures in the far-Left movement such as: Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.), Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.), Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.), Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-N.Y.), Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.), Rep. Katherine Clark (D-Mass.), Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-Calif.), Rep. Ilhan Omar defended her act of civil disobedience on Twitter, despite her arrest. โ€œToday I was arrested while participating in a civil disobedience action with my fellow Members of Congress outside the Supreme Court. I will continue to do everything in my power to raise the alarm about the assault on our reproductive rights!โ€ she tweeted.

 

The politicians refused to listen to the Capitol Policeโ€™s warnings that they will be arrested. The Capitol Policeโ€™s Twitter account detailed the chain of events.

 

โ€œDemonstrators are starting to block First Street, NE. It is against the law to block traffic, so officers are going to give our standard three warnings before they start making arrests.โ€ the Capitol Police tweeted at 1:18 PM EST.

Eleven alternate electors for former President Donald Trump in Georgia have become targets in a criminal probe investigating former President Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the election results in the state.

The Fulton County district attorney conducting the investigation told the slate of Trump electors that they were under investigation, according to court filings on Tuesday, per CNN.

"[A]s our investigation has matured and new evidence has come to light, in a spirit of integrity we feel it only fitting to inform you that your clients' status has changed to 'Target,'" wrote Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' office, according to the filings.

Attorneys for the electors denounced the subpoenas from the grand jury as "unreasonable and oppressive," CNN reported.

A grand jury previous subpoenaed Trump ally Rep. Jody Hice, R-Ga., for his role in the same effort, though he has moved to transfer the proceedings to federal court and out of the state's jurisdiction.

Trump ultimately lost Georgia to President Joe Biden by 0.2% in the 2020 presidential election. Though Trump appeared ahead on Election Night, Biden gradually overtook Trump as ballot counting continued throughout the week.

The long ballot counting process and alleged irregularities due to the COVID-19 pandemic became the subjects of criticism by the Trump campaign, who alleged that fraud affected the final statewide result. Trump has targeted Republicans Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for allegedly mishandling the election in their state.

The news comes as former Trump adviser Steve Bannon faces trial for contempt of Congress for his refusal to comply with a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot.

The head of the Sanaa government delegation, negotiator Muhammad Abdul Salam, said on Tuesday that the armistice agreement is about to end, noting that "the aggression countries dealt with it in a manner that reflects recklessness and arrogance."

Earlier this month, the head of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, said that "the continuous violations of the [Saudi-led] aggression and its mercenaries have put the armistice at a crossroads," noting that the matter "may develop into a return to military operations in view of his repudiation of the implementation of many terms of the armistice."

 

The terms of the armistice agreement include โ€œfacilitating the entry of ships carrying fuel to the ports of Hodeidah, and allowing two flights to and from Sanaa airport, every week.โ€ However, the Sanaa government repeatedly "expressed its dismay at the Saudi sideโ€™s failure to implement the terms of the armistice, especially the closing of the airport and obstructing the entry of ships."

NASA's Perseverance rover has been a massive asset for the space agency as it has come up with brilliant pictures from Mars. The pictures have played a huge role in scientists determining the surroundings and terrains of the planet. Now, the Mars Rover has spotted an extremely fascinating piece of debris in the shape of a โ€˜spaghettiโ€™. The picture was captured by the front-facing hazard avoidance cameras on the rover, but the scientists were unable to determine the exact nature of the object. Most experts believe that it can be yet another debris from a previous NASA mission.

US National Archives asks probe into deleted texts between Jan 5,6

 

The chief records of the National Archives, Laurence Brewer, has requested that the US Secret Service investigate the possible unauthorized deletion of text messages on telephones belonging to the agency between January 5 and 6, 2021, the period during which Republican riots stormed the White House in attempt to overturn the election results.

 

In an e-mail sent by Brewer, it was written, "If it is determined that any text messages have been improperly deleted โ€ฆ then the Secret Service must send NARA a report within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter with a report documenting the deletion."

 

"This report must include a complete description of the records affected, a statement of the exact circumstances surrounding the deletion of messages, a statement of the safeguards established to prevent further loss of documentation, and details of all agency actions taken to salvage, retrieve, or reconstruct the records."

 

The request comes days after the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security told 2 congressional committees that many text messages pertaining to the Secret Service between January 5 and 6 were erased by the Secret Service themselves.

 

The House select committee looking into the Capitol riots has issued a subpoena to the US Secret Service demanding records, including text messages.

 

Anthony Guglielmi, the spokesman for the Secret Service, announced on Twitter that the agency will comply with NARA's request.

 

"The United States Secret Service respects and supports the important role of the National Archives and Records Administration in ensuring preservation of government records. They will have our full cooperation in this review," Guglielmi said Tuesday.

 

The inspector general sent a letter to the heads of the House and Senate Homeland Security Committees, justifying the deletion of messages as they were erased "as part of a device-replacement program." This comes although the inspector general asked for such communications to be saved.

 

During the day of the revolt, Secret Service agents were with Trump, as well as Vice President Mike Pence, who went into hiding at the Capitol when pro-Trump rioters shouted for his execution.

 

On June 29, a former White House worker testified to the House January 6 probe that Trump tried to force the Secret Service to send him to the Capitol to join his supporters that day.

 

"The Department notified us that many US Secret Service (USSS) text messages, from January 5 and 6, 2021, were erased as part of a device replacement program," Cuffari wrote in the letter first reported by The Intercept and later published by Politico.

 

"The USSS erased those text messages after OIG requested records of electronic communications" for a review of January 6, he said, referring to the Office of the Inspector General. Furthermore, he said that the agency had paused in providing other records to the OIG.

The Great Globular Cluster โ€“ Messier 13 (M13, NGC 6205)

Messier 13, also known as the Hercules Globular Cluster or Great Globular Cluster, is a globular cluster that consists of about 300,000 stars located in Hercules constellation. The cluster is 20 arc minutes in size and has an apparent magnitude of 5.8. It is approximately22,200light years distant.

 

The Hercules Globular Cluster was discovered by the English astronomer Edmond Halley in1714and included in Messierโ€™s catalogue as Messier 13 on June 1, 1764. The cluster can easily be seen in small telescopes, but is hard to find without visual aids even on a clear night.

 

M13 is 145 light years in diameter. The brightest star in the cluster isV11, a variable star with a visual magnitude of 11.95.

M13 has been frequently mentioned in works of science fiction. Most notably, it is the location where the Earth was moved after its supposed destruction in Dan Simmonsโ€™ Hyperion Cantos.

 

The Arecibo message, sent in 1974 to space to let hypothetical extraterrestrials know about life on our planet, was transmitted in the direction of Messier 13, as it was believed that, because star density was higher in that area of space, chances of finding a planet that harbours life were greater too. By the time the message gets there, however, M13 will have moved to a different location.

Messier 92 is another well-known globular cluster in the Hercules constellation. It was discovered by the German astronomer Johann Elert Bode in1777and then independently discovered by Charles Messier in 1781.

 

Messier 92 is relatively bright. It has an apparent magnitude of 6.3 and is approximately 26,700 light years distant from the Sun. It is one of the oldest clusters in the Milky Way, with an estimated age of 14.2 billion years, which is the same age as the universe itself.

During the White House press briefing today, the administration sent Jared Bernstein to the podium to discuss a recent drop in gasoline prices. Bernstein was claiming that Joe Biden had lowered gasoline prices when journalist James Rosen asked a question. {Direct Rumble Link}

 

James Rosen asked Bernstein why it was โ€œPutinโ€™s price hikesโ€ when the gasoline prices are increasing, but not โ€œPutinโ€™s price plungeโ€ when gasoline prices are decreasing. Bernstein attempted to clarify his position and ended up looking silly.

 

Meanwhile, the Dallas Federal Reserve held its energy survey, there was some important feedback noted from the Oil and Gas industry.

But hereโ€™s something you probably wonโ€™t read on any sign or in any guidebook: Mount Rainier is considered a hot spot for UFOs. In fact, the term โ€œflying saucerโ€ was coined after one particularly famous sighting.

 

While many of those guests are from the Pacific Northwest, there are plenty of people who come from all over the country (and internationally) to see our majestic mountain.

 

Mount Rainier became a national park in 1899, making it the fifth national park in the United States.

 

And since 1947, it's been known as the spot of one of the country's most famous UFO sightings.

 

On June 24, 1947, a pilot named Kenneth Arnold was flying from Chehalis to Yakima in a CallAir A-2 on a business trip.

 

When Arnold heard about a $5,000 reward for the discovery of a U.S. Marine Corps C-46 transport airplane that had crashed near Mount Rainier, he decided to make a pit stop and try his luck. We can't say we blame him โ€“ that's the equivalent of more than $60,000 today.

 

Arnold eventually gave up his search and decided to head home.

 

And that's when he saw a bright flashing light, similar to sunlight reflecting from a mirror. Afraid he might be dangerously close to another aircraft, Arnold scanned the skies around him, but he wasn't near another aircraft.

 

About 30 seconds later, Arnold saw a series of bright flashes in the distance off to his left.

 

He ended up seeing nine flying saucers over Mount Rainier. This was the first major sighting of the era, earning national attention. Since then, UFOs, especially flying saucers, have been spotted all over the country, and many more have allegedly been seen here. Many people have tried to debunk what Arnold saw, but there are still plenty of diehard believers.

There are many theories regarding what Arnold actually saw, but he remained steadfast in his description until he died in the 80s.

 

YouTube has some shaky videos of UFOs in the night sky over Mount Rainier, and plenty of locals have stories of their own. Is Mount Rainier actually a hot spot for UFOs, or are they optical illusions? We may never know.

The Opening Conference is 28 Sep 2022 and the Session begins 3 Oct 2022. If you go out a little further on the clock, does it make more sense that this happens after the Nov election so that the newly elected are sworn so Congress and the Senate don't come to a standstill for lack of a quorum? A village went up in flames as Britain ignited on its hottest day in history.

 

Hundreds of people were forced to flee their homes in Wennington, Essex, as firefighters tried to control a blaze that engulfed dozens of houses amid โ€œtinderbox dryโ€ conditions on Tuesday.

Hardly a day passes by without Europeans and Americans hearing about new statements coming from Ukrainian politicians. โ€œWe will win, we will stop Putin!โ€ they say and start asking for more arms supplies. Ukraine has already received thousands of man-portable anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons, hundreds of armored vehicles and howitzers, but it keeps asking for more. The Ukrainian military loses something on the battlefield, something falls into the hands of the Russians, who recently put seized Ukrainian weapons for display in the recently captured Lisichansk, but many tons military ammunition and hundreds of weapons do not reach the frontlines, ending up in the hands of numerous resellers, who sell them on the โ€œblack Internet." These days, in Kiev you can get everything at a reasonable price, from a pistol all the way to a self-propelled howitzer.

 

The protracted conflict in Donbass has long been one of the main sources of weapons for numerous European extremists and terrorists, but now the sale of arms has become completely uncontrolled. On the very first day of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the Ukrainian authorities were already offering machineguns and rifles to just about everyone. Some of these weapons immediately ended up on the black market. Soon, there were also offers for the sale of body armor, night vision devices, grenade launchers and MANPADS. Amid total corruption, which, despite all its efforts to bring Ukraine into the EU, Europe has not been able to defeat, Ukrainian military supply officers are selling everything. The Russians recently announced that several new French and German self-propelled howitzers, delivered in perfect condition to Russian design bureaus for study, were not seized in battle, but bought at a big discount at the frontlines. This is not new, however, as some of the volunteer units of the Donbass separatists have long been active buying loads of weapons and equipment from across the frontline. Besides, the Europeans really donโ€™t care much about who will be firing the Javelins, Zelensky's soldiers or Donetsk separatists, as long as this weapon stays on the battlefield. European- and US-supplied weapons are up for grabs by anyone. โ€œStingers" can be had for a price ranging from several hundred to several thousand dollars, paid in cryptocurrency. With some patience, you can find reliable suppliers.

 

MANPADS are an ideal weapon for a terrorist attack - not a single civilian aircraft taking off or landing can be safe. Each rocket launcher delivered to Ukraine comes with instructions in Ukrainian and English, in case it falls into the hands of an inexperienced soldierโ€ฆ Bringing such weapons from Ukraine to elsewhere is a breeze, since with a good kickback the corrupt Ukrainian border officials will not only fail to inspect a particular car, but will also secure their Polish or Slovak colleaguesโ€™ agreement to let it through unhindered. So, perhaps at this very moment, somewhere outside the airports of Paris or Berlin, some ISIS radicals or militants of half-forgotten anarchist groups, or both, are taking up a position. How many MANPADS sold in Ukraine will be enough to bring all air traffic across Europe to a standstill? Two, three or maybe five?

 

And how many weapons will the extremists in Syria and Iraq get from Ukraine? Including the very types capable of taking out NATO aircraft and armored vehicles of the renascent Iraqi army?These are very uncomfortable questions for Europe and the US. In Western media Ukrainians are portrayed as warriors of light, and few people in the US, Canada and Europe are really aware of the scope of corruption and theft they have in Ukraine.

 

Apparently, it would make a lot of sense introducing the strictest possible electronic control over each potentially dangerous weapon, and sending EU representatives to Ukraine to oversee its use. But how many people will volunteer for this job? It would be more realistic to tighten controls along the entire length of Ukraineโ€™s border with European countries, all the way to sending European representatives to Ukrainian customs. Even better, to cancel Lend-Lease and other arms deliveries to Ukraine and leave the country, which is selling weapons it desperately needs to maintain its independent status, to its own devices.

Weird, I can't find the video easily regarding Putin's injured arm if someone wants to dig on it. Once I saw the video I realized it is probably true since I've injured both my arms before and you end up walking the same way as Putin. He might have metal rods in his arms; possible injury considering he does a lot of Jiu Jitsu shit grappling on the floor for exercise / training.

MALVERN, Pa. โ€” Jackie Kulback was just one of the Pennsylvania GOP leaders who was worried in May when Doug Mastriano clinched the Republican primary for governor.

Mastriano was a MAGA state senator who worked to overturn the 2020 presidential election and Kulback thought he would struggle to win the critical battleground state in the fall. But sheโ€™s feeling differently these days.

โ€œThe higher the gas prices go, the more electable Mastriano is,โ€ said the chair of the Cambria County Republican Party. โ€œHonestly, I feel this is Mastrianoโ€™s campaign to lose.โ€

In the immediate aftermath of Pennsylvaniaโ€™s messy gubernatorial primary โ€” which included an ill-fated, last-minute attempt by the GOP establishment to stop Mastriano โ€” many Democrats and Republicans in Pennsylvania thought the race was all but over. Attorney General Josh Shapiro, the Democratic nominee, is a first-class fundraiser with a record of winning tough statewide races. He emerged unscathed from the Democratic primary after clearing the field.

Mastriano, on the other hand, has a shoestring campaign, regularly antagonizes members of his own party, and is known for his far-right views on hot-button issues. He chartered buses to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, where he appears to have been part of a crowd that crossed barricades. He believes in no exceptions for an abortion ban. He has said that the state legislature has the power to appoint presidential electors, and as governor, he would have the power to โ€œdecertifyโ€ election machines. When Mastriano pulled out a win in the primary, many national Republicans kept their distance and, privately, assumed Shapiro would waltz to the governorโ€™s mansion.

But as the political environment has worsened for Democrats across the country, the gubernatorial race in Pennsylvania has begun to look more competitive than either party expected. Polls show Mastriano behind Shapiro by only three to four percentage points, which is within the margin of error. Though many still have doubts about Mastrianoโ€™s ability to run a successful campaign, that has made Pennsylvania Republicans more optimistic โ€” and served as a wake-up call for Democrats, particularly in the wake of Roe v. Wade being overturned.

โ€œI have the feeling that the race is too close, and that there is this very vocal group that Mastriano has behind him, and that Shapiro has got a lot of work to do,โ€ said Pat Moulton, a retired nurse who attended a meet-and-greet with Shapiro in northeastern Pennsylvania last week. โ€œAs a Democrat, itโ€™s frighteningly close.โ€

According to sources within the Maricopa County GOP, the County Chairwoman has refused requests by the AZGOP to appoint one or more early ballot challengers before the 2022 Primary Election in Arizona.

 

How can this be lawful?

 

The AZGOP recently became aware that County GOPs have not used their power to appoint early ballot challengers, according to a letter asking County Chairmen to make these appointments before the next election. These challengers are different from regular poll watchers. They are tasked with challenging early ballot signatures according to the Arizona Secretary of Stateโ€™s Signature Verification Guide.

 

 

โ€œWe suggest that you take steps to ensure that early ballot challengers will be able to observe the signatures on unopened early ballot envelopes and the signatures that they are being compared to and that a record will be made of which votersโ€™ envelopes were challenged,โ€ states the letter obtained by The Gateway Pundit.

 

According to multiple sources, Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Mickie Niland refuses to fulfill this request to secure mail-in voting.

 

Arizona Revised Statutes 16-552 โ€œEarly ballots; processing; challengesโ€ states,

 

C. The county chairman of each political party represented on the ballot, by written appointment addressed to the early election board, may designate party representatives and alternates to act as early ballot challengers for the party. No party may have more than the number of such representatives or alternates that were mutually agreed on by each political party to be present at one time. If such agreement cannot be reached, the number of representatives shall be limited to one for each political party.

 

D. An early ballot may be challenged on any grounds set forth in section 16-591. All challenges shall be made in writing with a brief statement of the grounds before the early ballot is placed in the ballot box. A record of all challenges and resulting proceedings shall be kept in substantially the same manner as provided in section 16-594. If an early ballot is challenged, it shall be set aside and retained in the possession of the early election board or other officer in charge of early ballot processing until a time that the early election board sets for determination of the challenge, subject to the procedure in subsection E of this section, at which time the early election board shall hear the grounds for the challenge and shall decide what disposition shall be made of the early ballot by majority vote. If the early ballot is not allowed, it shall be handled pursuant to subsection G of this section.

 

H. Party representatives and alternates may be appointed as provided in subsection C of this section to be present and to challenge the verification of questioned ballots pursuant to section 16-584 on any grounds permitted by this section. Questioned ballots that are challenged shall be presented to the early election board for decision under the provisions of this section.

Former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne testified on July 15 before the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the Capitol, including on his key role in a post-election White House meeting where he urged then-President Donald Trump to investigate 2020 election fraud allegations.

 

Byrne told The Epoch Times in an interview that his eight hours of closed-door testimony covered a wide range of topicsโ€”from his meeting with the president on Dec. 18, 2020, to his concerns over the integrity and safety of election equipment.

 

Byrne, who was the latest witness to testify before the committee, described the meeting as โ€œsurprisingly friendly, cordial, and professional.โ€

 

โ€œNotwithstanding the fact that we werenโ€™t going to agreeโ€ about the Nov. 3, 2020, election, โ€œwe agreed that there was a lot for me to fill in from Nov. 4 until Jan. 7 [2021]. I think they seemed to be appreciative,โ€ he told The Epoch Times on July 16.

 

โ€œThey had a lot of questions, and they really did not know the answers, and I was happy to provide them with the answers. I do feel that if they knew the truth about everything, they would understand the truth was different than [what] they were guessingโ€”and significantly more benign.โ€

 

The White House Meeting

Byrne had hoped to engineer a meeting with Trump when he used a prior invitation from a staffer to tour the White House with former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn and attorney Sidney Powell. The trio met with Trump in the Oval Office after the president happened to walk by, Byrne told The Epoch Times in an exclusive interview the day before his testimony.

 

โ€œI was the guy that everyone should be looking into,โ€ he said. โ€œIโ€™m the guy who pulled that famous meeting together. Iโ€™m the guy who presented the options.โ€

 

The proposal put forth at the meeting was to dispatch a team of cybersecurity specialists from the Department of Homeland Security to the six counties where questions of voter fraud had surfaced.

 

Byrneโ€™s group presented Trump with executive orders signed by former President Barack Obama in 2015 and Trump in 2018 regarding foreign interference in a U.S. election, which they said granted the president authority to launch such an investigation.

 

โ€œThat was the upshot of our discussion,โ€ Byrne said. โ€œThat was the cat.โ€

 

โ€œI think the tiger they painted was going in with military commandos across the country,โ€ he said, referring to press coverage of a suggestion he said he made to the president to use the National Guard during an investigation. A Michigan public school employee who staunchly advocated for LGBT curricula to his districtโ€™s school board has been arrested as part of a police sting operation targeting local pedophiles.

 

41-year-old Eric Rohman, an employee of Mt. Pleasant Michiganโ€™s public school system, was arrested as part of an Isabella County Sheriffโ€™s Office sting operation that also saw two more alleged child predators put behind bars. According to local reports, Isabella County law enforcement was assisted in the sting by agents from the FBI and the Michigan State Police, among others.

 

Along with two other men, โ€œEric Rohman, 41, of Mt. Pleasant [was] arrested at an undisclosed location,โ€ local media reports. โ€œAll three were arrested for using a computer to commit a crime and accosting a minor for immoral purposes. Police allege that the three communicated over various social media apps with decoys posing as children. The three are accused of going to a location to have sex with a child, where they were arrested,โ€ the report goes on to explain.

 

The local media outlets failed to mention in their reports on the sting that Eric Rohman is an employee of Mt. Pleasantโ€™s public school division. While it is unclear in which capacity he works, his own words imply that he is in a role with access to children.

 

When school parents pushed back on the pro-LGBT curricula being peddled to their kids, which has been likened to a form of pedophilic public school grooming, Eric Rohman delivered an impassioned plea to the local school board in favor of โ€œeducatingโ€ children on homosexuality and transgenderism, even taunting parents at one point during his talk.

 

Rohman, who boasted to the board and audience members that he is both โ€œvaccinatedโ€ and a โ€œproud member of the LGBTQIA community,โ€ also donned a โ€œBlack Lives Matterโ€ t-shirt during his school board address.

 

โ€œMy name is Eric Rohman. I am a resident, townie, taxpayer, vaccinated and functioning graduate of this high school, class of 1999, proud member of the LGBTQIA community, and an employee of Mt. Pleasant Public Schools,โ€ Rohman said, before telling the board and townspeople that their children are โ€œhungryโ€ for โ€œknowledgeโ€ on homosexuality and transgenderism.

 

โ€œI can tell you this โ€“ they are hungry for knowledge,โ€ Rohman said of the children of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, before directly taunting the parents in the crowd, some of whom appeared to get up and leave as Rohman spoke. โ€œThey are so hungry for knowledge that despite your words, your wishes, your values, they will learn on their own.โ€

 

โ€œTheyโ€™re gonna do it anyway, no matter what you say or do,โ€ Rohman went on to say of the children and his apparent hopes that they will join him in the โ€œLGBTQIA community,โ€ saying that they will do so โ€œno matter how many candles you light, no matter how many rallies you hold.โ€

THIS is the moment stunned tourists spotted two fighter pilots chasing what appeared to be a UFO at high speed over a national park.

 

Alex McCall was out with his daughter and grandchildren in Acadia National Park in Maine when the military jets suddenly blasted across the skies. When they looked up, they saw the two aircraft tailing what appeared to be a white UFO.

 

His daughter managed to capture the moment the three aircraft roared over the park before they vanished into the clouds. After watching the video back, former pilot Alex said he was sure the Tic Tac-shaped UFO couldn't have been another plane.

 

Alex, who has 25 years of flying experience, said: "My daughter took the video. It's legit, we don't know what it is.

 

โ€œThere are people saying itโ€™s CGI that are obviously clueless. She stopped filming when she couldnโ€™t see them anymore. It was taken with an iPhone.

 

"We were on vacation in Maine. There were dozens if not hundreds of people around. "My kids and grandkids saw it and then heard it. "My daughter got her phone out and pointed in the right direction but couldnโ€™t tell if she was getting video of it. "She stopped when she couldnโ€™t see them any longer."

 

Alex said they weren't the only people to witness the bizarre duel in the sky. He said: "One person said his mum got a good video of it. โ€œIt all happened so fastโ€ฆ everyone thought the white thing was another airplane until I looked at the video."

 

Itโ€™s not the first time Alex claimed to have encountered a UFO.

 

"I saw a UFO in 1996 and know what I saw. Unfortunately I didnโ€™t get a picture of it,โ€ he said. "The reason I know there is something to some of the sightings is because I saw exactly the same thing. โ€œUp close and personal. I donโ€™t have a clue what those jets in my video are with but I do know itโ€™s not another fighter jet. โ€œI also know it wasnโ€™t faked. For what itโ€™s worth, I was an airline pilot for 25 years."

 

It comes after an aerospace engineer claimed the the Pentagonโ€™s videos believed to show UFOs filmed by navy pilots are being put out to get the public ready for a fake alien invasion.

 

Mike Bara, who says he has worked on many classified military projects, said he analysed the videos and found there was โ€œnothing exceptionalโ€ about any of them.

The TV personality believes they all show easily explainable phenomena โ€“ such as drones and in a wild theory believes they could have been leaked to prepare people for a fake alien invasion.

 

Congress recently made one of its biggest moves yet to probe UFOs as lawmakers voted to create a secure database for reporting the mysterious encounters.

 

US officials will now set up a unified system for logging sightings as well as offering protection for any government whistleblowers who may wish to come forward about what they know about UFOs.

 

Lawmakers have been pushing for more transparency on the typically fringe topic which has now become the talk of Washington DC.

 

While it was once the realm of conspiracy theorists, now former servicemen, politicians, defence officials, and even former presidents are talking about UFOs.

Son of ex-judge leaps to death from ritzy NYC co-op after killing mom: cops

 

The 26-year-old son of a retired Manhattan supreme court judge fatally bludgeoned his mother with a piece of furniture at the familyโ€™s posh Upper East Side co-op Tuesday and then jumped 16 floors to his death, police and law-enforcement sources said.

 

Doug Solomon, 26, was found naked and bleeding in the courtyard of the East 79th Street building around 10:30 a.m. after the rage fueled-attack and was heard screaming on his way down, cops and witnesses said.

 

โ€œIt was the loudest thud. At first I thought it was an air conditioning unit,โ€ a resident of the building who declined to share his name told The Post.

 

โ€œI looked down and he was right below my windowโ€ฆ he was butt naked.โ€

 

Solomonโ€™s mother, Diane Gallagher, 65, was found dead in an apartment bedroom with head trauma after her son beat her with a piece of furniture, law-enforcement sources said.

 

Police are investigating the deaths as a murder suicide but sources noted there was no history of domestic violence or mental health issues in the family.

 

Charles Solomon, who retired as a New York Supreme Court judge in 2017 after three decades on the bench, is Dougโ€™s father and Dianeโ€™s husband.

 

During his time in the Big Appleโ€™s most storied courthouse, he heard a slew of high-profile murder cases, including the 2010 trial of Michael Lenahan, who infamously strangled Lorna Santiago and then laid in bed with her corpse for two days.

 

In 2001, he oversaw Sean โ€œP-Diddyโ€ Combsโ€™ nightclub shooting trial and in 2017, he approved a plea deal for Svetlana Travis Zakharova, one of Eliot Spitzerโ€™s Russian prostitutes who the former โ€œLov Govโ€ accused of extortion.

 

Following a bout with cancer, Solomon was forced to retire and most recently worked for the Manhattan District Attorneyโ€™s Office, records show.

 

Itโ€™s not immediately clear if he still works there. He couldnโ€™t immediately be reached for comment.

 

One resident, who also spoke on the condition of anonymity, lives a few floors below the familyโ€™s apartment and heard yelling this morning.

Bill Gates shoots down rumored Chinese โ€˜security riskโ€™ link to North Dakota farmland

 

Bill Gatesโ€™ $13.5 million investment in 2,100 sprawling acres of North Dakota land has raised questions โ€” as the purchase coincided with a controversial Chinese company buying 370 acres of farmland just 40 miles away.

 

But the Microsoft tycoon is shooting down accusations that he has any ties to that company, The Post can exclusively report.

 

โ€œThere is absolutely no connection between the Gate[sโ€™] North Dakota farmland investments and the Fufeng Group,โ€ a spokesperson for Cascade Investment, which oversees the investments of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust and Bill Gates, told The Post.

 

In the spring, the Fufeng Group, the largest privately-owned xanthan gum producer and flavor enhancer in China, dropped $2.6 million for farmland near Grand Forks โ€” a rural area that borders Minnesota and is about a 90-minute drive from the Canadian border.

 

The biggest concern has been the Chinese companyโ€™s proximity to a Grand Forks Air Force Base โ€” a United States military installation located 20 minutes down the road.

 

โ€œSome of the most sensitive elements of Grand Forks exist with the digital uplinks and downlinks inherent with unmanned air systems and their interaction with space-based assets,โ€ Officer, Maj. Jeremy Fox, wrote in an April memo obtained by CNBC, adding that any such data collection โ€œwould present a costly national security risk causing grave damage to the United Statesโ€™ strategic advantages.โ€

 

The investments from both parties had locals raise their concerns to North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring on a July 6 in a town meeting.

 

โ€œIf Chinaโ€™s gonna be there, theyโ€™re gonna be darn close to the airbase there,โ€ resident Charles Sabol said, also expressing his concerns about the Gates investment, in the meeting recorded by The Dakotan.

 

โ€œPeople that live in that area, people that live around the state know about the situation,โ€ Goehring said in response, โ€œTheyโ€™re probably more angry because, first of all, they donโ€™t want Bill Gates as a neighbor, but the land was sold for less than what it would have been auctioned.โ€

 

Goehring, however, reiterated the legality of owning farmland in the United States.

 

โ€œ96% of everything produced in North Dakota leaves our state,โ€ said Goehring. โ€œSome of it goes to surrounding states, across the border, or it ends up someplace else. I like that we have more value added.โ€

The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Ruja Ignatova.

New YorkA German citizen accused of defrauding investors out of $4 billion by selling a fake cryptocurrency called OneCoin has been added to the FBI's list of its ten most-wanted fugitives, US officials said on Thursday.

 

Ruja Ignatova, also known as "Cryptoqueen," was charged in 2019 with eight counts including wire fraud and securities fraud for running the Bulgaria-based OneCoin Ltd as a pyramid scheme. Prosecutors say the company offered commissions for members to entice others to buy a worthless cryptocurrency.

"She timed her scheme perfectly, capitalizing on the frenzied speculation of the early days of cryptocurrency," said Damian Williams, the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan.

Williams described OneCoin as "one of the largest Ponzi schemes in history."

Ignatova disappeared in late 2017 after bugging an apartment belonging to her American boyfriend and learning he was cooperating with an FBI probe into OneCoin, Williams said. She boarded a flight from Bulgaria to Greece and has not been seen since, he said.

The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to Ignatova's capture, said Michael Driscoll, the FBI's assistant director-in-charge in New York

Infosys is listed as an official partner of the World Economic Forum (WEF), which has been accused of seeking to develop the technological infrastructure to implement a global โ€œsocial credit scoreโ€ system.

 

Social credit scores have been used by authoritarian regimes to deny rights and restrict the movements of individuals who fail to comply with diktats. For the World Economic Forum, social credit priorities would likely focus on left-wing social issues like climate change, diversity, and equity.

Far from being a silent partner, InfoSys has earned praise from the WEF, being dubbed a โ€œglobal leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.โ€

Joshi echoes these sentiments in an article for the WEF from August 2020: โ€œWhy itโ€™s time to take central banksโ€™ digital currencies seriously.โ€

 

โ€œWhat is clear is that the crisis of COVID-19 presents many challenges โ€“ but also a unique opportunity to rethink how money is managed and used in our society,โ€ he asks.

 

โ€œThere also credible concerns that paper money can transmit the virus,โ€ he claimed before asking:

The vast majority of governmental and COVID-19 tracking websites employ third-party trackers on users without consent, according to a new study.

 

The revelation comes from a recent paper โ€“ โ€œMeasuring Web Cookies in Governmental Websitesโ€ โ€“ published by a cohort of European researchers funded by groups including the European Research Council (ERC), the European Union, and the Spanish government.

 

โ€œA potential risk from e-governance is that since it represents a unique point of interaction for mandatory and indispensable services for all citizens, it can, unintentionally or not, become a single point of monitoring and tracking for the entire population of a country. A readily available way to achieve that is with the use of Web cookies,โ€ cautions the paper.

 

The study analyzed three types of websites: official governmental websites of โ€œG20โ€ countries around the world; websites of international organizations such as the United Nations and popular websites used for COVID-19 tracking and information. It measured these sitesโ€™ use of โ€œcookiesโ€ โ€“ personal data related to your browsing history that websites can retrieve at a later time.

 

โ€œWeb cookies have been exploited to collect information about usersโ€™ online activities and interests,โ€ notes the paper.

 

โ€œOur results show that, unfortunately, tracking is a serious concern, as in some countries up to 90% of these websites create cookies of third-party trackers without any consent from users,โ€ explains a summary of the findings.

 

โ€œNon-session cookies, that are created by trackers and can last for days or months, are widely present even in countries with strict user privacy laws. We also show that the above is a problem for official websites of international organizations and popular websites that inform the public about the COVID-19 pandemic,โ€ it continues.

 

Researchers found that up to 90 percent of governmental websites for โ€œG20โ€ countries, which include 19 countries and the European Union comprising the worldโ€™s largest economies, added trackingcookies without user consent.

 

โ€œMore than 50% of cookies created on G20 government websites belong to third-parties and at least 10% (up to 90%) originate from known trackers. Most of these cookies have a life span of more than a day and many an expiration time of a year or more,โ€ continued the study, which based its analysis on 5,500 governmental websites and over 118,000 URLs administrated by governments.

 

Around 95 percent of the international organizations analyzed in the paper created cookies without user consent, and roughly 60 percent used at least one third-party cookie. Third-party cookies are โ€œknown to be tracking users for data collection purposes,โ€ explain researchers.

 

Similarly, 99 percent of COVID-19 information sites added at least one cookie without user consent.

 

โ€œFor example, the very popular website with global maps about the COVID-19 cases, maintained by Johns Hopkins University, add cookies from 7 trackers,โ€ explains the paper.

 

โ€œAll the other Top 10 website are official national information websites in European countries that have three trackers or more. The American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is also in the Top 10, with cookies associated with three trackers,โ€ it continues.

 

The findings come amidst concerns that governments in the West are seeking to emulate the Chinese Communist Partyโ€™s โ€œsocial credit scoreโ€ system, granting the regime the ability to dictate individualsโ€™ spending habits and movements potentially based on their ideologiesโ€ฆ
